Zale An Valere had different dorms but also got into a habit of going to one specific bathroom iim between the two dorms.
Zale was waiting outside of it for Valere to finish up when he heard her scream. His eyes widened and he tried to open the door just to find it locked. “Valere are you ok?!” He shouted clearly panicked.
Valere responded with her voice muffled by the door. “N-nothing, just… can you go get Erlina please…” she was clearly on the verge of tears so he ran off to get her.
Erlina eventually heads inside, shutting the door behind her. “Valere… I heard something was wrong…” her voice was gentle and eyes grew softer when she saw Valeres blood stained pants.
“Hey it's ok. Breath.” Erlina crouched down and pulled her into a hug. “This is normal.” Valere whimpered and actually burst into tears.
“It's ok, this is going to happen every once in a while, and accidents and stains will happen.” Erlina sighed glad that this happened while she and Brugaves weren't on a mission. Since they knew Moraine wouldn't do anything but throw a few books in their direction.
“Wh-what do I do…” Valere muttered between sobs.
“It's ok, I'll show you how to get the blood out, and in the meantime I'll have Zale go and grab you some clothes.”
Zale left and returned with new clothes and Erlina waited outside until Valere let her back in.
Erlina taught Valere to wash out the blood using cold water. And gave Valere a packet of cloths used to catch the blood.
“Why does it hurt…” Valere muttered, still sniffling.
“That's… that's normal you will get things called cramps. They'll hurt pretty badly down there. But warm things can help with the pain.” Valere still seemed uncomfortable but nodded.
“Now Zale is pretty concerned. It's up to you if you want to tell him that you're on your period or not.” Erlina stood up and patted Valeres head. “Now let's head out.”
Valere grabbed Erlina's hand as they walked out of the bathroom Zale quickly pulled Valere into a hug. “Are you ok? You had me worried!”
“I'm ok, just something happened that shocked me…” Erlina smiled and rushed the two of them to training. Yet she kept a close eye on Valere in case the cramps affected her.
