Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter Text

The Winged Hero: Hawks , the fastest hero, too fast for his own good, beloved by the public, the poster child for a hero. He had the charisma, the looks, the skills to match his ranking. Having only debuted a few years ago at 18 he skyrocketed to the top and continues to impress the people.

Agent 1228, was a ghost, unnoticed, given missions that never saw the light of day. He was skilled in being untraceable, never leaving a mark behind. He was most often sent on assassinations, his quirk easily honed to kill, sharp as a razor.

Keigo Takami was a little boy who, despite being handed a terrible life, kept an optimistic outlook. Even when things were at their worst, he saw the silver lining. Even when he wasn’t let outside, he smiled at the birds that perched on the windowsill.

Dabi , an arsonist, a villain, and to most someone who featured in many nightmares. He is second in command of the League of Villains. Nobody knows how many he has killed, since all that is left are ashes. Nobody knows where he came from, he burnt it all away.

Yusei , a name not chosen but given. A ghost of someone who used to exist. A lingering presence of a boy who burned. Who faded into only the rumors that remained.

Touya Todoroki was a boy who should have had everything. He was the son of a high ranking pro-hero, he should never have been made to want. Yet should doesn’t mean that it was. The name Todoroki felt more like a curse on those that bore it than an honor to hold.
