Summary
Baroque Works’ negotiator is damn good at their job. A little too good, if you ask the shmucks who have to talk prices with them for toppling governments and assassinating heiresses. They travel the grandline, writing up contracts and securing payment for Baroque Works’ dastardly deeds, caring for their dear den den mushi, and reporting directly to the mysterious Mr. Zero. It’s gone without a hitch so far, but not everyone has a head for fair negotiations, and they find themselves kidnapped by an overzealous steel magnate who thinks he wants to meet Mr. Zero.
I guess he didn’t get the memo that anyone who finds out his identity has to die, huh?
