Summary
Detective Taissa Turner took her job seriously. When she was at work, it was all professionalism. She didn't enjoy fooling around when there were cases to be solved. Agent Van Palmer was the opposite, he was all jokes and quips and trying to lighten the mood in an otherwise pretty dark line of work. The two of them worked well togther, even if they did spend most of their time butting heads, but they always got the job done. But things had always been slightly off between them, there was a strange...tension there.
It didn't matter to Taissa, because she didn't mix work and relationships. And she'd have no problem keeping that same boundary with Palmer.
