"I still hate you by the way," Jackson murmured, his voice a low, teasing rumble, laced with mock disdain. Instead of rising to the bait, she simply tightened her grip on his hair, her fingers still tangled in the soft strands. She pulled him back down, her lips finding his once more. "Shut up and kiss me," she whispered against his mouth, her voice husky with desire, a clear, unmistakable command. "Ha!" he exclaimed, a wide, genuine grin splitting his face. "I knew you liked it!"
