Summary
Trey should be flattered, he supposes. Invitations for an event of this esteem are not given to anyone, and to have his food tasted by so many big names should be an honor. Yet it feels like an insult when they nib on his cake, sprinkling some crumbs on their delicate tongue before they declare the meal complete. He cannot tell them that. He cannot say anything, so he is content to spend the night in a niche behind the curtains and wait for his call to leave.
One twink, however, finds him. Trey does not hunt twinks - they are cowards, afraid of what good food can do to the right guy, and Trey has no time for them tonight. Yet this twink is hungry. This twink wants the event's gorgeous chocolate fountain, and oh, he knows how to push Trey down into a little rebellion.
