Chapter Text
Chih En wiped the sweat from his forehead as he sat against the wall, watching two of his hyungs dance in front of the mirrors of their practice room. Shortly after, his eyes found Han coming up and sitting down next to him, crinkling his water bottle as he drank.
Han let out a soft sigh, his eyes fixed straight ahead at Woongki dancing alone. Chih En was about to join his Woongki-watching, but, there was something in his stare that made Chih En… curious.
He was used to watching his members, sure, but the way Han looked at Woongki right now didn’t feel much like studying, or admiration, or anything he’d seen in the others.
Han gulped. His jaw stiffened. His breathing shook, and it wasn’t from the exhaustion.
“Hey!” Woongki said, catching their attention. His hand fell to his hip as he faced the two. “I can feel you staring, you know.”
“Because you’re pretty,” Chih En said quickly, eliciting a squeal from his hyung.
“Aw, I know, I know,” Woongki said, hopping back around to keep practicing, as if the compliment had strengthened his resolve.
Chih En turned his gaze back to Han. His hyung looked off to the side, hand covering his face. Then, he turned back around, cleared his throat, but didn’t say anything. Instead, his lips just pressed into a thin line, staring at Woongki all the same.
A nervous, or excited, but soft stare. Filled with... desire?
“Eng?”
“Huh?”
“Nothing, hyung.”
His habit just came out on its own. Chih En wondered when it would be Han's turn.
