Summary:

Astrid works at a diner where she lives a perfectly normal life, but one day while browsing a thrift store she finds the journals as well as the Book Of Bill. the books start messing with her head so she turns to the only person she thinks could help, the person who runs the paranormal pawn shop in town. But when demons are involved you can always expect the unexpected.

If you're clever enough to have found the journals, then you’re clever enough for him to want to use you. 

Don't trust him. 

Arden’s telling me not to write this. 

They say I'm probably scaring you.

I say you should be scared, and if you can't handle this, you have no chance of handling what might come.

I'm Astrid, by the way.

And this is the story of how my life got turned upside down.
