Summary
The line between healing and hurting has never been thinner. Dr. Choi San enters Jung Wooyoung's world as a savior, but emerges as something else entirely—something willing to preserve hearts in formaldehyde and call it love. Wooyoung wears innocence like a second skin, shedding it only when San isn't watching, only to slip it back on when those careful doctor's hands come close enough to touch. What begins in the sterile halls of an asylum transforms into something far more dangerous: a love story told in stolen identities, in gifts wrapped in violence, in the slow, deliberate corruption of everything San once believed himself to be. This is not Stockholm syndrome—this is evolution. This is what happens when a doctor learns that some patients don't need curing; they need understanding. And some kinds of understanding require you to become the very thing you once sought to heal.
