Summary
You were one of the original Avengers. After losing people you loved on the team, you retired and retreated back to your home town in Puerto Rico. Life has been treating you fairly well for the past four years, since the return of everyone from the blip. And just as you're finally gaining your bearings, getting used to an easy life, you're offered an opportunity that leaves you questioning the peace you've earned.
You could stay on the island, spending your days relaxing on beaches, or you could fly back to New York and join the new, and slightly misguided avengers.
But what happens when the man that Steve had spent, or in your words, wasted years looking for is apart of that team? The man who split your family up, sending half to live under the radar and the other half yearning for what could've been? You know it's not his fault, but you can't help but blame him.
