“It’ll be a two for one experiment,” he joked as he tried to force me through the doorway of his bedroom, but I braced myself against the door frame with both hands.I was not going in there. Especially not after the word experiment.
“What do you mean experiment?! Peter, stop!”
“Jesus, you’re obnoxious. Move your hands,” he grabbed both my arms and trapped them across my chest while he picked me up like I weighed nothing and closed the door behind him with his foot. I heard the electronic lock set back in place. Then he dropped me and walked over to his desk. “Where’d I put it,” he muttered to himself while he dug through his desk drawers.
“Peter, I’m sorry. I really sorry, okay?” I tried again. “You’re really freaking me out right now, please…”
He let an ‘ah-ha’ before he turned back towards me. “Found it,” he said.
My legs gave out from under me when I saw the syringe in his hand filled with a brown syrupy-looking fluid.
