Summary
London, 1888.
Consumption and murder dye the city streets red with blood. Furuya Rei, aspiring physician, has undertaken the arduous journey halfway across the globe to learn from the doctors of the British Medical Association. (And to reconnect with his childhood friend, one Miyano Akemi.)
However, his time in the sun is short-lived - and not just because the famous British weather drowns the isle in fog. Caritas kills the cat; but Furuya Rei is not one to give up easily, even when he's lost everything, including his life.
Meanwhile, Akai Shuuichi is a stray soul, searching for someone - or something - in London's underworld.
Perhaps together they stand a chance at reclaiming themselves, and at wreaking havoc upon those who have wronged them.
