Veggie is a refugee taken in but is secretly a spy sent to get Bulma's login info for the vaccine she is producing. He falls for Bulma but still has to complete his mission only to get fucked over. They reunite. Bulma turns into this incredible bad ass. And kicks ass figuratively.
