"This is a formal announcement of an alliance between the Wen clan of Qishan and the Jin clan of Lanling, by way of marriage between the eldest son of the Wen clan, Wen Xu, and the eldest son of the Jin clan, Jin Ziyao. To celebrate this alliance, we invite a representative from each sect to attend the grandest of weddings. This attendance is mandatory, and it is expected that a blood member of each sect will be present. Owing to these uncertain times, a ceasefire will be in effect for the duration of the celebrations. So long as a representative remains within Qishan, their sect will remain unharmed. I, Wen Ruohan, of the Qishan Wen, look forward to your attendance for this momentous occasion.
