Summary
There’s blood in his mouth, the tangy, putrid flavour permeating his gums. He logically knows it’s from biting down on his tongue, but Sam’s mind flips through all the times Lucifer fed him his own flesh in the cage. Sometimes it wasn’t even his own; sometimes it was Adam’s skin or guts, carved out while he watched on. Sam wonders if he’s going to be fed similar today.
