Summary
In the year 72 of the third era, the federation of Celia has tentatively unified after a brutal war. With the ever-onward grind of technology, seafaring technology has increased to the point where ships can now cross the expanse- an omnipresent, magic-fueled intense storm forming a natural barrier between the continent of Celia, and the Unknown equator. Now, Celia is establishing a foothold on a new continent, devoid of large mammals, instead occupied by reptiles.
