Summary
Only the heavens are able to dictate fate. Those who are meant to be together will be, regardless of the many tangles, knots, and loops that can form along life’s path. Time, sorcery, curses: these are such tangles, wholly incapable of doing anything to change what is destined to occur, only leading on to the inevitable. What happens then, when one’s birth defies the gods themselves?
