A seventeen x oc character story.
Seventeen-year-old Choi Hyunwoo’s life is a cycle of escapes into drugs and everything else that helps to shut off his mind. At home, an abusive father and a silent mother leave him feeling invisible. At school, his friends feel fake, and even his boyfriend’s affection can’t still the feeling of only being wanted because he is the younger brother of a famous person.
His older brother, Choi Seungcheol, once his anchor, has been gone for years, busy leading a life as the leader of Seventeen.
Unaware of the struggle Hyunwoo lives in. Hyunwoo tells himself it’s better that way. Until Seungcheol returns. Until Seungcheol is determind to help Hyunwoo better his life.As the struggle against addiction gets harder and the true thoughs start to spill out, Hyunwoo faces a choice: keep drowning in the current pulling him under, or let his brother and his band members pull him back to safety of the dry shore.
