Chapter Text
ROUND ONE
A blue haired boy, and a dark brown, yellow haired boy appeared on the stage, in front of countless aliens, just there for their own entertainment; watching people sing against eachother, then taking the life of the one with the lowest points. It’s always been like this, but the competitors on the stage didn’t know that—they didn’t know what was waiting for them.
The blue haired, in his black, ruffled long sleeves shirt; is called Isagi Yoichi. The dark brown with yellow highlights haired, in his white shirt, with buttons, and puffy sleeves; is called Bachira Meguru.
Isagi and Bachira stared at eachother, with affectionate looks. Their eyes glimmering with joy, and longing. Their microphones in their hands, as the tension rised between them. Their mouths opening, lips in sync; majestically singing together, their voices echoing throughout the stadium, full of aliens cheering, and watching the two competitors singing.
Isagi’s eyes we’re glued to Bachira’s figure, as his voice echoed in the microphone—Memories of him and Bachira repeating in his head; them younger, running through the grassfield of Anakt Garden, holding hands, their laughts being the only sound in the grassfield.
They continued singing together, the song sounded peaceful, and marvelous.
Isagi: Do you believe in God? Once upon a time, mankind had religion and believed in God. They believed that which could not be solved by human strength, was the Will of God. Believed that the entire universe revolved around the Earth. They thought that unreachable place that connected with the sky was... where the gods lived. From the moment humanity left the universe, we all forgot about God. But if belief in god is human If all I can do as a human is to believe…. My god... My universe...
The final points appeared, the large screen flickering, as 87 - 86 shone, indicating the ending of the round. As Isagi took one last look to Bachira, that he technically didn’t know was last. His smile widened, Bachira stared back at him, his eyes shining—suddenly... Bachira’s life, was taken away, shot in the neck, his eyes’ sparkles slowly fading away. Isagi’s eyes widened, Bachira’s blood splashed in his cheek, his smile faded away, falling on his knees as he watched the love of his life, die right in front of him.
