Another Space Adventure

Summary:

Fivey and Turlough go on a holiday.
Alone.
A nice place to themselves.
Together.
I wonder what they’ll get up to.

Work Text:

“You know, Doctor?” Turlough began. He stopped mid-sentence to stretch his thin limbs on the sun lounger. “I’m actually enjoying this holiday.”

The Doctor turned his head ever so slightly to Turlough. “Really?” The Doctor had never sounded so joyous. It was like a revelatory for Turlough to actually enjoy a holiday. “I made sure to pick a place where the sun doesn’t burn you as much. You see, it has a reactive system that…”

Turlough had nodded off by the time the Doctor had begun a whole lecture about the advance planet they were on. Something about how the days were shorter in the summer but the nights were longer because ‘technically the moons orbiting were alive.’

Turlough mumbled dismissively and waved his hand as if to say, ‘nonsense.’ He just wanted to sleep. “Mhmm, enjoying it a little less…”

The Doctor shrugged and smiled gently, he relaxed back into his seat. It had been a while since he was able to kick his legs up to relax. But he didn’t exactly like relaxing. It sometimes felt like a chore.

Turlough had finally taken off his school uniform into denim shorts and a striped beige shirt. He felt free for once. No longer suffocated by that school tie. As if he was a complete stranger to himself. A stranger that he could tolerate. “I’m just glad that you got us a whole…what’s it called again?”

“Villa?” Answered the Doctor, he had to answer quickly. Any hesitance would make his brain explode. A ticking time bomb of nonsense words scrabbling about.

“Ah, yes,” Turlough mumbled. He liked saying that word, ‘Villa.’ It rolled over his tongue in a funny way. “And it even has a pool. Just for us!”

The Doctor nodded eagerly. He had already been in the pool a while ago so he was just laying next to Turlough in his swimming shorts. Turlough couldn’t help but glance down a couple of times. Who could blame the boy for being so…curious?

“You should get in there,” the Doctor said. He was positively gleaming with excitement. He very much enjoyed swimming, even if he wasn’t that good at it.

Turlough shrugged and took his stripped shirt off, unbuttoning it carefully. His bare chest engulfed by the suns in the sky as he placed it onto his lounge chair. He casually took off his shorts to reveal an obviously pre-prepared speedo. “I put it on just in case…”

The Doctor nodded slowly and hid a smirk. His eyes searched every surface of Turloughs body when he turned away. The curve of the boys ass accentuated by his tight swimwear.

Turlough sat down at the edge of the pool and slid in easily. He was always a show off. And he enjoyed it. His knowledge of being able to get into the pool and swim casually made the Doctor jealous. He loved when the Doctor was jealous, even when it wasn’t about a person. The twitch in the Doctors eyes was a great supporter of Turlough showing off.

“You coming in, Doc?” Turlough teased.

He knew that name made the Doctor flinch ever so slightly. The old nickname used against him earned Turlough a tilted head. “Why not?”

The Doctor stood abruptly and took no time to jump into the pool, right beside Turlough. The water splashed over Turloughs face, drenching him completely. Turlough’s hair flopped over his eyes, Thank Trion this pool didn’t have chlorine.

The Doctors head popped up from the water with a mocking smile. He bursted into laughter as he saw Turloughs hair over his eyes.

“Yeah, yeah. Laugh it up.” Turlough groaned in annoyance.

The Doctor used both of his veiny hands to push Turlough’s hair back. It made the boy have a sort of…slick back. The Doctor’s hands made sure to push gently though, his hands coming back around to hold Turlough’s sharp face.

Still.

Turlough kept still. He daren’t move. He couldn’t. He was ultimately stunned by the Doctor for being so…intimate. Finally getting touched by the Doctor made him unbearably vulnerable.

It was just the two of them there. Stood. The pool disappearing with their unspoken words. His face. The Doctor was holding Turlough’s face. He was seemingly getting closer.

Turlough wasn’t pulling away though. The Doctor noticed that. And he mentally jotted it in his notes. The note title: Things Turlough doesn’t completely dislike.

And that’s when it happened. Their lips. Touched. Their bodies relaxed against each other’s. Turlough seemed to accept the kiss even though his eyes were wide, looking like a startled cat.

The Doctors kiss was strong, building intensely as Turlough’s tongue entered his mouth. His sturdy hands moving to grip Turloughs slender waist as they continued kissing deeply. The water made them feel like they were light as feathers. As if they could float away together.

Turlough pulled his face away to breathe for a minute, his eyes locked with the Doctor’s. He felt found. He needed this. He needed the Doctor. In other ways. “Doctor, I need-”

“You”
