“I will not be apologizing,” the woman called Wednesday Addams clarified, quite unnecessarily.
“How is that helpful right now?” Her blonde counterpart groaned, staring at the ceiling.
(Sheriff Neilstrong likes being the sheriff of a small, remote rural town. So he has no idea what's in store for him when he's woken up in the middle of the night to come question two women brought in after a reported lycanthrope incident.)
