Summary
Mob had followed him home. It was his own fault for not noticing. It had been a long day that had ended on bad terms and he had walked the whole way with his shoulders hunched, peeling off from Mob at the intersection and not looking back to see if he'd crossed.
And then there had been a shadow in his window – the one over his bed, facing down over the street. It had lingered in the way things linger when you can't look at them properly, and Arataka had not wanted to take a proper look.
