A full body shudder ran through the younger boy’s body, cutting him off mid-explanation, but Wanderer didn’t need him to finish to know the full picture. The fever-like symptoms, the “weird feeling down there”, alongside that damned little whimper when he touched him…
Durin's first request as a human was simple: to see the outside world in its full glory. Albedo and the Traveler figured it would be a good idea for a long overdue reunion, and a little impromptu journey alongside Durin's return to Sumeru with Wanderer. However, Albedo forgot to warn Wanderer about the dragonboy's unique constitution as an alchemical human-dragon hybrid — his heat cycles — which came rushing down at full speed, at the worst time ever.
