Haruna sat on the dining room chair grinning at something funny she saw on her phone when a certain pink short haired girl walked into her peripheral vision. Ah, yes, the oldest daughter of the Amaori family walked through.
“Im home” She confirmed
Normally Haruna would just ignore her older sister or insult her moderately like “welcome home, loser” or “You look like you went through the 7 stages of grief just by going outside”( she doesn’t actually say that, I thought it was funny). This time she put all that aside because she wanted to ask how the relationship of the beautiful goddess with a powerful aura that could knock you out , an angel that descended from earth, and, of course the roach that somehow bagged two baddies.
“Welcome home onee chan!”She smiled with her sickeningly sweet voice
Her sister looked at her with suspicion.
”What is it?”
“Hah? I cant welcome you now?.” There was a hint of frustration on that, though Renako is too dense to notice anyway.
“Thats not true!” The older sister retorts.“Anyways We both know the only time you do your sweet girl voice is when you want something” Renako said as she put her bag on the table and sat in front of her.
“What do you want before I got back to my room and play with four-kun and since its Friday I could play with it all night long then then ignore you forever”
“First, you really dont have any other words for that? Second, rude and third,
How’s Mai and Ajisan?”
“They’re fi—your not gonna ask about me?”
“You look fine and plus your two timing them anyway”
“We’re dating EACH OTHER, how come im the only one getting bashed”
“Cuz your weird”
“Hey! Watch your words”
“Its true though”
“Whatever.Anyways they’re doing good but …somehow I always question my self when im with them…” She slumped on her chair spreading her arms as well as placing her head on the table with a loud bonk.
“To vague, explain more.” She said with a dead pan face. Haruna just said she doesn’t care what she feels but the new topic intrigued her.
“I thought you said you were happy?”The younger sister questioned. Although she thinks her sister is cowardly and kinda freaky she still cares, a lot, actually.
“I am…but…”Renako sat straight then looked away
“But?”
For a moment there was a silent bliss between the two and it seems nostalgic how the last time they were in the same room and wasn’t arguing or having a playful banter was when they were kids.
At least that’s what Renako thought.
“ Im not gay” She spoke in a petite voice
“What?”
“Im not g-“
“I heard you the first time. What do you mean your not gay” Haruna looked confused at her sister ‘Shes not gay? Isn’t she dating girls right now?’ Haruna though. Maybe she hit her head and lost memories somewhere; internalized homophobia perhaps?
“Like, I know ima dating Mai and Ajisan but that doesn’t make me gay,gay ya know. I-its because of what a friend of mine told me that our preference are defined based on our environment and I was basically with girls most of the time and soo I thought if I hang with guys a lot too I bet id…like…them too?” There was an awkward silence between them ‘I thought she was scared if talking to boys’ Haruna though, confused, she suddenly laughed at the pathetic excuse. Now it was Renako’s turn to looked confused at her sister.
“Your literally dating two girls.”
“Yeah I know…but, that doesn’t make me fully gay, right?”
What kinda logic is that?
Haruna wanted to tell the quintet—the groups Renako was in and see what they have to say about this. It sounds like she’s trying to deny her gayness despite having the attributes of a homosexual…
Yea, she’s definitely snitching.
Haruna was done with this conversation. It was so dumb so she got up and walked to her bedroom.
“Where you going?” Renako asked as she too got up from her chair.
Haruna slowly closed the door but before it was fully closed it she said something that made her sister drop to her knees like she just heard the most shocking and heartbreaking news known to man.
“Faggot”.
