    Aoi Kanzaki was lucky, given her situation. Despite her family being murdered, she was taken in by the Kocho sisters and cared for- loved. For a while it was just the three of them. With an addition to the family, maybe the young girl gets pushed a little too far into the dark, to the point where even she can't even see a reason to bother trying anymore.

    Aoi and her insecurities aren't talked about nearly enough for me to be satisfied, so this is me giving her some spotlight (basically me projecting onto her.)
