Chapter Text

A large fluffy green creature runs through the parable. It stops in its tracks, spotting Stanley approaching it. It backs into the wall, its back arched, large yellow wings open, and its large TV head lowered. It hisses at Stanley, though it doesn't seem inherently hostile.

Stanley was weary of it at first, jumping back and cowering. However, when it didn't attack, he began to slowly approach it.

"What have you got th- oh- OH GOD WHAT IS THAT?? STANLEY BACK AWAY FROM IT!"

The creature slowly approaches Stanley, seeing that the he didn't seem like he would harm it. Stanley ignored the Narrator and placed his hand on the creature. A warm smile spread across his face.

The creature relaxed and laid down, purring at the touch.

"Stanley, we have no idea where this thing came from, get away with it!"

Stanley kept petting the creature. The creature raised its head to look at Narrator. Its screen glitched before words started typing on the blank space.

[Hello.]

The screen glitched, showing the creature's face again, and the creature meowed. Narrator, horrified, picked Stanley up like a cat and cradled him

"Whatever you are, shoo!"

Stanley stuck his tongue out at Narrator. The creature stood up. It meowed as its paw bapped at Stanley out of curiosity. Narrator held Stanley up higher.

"No! Bad! Go away!"

The creature smiled and placed a paw on Narrator's face. Narrator jumped back and swatted at it.

"Shoo! Begone! Go away!"

Stanley jumped off Narrators hand and onto the creature while Narrator was distracted. The creature continued to bap at Narrator's face.

"You- inconsolable-"

Narrator grabbed the creatures paws to stop it.

"Stanley get off of it right now!"

Stanley shook his head and stayed atop the creature, grinning wildly. The creature playfully opened its wings. Several yellow glowing eyes opened. The creature playfully headbutt Narrator in an attempt to get him to let go of its paws.

"Stanley, come on, get off of- whatever this thing is! Now"

Stanley refused.

"Why must you be so difficult??"

Narrator let go of the creature.

The creature smiled and continued bap at Narrator. It looked over to see a pile of buckets, deciding to go over and play with those instead. While in the midst of playing with the buckets, the creature laid on its back, tossing a bucket into the air, and hitting it with its tail, causing the bucket to go flying and hit Narrator in the face. The creature's smile widened in amusement.

Stanley laughed as Narrators temper only grew.

"I'm not doing this, if it eats you then that's your own fault Stanley"

Stanley held his fingers side by side and tapped them up and down on his thumb to mock Narrator.
