“Uh… What are you trying to show me?”
“I have fangs!” Durin beamed through his closed teeth. “See?”
The dragonboy proudly opened his mouth, pointing at the two tiny, almost imperceptible bumps on his canines. Further back into his oral cavity, there were more of these “fangs” lining his molars. Wanderer couldn’t help but scoff, his mouth curling into a wry smile at the pathetic sight.
“You call those fangs?” he responded dryly.
Durin proudly shows off his growing fangs to Wanderer, who proceeds to teach him how to use them properly.
