Alexei Tarasov was once a promising kid was in school for Mechanical Engineering but then he saw his dad get blown to bits during an active shooting and that kinda ruins your motivation for school. he currently works as an casher in his local family dollar in post union noobic union… as he day dreams about going home and playing counter strike he hears a knock on his table
“a- alexei you work here?”
(it was kelsay… Alexeis misanthrope neigbot… all alexei knew about them was they left for work early in the morning and came home at noon.. ususuaoy stopping by the store to grab some suger wafers or some beers..)
“Yeah i- i work here nieghbor.. place items so i could start scanning them” (alexei calmly says.)
unknown to everyone alexei had a sort of fasination.. or a crush on his loser nieghbor… he knew they were a vet and was intrested in there war storys…. and how they often helped with minor things like shoveling snow outside the apartments… or scaring of annoying racoons… Sure alexei knew having a crush on his nighbir was weird but whats the worst that could happen
“hey- i im ready to pay stop staring at me like that!” kel harsley states… it seems alexie was staring at him for almost 10 minutes at this point..
as alexei begins to bag his items and give kel back his money.. an odd feeling stirs in his stomach..the brief half second of skin to skin contract made his stomach tie into knots… alexei remembers this feeling.. how he asked out his child hood friend before and the regejection…. he feels the butterflys in his tummy as kel waves goodbye and hurrys away….
a bit of regret flashes on alexeis face.. what if he cant handle himself control his anger.. hes getting help for his issues hit he doesnt wanna hurt snother person he loved
“stupid ray of sunshine…” kel mumbles to himslef…. he knew about this alexei kid…. how he always tried to strike up a convo how he always tried to hang out… isnt ignoring him enough kelsay doesnt need anyone else not after…. he lost them not after trying his best to live life missing a peice of himself.. not after being screwed over by the federation not letting him keep his beneifts.. but he knew maybe he will gotta accept alexeis invites… it has been a while since hes done anything fun
