Summary
Living as a would-be human in a small coastal town is one thing – living in a huge city like Seoul is something else entirely.
Merman Jeongguk learns it the hard way. He's sure come a long way since he left his grotto and met Taehyung, the most fascinating human and the love of his life, for the first time. At least, his stay in that terribly noise place is only temporary. Only for however long it takes Taehyung to prepare for his world tour, and then they can leave Seoul together. Until then, he has to spend his days waiting. Stays in Taehyung's apartment and counts the hours until the idol comes back from work, day after day.
...Or not. Because being a mer means, that there are rarely any dull moments. Soon enough, Jeongguk finds himself between new friends, old enemies and a whole bunch of strangers whose motifs have yet to become clear. And as if things were not complicated enough like that already, both Taehyung and Jeongguk still need to fight their personal demons after everything they have gone through lately.
This is part two of the series "Children of the sea", and I'd highly recommend you read part one first, or else certain things will not make much sense at all. Alright, now have fun~
