Chapter 1: ‼️(even bigger) 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐑‼️
Chapter Text
So, before you begin to actually read my fanfic, u need to know something very, VERY important thing
• This fanfiction is MAINLY focused on fnaf security breach, vocaloids and pjsk cast members. There will be also other franchises, but they will be much less of it or be a part of a backstory.
• animatronics ARE ROBOTS!! They cant smile or make one. The only thing they can do to show emotions is by eyes, by ears (if they has one), by tail or by voice tone, okay? They are robots, not some human, furry or something else🫡
• lets just say, there will be a lot, and i mean A LOT of drama... not because i want to, but because without EMOTIONS and ACTIONS😎😎😎(#make_it_make_sense) it will be just very plain (and ig cringe AS FU-)
• there will be also some parts when i can not describe something just because of lacking skills of writing or because i didn't experience this or that. But i learning everyday, so with time and patience, It will work out 👍🏻
• There will be some mischaracterising. Unfortunately. Or completely rewrited character from the same game simply because i have lack of understanding character's personality, which is unfortunate for me.
• this is my first time writing something like this EVER, so dont throw tomatoes at me if I have described something bad or my writing skills is not the best one yet
• there will be more fandoms while stories go on, so be patient! Maybe there will be ur beloved fandom too!
• sometimes i scared about writing my lore cause its WILD and insane, so sometime, i will have a "writers block" :( im truly sorry about it
• Rarely, i will use some emojis, so be ready for some ✨sparkles✨
• Besides dialogues, it will also have phone messages. How I will do that? Idk lol
• i will be editing while i writing chapter because while Im at school, some CRAZY ASS IDEAS about my characters can pop up in my brain and i will be like: OMFG THIS IS AWESOME! (And rewrites the whole plot of the series) i hope it will not happen much but can't promise anything haha (not funny girl not funny)
• I will put triggers at the beginning, if necessarily.
Also how the text will appear in your screen and the meaning in some symbols:
—Hi dialogue
"Hi" thoughts
Hi other people thought (u will understand why even is this here)
(Hi) author thought (why? Idk lol)
『Hi』Japanese ver. of dialog (i don't want to make pjsk influence english speakers, it will just be insane, even for me)
Have fun reading my fanfic!
Chapter Text
I never wanted to become a singer in my life.
I didn't like Barbara, ever since she came to our school. So small, and yet so popular. I never understood why everyone liked the songs of Barbara and the bards, they weren't so special. And yet, somehow, I got into the music industry. No. I somehow became the one.
My first introduction to this industry was years later after I left teyvat, at... pizzaplex. Why? My friend suggested me to go there. Said, that "it's something I never seen before." He usually was right, so we went in. And we saw a performance. A performance, that was... unique. Sort of way. I never thought I would see singing robots with instruments, dancing and singing like a human being, again. They were similar to Mettaton, so I wasn't surprised by their performance. But their design was quite interesting, more colorful and bright. And someone got my attention the most.
A Bunny.
I liked the way of playing, what seems to be, a guitar (later I learned it's a bass guitar). He looked so cool in his pink jumpsuit, and his star-shaped sunglasses. When a thought ran in my head. What if I came to visit them? It was absurd, sure, but I wanted to learn more about him. I thought about it, when we left, and I decided to do it.
They were surprised to see me, a girl with a strange electric mask, that was all over my face, but they quickly accepted me. They were happy to meet someone like me? Interesting. I started to spend some time with them, and I grown affection to all of them. Roxy was very stylish, even did my hair once, and recommended me clothes I can wear, instead of a "old-fashioned long skirt and shirt". Chica was the sweetest robot. She enjoys eating, surprisingly, and taught me some cooking skills. Bonnie was chill, funny, and showed me his bowling skills. It's new to me, and I tried it. It was fun.
I didn't expect to spend time with Freddy, at the beginning. I thought he was weird. Too kind, too gentle, too caring. But the more time I spend with them, then with him, I realized, that he isn't so bad.
He told me stories about the plex, about clients he had to deal with, his vision on the life, even despite the fact that he is a machine, and I listened. He was an excellent storyteller. He didn't ask me about my past, like everyone else. He just respected me. And I, not even realizing that, enjoyed his company. Our friendship was growing faster than I thought. Once, I shared something about myself, about my friend specifically, and he was so happy to learn something about me. Later, I showed him one place in a waterfall.
A small clearing filled with Echo flowers.
They amused him so much, that he recorded a message for the future. If we came back, someday, he will show the flower he recorded. Even if I had suspicions what flower it was. But I didn't want to ruin the surprise.
Even if I would never hear this message.
But at one moment I comprehend something.
I had... strange feelings towards him.
Since that day, when I showed him that place, I felt weird. Almost sick. Every time he talked to me, my face, behind the mask, was getting hot.
Every time he touched me, my heart jumped out of my chest, and the beat was way too fast. That feeling in my chest... was dangerous. I cannot let my body react that way. It could lead to danger. Freddy was dangerous to me? Am I the problem? What if I lose it? Why was I like this?
Why was he like this?
No.
I cannot let that happen.
Too risky.
I ran away. I promised to come back, but I didn't. I can't face him, with the knowledge of those feeling that appeared in my head, my chest, my soul. It is strange, even crazy! I can't have feelings like this, towards a fucking ROBOT! I HAVE to leave him, forget about him, move on from who we were.
It's wrong on so many levels.
I shouldn't have come here in a first place.
I shouldn't talk to him.
He is just a robot.
A soulless creation, made by humans.
I want to hate him.

Chapter Text
—...Shit. I can't screw up on the first day.
Young lady thought to herself, while she tries to put on clothes as fast as possible, but she wasn't very successful. Her dark brown hair was a total mess and after finally putting her comfy black sweater with dark blue baggy jeans, she brushed her hair quickly and make a simple but messy ponytail and secured with small, black claw clip. After that she looked at herself. She had some bags under her blue eyes because she didn't slept much. She always looked like this, didn't she? She looked at herself a little longer and thought, that maybe she could remove those bags, but decided not to do it, simply because she forget where is that toner, and runs out of the bedroom, grabbing her phone and bag with all her needs, then she puts her favorite brown boots. She leaves her new house, which was quite massive and light, and runs to pizzaplex.
After she came to the pizzaplex, she started to look around for someone. "Who supposed to meet me here... did that woman told me on the phone? ... I can't recall"
Young lady started analyzing her surroundings to possibly find a person who was supposedly, needs to meet her. Suddenly, she heard some voice from right side of her body
—There you are! You are suppose to be new here, right?—A guy talked to her. He has a black messy hair, dark brown eyes and some weird metal T-shirt in pair with black pants. Also, he was slightly shorter then her.
—Yes. I assume, you’re the one responsible for showing this place?—She got surprised by a sudden voice and turns around to meet his gaze.
—Oh, yes, that is me, haha!— He laughed with a slight nervousness in his tone.—My name is Max, Max Schnitzel! And you would be...
—Sukoku Elis. Pleasure to meet you, Mister Schnitzel. —She made a small bow to honor of the acquaintance. Max was surprised by that action, but let it happen. He decided to begin their excursion to pizzaplex.
—So, I guess I should begin to show you this place, 'cause there is a lot to see there...—he gave Elis a weak smile. He had zero idea how properly show around, when he usually sits at his office and makes some designs for future ads.
—Mhm.—She simply nodded to his response. It makes harder to speak to her.
—And please, call me just Max, okay? You look the same age as me.—he put his ID at the turnstile and let throw it, Elis followed him.
Max started move to the main statue of Freddy and started yapping about pizzaplex. "It surely will be a long day..." thought she to herself. All she hoped for was NOT being introduced to animatronics...
Black-haired guy starter to show around pizzaplex. Some of the shops were new to her, but mostly, everything was the same. Cafes, arcade machines and play zones were still filled with kids as she never leaved this place. He showed her Roxy raceway, Monty's gator golf, Fazerblast and other popular places. He also showed her a fazcade, and surprisingly, there wasn't DJ-music man. Elis was surprised, but didn't show it. When they got back to the main atrium, speakers announced that the show will begin very soon.
—Wow, that was fast, huh?—Said Max and looked for free tables, so they can see animatronic's show.
—Yeah.—She agreed.—It’s already 6 pm...
—6 pm?!—He was shocked at how quickly the time passed, but it was not surprising, the pizza plex was a huge place, and he had only managed to show her the most popular places, and he also needed to show her the office where she would be working... He scratched his head and didn't know what to do next. She didn't say anything. She didn't care about the time. She was simply enjoying time here. All of those LED lights, places, even kids and their parents, trying to catch them. The fact that children were so excited to see animatronics amused her, despite the fact of how long she been knowing them.
—You're the lead, Max, but I would eat something instead of watching a performance.—She said, like it was nothing to her.
—Oh, you're hungry? Why didn't you tell me sooner?—he said worriedly.—We can go to El'chip!—He suggested enthusiastically. She nodded and the headed to the El'chip. They had a nice conversation. Well, mostly Max was yapping and Elis listened. Max seems like a nice guy, but talked a lot, a lot more she was expecting. But Elis didn't bothered by that. In fact, it was helping her a bit.
—————————————————————
—The last thing you should know about this place is that it closes overnight, but our security guards can open door for you, if you need too.—He continued to talking everything about pizzaplex. They were going to Rockstar row, which Elis didn't liked much, but would she say about it Max? Of course not. It will be weird to say in a first place.
—That's a useful information, Max.—It was indeed useful. She could use that for sneaking out to her "friends", if they were still that. She thought for a moment and asked—Where to we heading to?
—Its a very good question, my dear friend!—She didn't say anything, but she surprised that Max already was considered her as a friend.—Presenting to you...—he proudly and enthusiastically announced. He punched the door and it's reveal massive place with a lot of neon symbols, golden statues of animatronics and with the rooms, and above were the names of each animatronic.
—Rockstar row!—he gives her a bright smile and showed the majesty of this place with his hands. Elis was frightened a bit, because it means that he would introduce her to the animatronics, which was the last thing she wanted. But there's no turning back now, she need to keep pretending like she's new here. They went deeper into the row, as she looked around.
—This is...nice.—She wasn't lying, this row had something special in it. She loved neon signs and there were a lot more than in any other section.
—Yes, I know, right? Such an amazing place to see!—They kept moving around rockstar row, and he saw Freddy and Max recalled, that he still need to introduce new worker to them.—And by the way, we are here because I want to introduce you to someone very cool.—As he mention that, they come closer to bear, which stand nearby his own statue. When Elis realised what was doing to happen, she was scared. What if he recognizes her? If he does, would he say something about it? She bites her tongue.
Then they get to Freddy, she felt uneasy. He was giving her a hard time focusing on something else besides him. Is she was scared of him? But she was definitely stronger than him, and besides, she was gone for so long! He can't possibly remember her, right? Max didn't notice her worries right away. He was busy talking to a mascot bear.
—Hey, Freddy!—He exclaimed joyfully.—This is our new coworker, Elis. She will be working with us from this day.—He wanted to introduce her to Freddy, but as he turned around, Max notice that she was right behind him. Elis was crossing her arms over her chest, holding them tightly, and looked off the side, as she was avoiding someone's stare.
—Um, Elis, are you okay?—He was concerned about her reaction.
She snapped out of her thoughts. Did she looked to stressed? She put down her hands and looked at Max.
—I'm...fine.—She said without showing worry or fear in her voice. But somewhere deep inside, she knew that him not recognizing her is very low. Max looked at her confused.
—Mkay...—He turned to her.—Then, let me introduce to you a star of this place——Freddy Fazbear!—He exclaimed admiringly, pointing at him with hands playfully.
—I am certain you aware of the fact that I can introduce myself without any help, right?—The orange bear inquired Max and leans a bit to him.
—I'm the guide here, not you, sooo it's my job to that, y'know?—He laughed about the situation. Max turns to Elis, who didn't move even a bit, and announced:
—We all three are going to visit other animatronics!
—That is a wonderful idea, superstar!
Tsk.
"Superstar".
How annoying.
One more reason to hate him.
—Are you okay with that? 'Cause your face says kinda otherwise.—Max smiled anxiously. Is he doing something wrong?
—It's that noticeable to you?
—Wha-
—Everything is fine, guider, sorry to confuses you.—Her eyes soften a bit, at least she tried to do so. She was quite amused by the guy's phrase.
—Phew, girl, you make me feel worried for you for a sec, hah.—He wiped sweat from his forehead, though there was none. Then he patted Freddy's chest, which seemed to surprised by that action, and added: —Then we can go to other's!—She nodded and they headed to Roxy's room.
He was watching her move, her body language, listened to her voice, her tone. His gaze was fixated at her and only at her. She felt that stare. Uncomfortable. She can't look back. No, she won't look back at him. She concentrated more on Max. He was significantly shorter compare to Freddy. Is Max 5 feet tall? Maybe a bit higher, but he was definitely a short king.
—So, our first stop here is the queen of the raceway and fashion icon number one——Roxanne wolf!—He pointed to her door joyfully.
—Do you always speak that...enthusiastically about them?—He has too much joy in him. Is it his dream job or something?
—Of course! I visited fazbear's pizzeria since my childhood!—He explained.—Despite the rumors about this whole place...—He mumbled the last part, but despite that, she heard him.
Rumors? Now that was interesting.
—Should we knock to alarm Roxanne about our visit?—Freddy suggested.
Max agreed and boys knocked on the door. They heard annoyed Roxy and she said whilst coming to open the door. 'Monty how many times I said not to come to my ro-' Animatronic opened the door but to her surprise she saw our trio. Roxy was confused, but when she saw her old "friend" she went furious.
She was demanding answers. She didn't even explained to her or to anybody else anything that was happening besides their "role". She even took away her friend, who loved her, tells her how stunning she was and how she loved styling her hair. She didn't understand, why she took away everything all of that sudden. And she will never forgive her. Never!
—You..!—She almost growled at them. Only her stupid face would be enough to piss her off. She already wanted to jump at her and tear her apart.
—Heey, Roxy.—Max began.—We just wanted to introduc-
—I don't need that shit.—She hissed.
—Roxanne, please, do not use such a foolish language-
—I don't give a fuck about language, Freddy!—She shouted at Freddy, and he moves back slightly. Roxy looked at Elis once more.—Go. Away.
Everyone was surprised, even shocked at some point, except Elis herself. "Sorry, Roxy. One day, you will understand, I promise." Roxanne at this point was already fed up with those gazes.
—I said..—She began to yell.—GO AWAY!
She closed the door and made it unavailable to go inside, even for a employee.
—That was... not what I was expecting.—Freddy broke the moment of silence.
—Usually, she is more friendly. At least, not aggressive to new employees.
—You know what I noticed?—Max turned to them.—She was staring at you, Elis.—He paused for a moment, while looking at her, trying to find any explanation, even a slightest hint in her body, but there was none.
—Weird. I never visited this place before.—She said monotonously. They two just stared at each other for a moment.
—...Fair enough I guess. But come to think about that...—He rubbed his chin.—Maybe you hurt her in the past! Like, in the past-past. My grandpa told me stories about souls, and how they function, and maybe, just maybe, your soul in the past hurt her soul and she still remembers that!
Now it sounds just ridiculous. Elis stared at him, with a hint of dumbfounded on her face.
—Max, as much as I appreciate your theory, but we do not have souls...—Concern was in his tone. Elis couldn't share the same feeling.
—Oh c'mon, you both are no fun.—He rolled his eyes and dramatically sighed.
—Anyway, next stop is Monty, so we need to go now.—He went past a robot and Elis and went to Monty's room, those two followed him. Now Max was in the front, while Freddy and Elis were behind him. His glare was all over again on her, and she didn't liked that, at all. Why the fuck he needs to stare at her like this?
—You are not very communicative.—He broke the silence between them.
—Oh yeah, she doesn't talk much.—Max turned to them and stated Freddy's words.
—But I'm a good listener.
"Sometimes"
Max raised his eyebrow at her.
—Damn, I thought that you won't join our conversation.—He stopped in front of green door.—Nonetheless, our next big guy is the best player of golf and just a sick dude——Montgome-!
Max didn't finished his sentence, and they all heard a muffled crash of something and faint growl. He stood up and looked in the direction of the sound, trying to figure out what it was. He looked back at his small gang and gestured with his hands.
—Um...—That the only sound escaped from his lips. His voice was a bit timid. He looked at Freddy fretfully.—Is he okay?
—I think we should not disturb him... for now.—Freddy's voice was soft but concerned. Elis couldn't help but starting pondering about that "Montgomery". Was he always that impulsive? If yes, then why nobody told her...
They three headed to Chica's room, and everyone were quiet. One for a quite shocking surprise, as mush as Freddy surprise, and Elis just thought of possibilities that alligator has.
—Okay...—Max talked after they were in front of the Chica's door.—The last animatronic is the fitness girl of all times and loveeer of pizza——Glamrock Chica!
He tried to stay cheered up, but he was still frightened. He placed his ID card to the door, and it automatically opened. The next thing they saw was Chica cleaning in her room from the party customers had there. Empty pizza boxes, confetti and other trash were all around her room. She noticed them and stood up, while holding some empty cans of soda.
—Oh hey! Didn't expect you all to come here so early.—She spoke up with ringing and lively voice. She quickly walks to a trash can and puts those cans in. Then, she looked back at them.
—Sorry, Chica. Max wanted to introduce someone new to you.—Freddy said with apologetic tone.
—Yeah...—He pulls Elis closer to a door frame, so the white animatronic can see her well.—Here she is!
Chica was...astonished. Her purple optics quickly scans that new employee in front of her. She did come back, just like she promised to. If she could, she will already hugging her so tightly!
—Hey.—Elis weakly waved at her, looking directly into her pinpils. Did she recordniced her? She hoped so. Max was just watching them. Why they staring at each other like that?
—Hii!—She finally exclaimed.—I'm Chica, Chica the Chicken! And what's your name, our new friend?
—I'm...Elis.—She couldn't hide how relaxed she felt around her. It's been just a while ago, but she missed her already.
—Can I hug you, pleeeeeease?—She leans to her, almost jumping at the spot, while blinking at her intensely, trying to mimic puppy eyes.
—No.—"Sorry, Chica"
—Why noot?—She made a sad eyes and leans even closer to Elis face.
—Yeah, seriously, why not? She is so nice to you.—Chica nodded exceedingly at Max's words
—I don't like being touched.—There was a small hint of guilt in her tone, but it was not so noticeable to others.
—Oooh...—Chica was down by her rejection.
—She is usually harsh with her sentences, you will get used to it, someday...—Added Max, slightly disappointed in Elis.
—Other than that, Max, did you showed our new employee her office?—Finally spoke Freddy after listening to their dialog. Max turned around to him quickly, jumping by the sudden other male voice.
—Gosh! I forgot that you are with us...—He screamed a bit, and breathed to keep his cool.—Not yet. Why?
—Because pizzaplex is going to be closet soon.
Max stood there frozen and disbelieve.
—..What time is it?
—11 PM and 23 minutes.—Max placed his hands on his hips and looked down.
—Shit.
—Language!—Freddy and Chica blustered at him.
—Sorry. But still, thank you both for your time! And now, I going to show you office before we get stuck here for a whole night.—He started moving slowly away from them and grabbing Elis hand to make her follow him.
—Hey, don't touch-
—Do you want to get stuck here?—He looked at her intensely. She leaned her head slightly to the side.—Then let's go!—He cut her off, before she could say anything, and pulled her to go as fast as possible to the office he didn't show her!
Chica and Freddy watched them, as they dissapeared behide those "staff only" doors. Freddy started wondering some things. Why is she back? Did she need something? Why was she so cold to him? And why Chica said nothing about her presence? Chica, on the other hand, almost closet the door, before Freddy spoke up.
—Chica, may I ask you something?
He looked at her with full seriousness he capable to show. Chica met his gaze and felt somewhat uncomfortable.
—Not now, Freddy...I still need to clean a mess after those kids, y'know?—She brushed off the question and just like that, closet a door in front of him. Freddy wanted to say something, but didn't. Did she avoided his question? But why? Was it... He decided not to think about it much. She surely will answer him everything tomorrow... Bear stood there for a couple of second, before heading back to his room. He needs to think all of it through.

Chapter Text
The pink room was cleaned! It was a usual procedure for them, despite the actual cleaners they had. But would she allow her to clean her room? Hell no.
She went to her table, where her guitar was, and took it in her hands. She looked in the mirror, only to see herself with a guitar. She looked... slightly different than before. Her posture was not that confident anymore. She tightened her grip on her guitar. Did she always look like this?
She moved away from the mirror and decided to practice a bit more before she needed to go to the recharge station. Maybe, there is an imperfection somewhere in her play. She headed to her door, full of practicing her skills or even learning new ways to improve herself. She opened a door, but before she could even step out of her room, she was speechless to see the next thing:
Elis, so-called "new employee" here, was holding her key card, almost pressing it against her electronic lock. Now, she locked eye contact with her, and she looked slightly amused. At least that's what Chica can tell from her lightly opened eyes. Without warning, Chica grabs her arm and pulls her inside her room, locking the door behind human's back. Elis gasped by a sudden pull and wanted to say something, but Chica did it first:
—What are you doing here??—She held her steady with her hands, shaking her a bit.—You aren't supposed to be there! It's already closing time!! What if someone saw you sneaking into pizzaplex? Do you want to have trouble with security?? O-M-G, I'm so-
—Calm down, Chica...—She told her, trying to get out of her grip of her hands.—No one saw me sneaking, so I'm good for now.
—Even if no one saw you, what if-
—Chica. Everything will be as good as grape wine, trust me.—She looked at her, her voice was confident, and she gave Chica a small smirk. When she said that, Chica tilted her head a bit and raised an eyelid.
—As good as what now?—She glanced at her, blinking at her in confusion.
—Didn't get that?
—No... I'm sorry, I don't understand you.—She released Elis from her grip and looked down, her hands were locked together. After feeling relief from Chica's holding, she began to knead her hands. That's how hard Chica grabbed her.
—*sigh* I should've expected that.—She removed one of her front strands behind her ears. She put her hand in the pocket of her jeans.—Also, I'm sorry if I broke your plans for today.
An animatronic's eyelids opened slightly.
—What do you mean?—Elis's free hand pointed at her guitar, which was practically hanging on her neck. Chica looked down to witness her star-shaped, blue guitar. She completely forgot about her extra training...
—Oh.—She took her instrument and quickly took it off, placing it near her table. Meanwhile, her friend slowly walks to a chair. She leaned to a chair and placed her arms on the back of it, and looked back at Chica. Their eyes met. She blinked and tilted her head slightly without saying a word. Breath in, breath out.
—I suppose, I need to start.—Elis said after realizing that Chica won't say anything, for some reason.
—I wanted to talk to you more properly, without anyone.
Chica glanced at her more puzzled.
—Talk about what?
Elis, before words could be heard, closed her mouth. She didn't prepare an answer for this question...
—I... don't know... I thought you would ask me questions.—She was honest with her. —I mean, you don't want to ask me any questions?
That was quite a bold move for Chica, but she got what she was referring to.
—OH.—She exclaimed.—Okay, um... Why did you return?
Chica looked at Elis, all relaxed on the back of a chair.
—And you can sit on the chair.—Added an animatronic. Elis immediately sat down and relaxed her full body on it.
—Thank you.—She placed her arms on her knees and began.—Remember Ichika?
Chicken eye-wined at her friend.
—I know you can't really forget anything, but I just wanted to clarify that.—She added, noticing her glance.
—Oh... Then yes, I remember her. Why do you ask?—She suddenly opens her mouth, and with more excitement in her tone, added:
—Is she going to be there???
—That's... I'm planning to do, at least.—She cupped her cheek on her pawl.
—It's my first day here, and I don't think the management will take my "very innovative idea" seriously.—Elis continued.—More like as it's a joke.
Then it was silence. Chica opened her beak to say something, but immediately closed it. On one hand, she genuinely believed that it could potentially work, but on the other hand, she knew. Elis was right. No one will take her seriously on her first day, especially the management. An animatronic leans against the nearest wall, looking at the ground.
—How is she going?—That's the first thing Chica asked after a moment.
—Ichika? As far as I know, she and the others are fine.—sighed, she answered. She would love to go back in time and not listen to-
—You don't talk to them, do you?
Elis instantaneously looked at her.
—In reality, I keep in touch with... one of them.—She made a pause before saying the last word.
—I see.
They just looked at something. Elis is at the Chica, and Chica at the floor.
—Can you tell me more.. about your plan?—Their eyes met.
—Sure.—She nodded.—There are going to be also vocaloids, Leo/need, More More Jump, and three other groups. I'm not sure how to get in my plan Nightcore's though...
—Nightcore?
Elis thought for a moment before answering.
—Yes. You see, "Nightcore at 25" is an online group, and I need to figure out how "invite" them to this place. And even if it's going to succeed, how are they going to perfo-
Unexpectedly, they heard a knock on Chica's door. They both looked at it.
—Maybe you should open it? He or she is clearly incapable of opening a mechanical door.
—Heeey, don't be rude.—Replied Chica with a disapproval undertone.—Maybe they want to be polit- Whoah!
As she talks to Elis, she comes to a door and presses a button to unlock the door, only to witness someone she knows way too good.
Elis tried to look over Chica who it was, but she could barely see the figure.
—Oh heeeeeeey Freddy.—She put her hand on the door frame, trying to prevent Freddy from looking in her room.—W-what brings you here so late??
He stood there, analyzing his friend, all anxious and... scared?
—Evening, Chica. And also to our "old" friend.
Elis heard that voice and everything tightened up inside of her. Why, out of ALL robots, HE came just now?
—Whaaat friend? There is nothing and no one.—Chica enchanted looks with Elis, then she glances back at Freddy.
—Chica.—His voice became more serious.—I know she is here. I heard her.
"Asshole"
She took a few steps back. Elis could see anxiety in Chica's body.
—Why not to greet your old friend, dear "new worker"?
While Chica was in some sort of trance, with her beak wide open, Freddy entered pink room, leaned against a wall, crossed his arms on his chest and looked at Elis.
His old, best friend.
At those times.
She didn't look back at him. She stayed calm, pretending not to hear orange bear, who almost "pillared" her with that stare.
—And how long are you going to ignore me?—He finally said.
—I'm not ignoring you.—She turned chair to him, facing his stare boredly.—I just don't understand what it's all about.
—Really?—He asked sarcastically. He looked her over from his height. She was different from how he pictured her in his system.
Chica already went back to reality and stared at them. Should she stop them? The leader gave her a glance for a second, then turned back to his interlocutor.
—Not only were you exceptionally cold to me, but you also did not dare to talk to me after that. You do realize how offended I am?
She just looked at him, saying absolutely nothing. If she could, she would make him vanish pretty fast. He continued:
—In addition, out of nowhere, you decided to show up.—He leaned toward his speaker a bit, and said in a more shrill and firm tone:
—After. Four. Years.
—Even if she came back just now, so what?
Chica, before Elis could even open her mouth, spoke up.
—I know, it'sbeen... very long since that day, but can we all just calm down and not argue?
The two looked at Chica, surprised. Especially Freddy. He was outraged and stunned to hear that.
—Chica...—He finally said.—You sound so ridiculous. Even if she is here now, it does not give her any permission to be like that.—He turned to his friend, who seemed to be very concerned about this whole situation.
—But-
—Chica, let me handle this.
She stood up, frustrated, and looked at him.
—Listen, Fazbear, I'm going to tell you only once: I don't like you. I want nothing to do with you, and I thought you already forgot me, but you didn't. Or simply do not care. Neither of what you're going to say, I'm not willing to see nor explain anything to you.
—Why are you like this?
She didn't answer. She looked at him with annoyance and dislike in her eyes, and he didn't like that.
—You are not going to say anything?
He looked at Chica. Why is she isn't doing anything? Did she know something he didn't? It pisses him even more.
—Okay. Your choice.—Freddy shouted, turned around, and made himself out of this room. Just why was she so... rude? All of those years, he thought she was unalive, and only one person told him otherwise, but he didn't appear since their anniversary! And after all of this, when she came back, he was treated like this? He was furious.
He stood near his room when it hit him. He thought about his "new idea" for a moment. Will it be appropriate for him to do so? Maybe not. But it was better than nothing.
"At least this way, I can find out a bit about her."
Elis's body relaxed a bit.
—Hm.—She hummed out of genuine surprise.—I thought he was a stubborn type.
—But why are you like that to him? I didn't get that.
Elis hesitated before answering
—He was way too kind to me. And I hated it. I came here just for this project. Nothing else.
"I don't want to rebuild our past friendship. There is nothing left of it anyway."
Chica looked disappointed. Only for this project? But what about Roxy? Bonnie? Herself? Did she even care about them in the first place?
—...I think you should go.
She looked at her, slightly amused.
—I realized that I need to recharge... My battery is low and-
—You don't have to explain to me that.—She cut her off, understanding her friend's position.— Maybe I chose the wrong time. Let's meet tomorrow, after closing time, hmm?
—Yeah, sounds good... but wait a second...—She thought about it. If she is planning to sneak again, isn't officer Vanessa going to catch her?
—How would you-
She didn't finish her sentence, and Elis already vanished into thin air, like nothing was standing in front of her. She looked in her window, trying to spot her. Maybe she didn't hear her go out of her room? But there was none. All she could see was a panel with cupcake and a rockstar row.
Maybe it's a good thing she left that quickly. She needs time to process everything that just happened. She looked at her guitar. She wanted to practice her play, but that situation took her wish away. She went into her backroom and glanced at her recharge station. The door opened, and she went in. She just hoped that everything will be better.

Chapter 5: Chica's guitar!★
Chapter Text
As the sun goes higher, as a flowers started to open up to witness the light, Elis woke up after a long sleep.
Her room was a little darker than everything esle in her house, in bluish shade, with a lot of neon sings and light. Hearts, stars or just simple lines makes her room more bright, in her opinion. On her walls, besides neon lines, she had small pictures of her with her friends. Saki... she missed her, and Miku, her "coach" and friend. Her white bed was in the corner, and next to it was a small table with a computer and a lamp. The room itself was lit by sunlight, as the window was almost the entire wall, and if she had remembered to close the curtains in the evening, she could have slept for at least 30 minutes more. There was a wardrobe with a full-length mirror next to the large window. Not far from the door, which was opposite the bed, there is a shelf with all the favorite and quick-to-reach things. Plush toy, a gift from Rin, souvenirs from different "locations", strange devices for research "just in case", and basic things like a comb, a box of rubber bands and jewellery, a small bag of cosmetic and a small mirror. She tries to clean this room as often as possible, although she and housework are not very compatible, so you can always find a small trash can in her room, which is often overflowing.
She slowly stood up, rubbing her eyes. She reached for her phone. 6:35 AM. "I stood up earlier than I expected" she thought. "And with ease." She needs to get ready.
She scratched herself a bit, opens a door and went inside of the room nearby. When she entered bathroom, she took off her clothes and looked at herself. Those vines were so visible, especially around her chest, where is heart suppose to be, almost giving her body a purplish tone. And her arms... they looked even worse. She poked one of her arm gently, and it felt like if lightning hit her body. Why it is so painful? She forced herself to step into a cold floor. She turned on the tap and water started pouring out of the shower hose. Water was flow all over her body, and her body immediately reacted to the water. That feeling was like she was being poked by thousands of needles. Why is she like this? She gingerly touched her body as she washed with a sponge. Elis forced herself to do so only because it's a "basic thing human's do". Standard procedure.
After the shower, wrapped up with a tower, she went back to her room. It doesn't really matter in which time she comes to a pizzaplex. The only thing matters is how long she works and the quality of work itself. Elis thought a moment before deciding to head to a work a bit early. She went to a wardrobe, and before she changed her clothes, she closed window with a curtain. When she looked for a clothes for today, she decided to go with same black pullover and dark blue jeans. Thank god that dude Max didn't gave her any uniform. She bet that "uniform" would feel so itchy. So that means she can wear anything she wants to.
She brushed her hair after putting on the clothes, made a ponytail, which was very practical, and secured it with hair clip. Now she looks...fine. At least fabric wasn't bad. She grabs her phone and the first notification she saw was the message:
Good morning. How did your first day go?
She was surprised to see a message. Maybe she told someone about her work?...
Oh.
Right.
Luka.
She quickly opens an app, while going to a kitchen and sit down on a closest chair. She quickly types back:
hey. It was fine i suppose
Elis would not tell her about the yesterday's... incident. But besides that, it was okay, so technically, she didn't lied.
I see
Then, I wish you a nice day, Elis. 😉
After receiving Luka's message back, she replied with a weak smile:
thanks. i will. and have a nice day too
After that, Elis willing to cook breakfast. She decided to make quick omelet, nothing fancy. She wasn't the worst cook, at least better than "the most popular vocaloid", but if she tries to cook something more complicated... well, most of her friend will be poisoned by that "dish".
After she finished, she saw some burned parts of her omelet. She expected this to happen, so Elis took a small knife and cut some burned parts. After "cleaning" her omelet, she place it into the plate, place it on the table, took a fork and began to eat. It wasn't bad, surprisingly, so she ate whole omelet without hesitations. She placed her plate in the sink and decided that its time to head to the work. She got very lucky with placement of her house. It was only 20 minutes away from pizzaplex.
——————————————————————
Here we go again. Freddy's Fazbear Mega Pizzaplex. The whole building was standing in his glory and majesty. All of those shiny, colorful posters and marquee sign with main cast... It felt nostalgic.
She enters the building from the main entrance, there were not many people, considering that pizzaplex recently opened for customers. She chose to go to the office through the utility tunnels. It was easier that way then go to main atrium, walk around the whole atrium, then rockstar row, convenience counter, and only then she could get to her office.
That's just ridiculously long and annoying.
Elis went to the "staff-only" door and move down into tunnels. There were not many staff, and even if there were people, they were busy with work. That was great, because she could go to her office without any distractions, so she can listen to some music.
While she was walking, she spotted one girl at the corner of a tunnel. She was mopping the floor. Blonde hair, a ton of makeup, old gloves, dirty uniform. Why would they hire a cleaner, a human cleaner, if there is plenty of staff bots? This company was surely weird.
She had arrived to her office. She didn't had a key, which was quite unfortunate, so she hoped that Max is in office already. She grabbed the handle and pulled the door open. It was locked. She took her phone from her bag and looked at the time. 7:58 AM.
She sighed and leaned against a wall. She took a quick glance across the corridor. Those dull hallways were never to her liking. And the smell was dreadful, probably from chemicals near her.
So uncomfortable.
Why hasn't he yesterday gave her keys or something? Did he forgot it while he was yapping about how he scared of being here locked? Probably. And for long she needed to-
—Oh, you are here already!
-wait.
A male, cheerful voice came through the corridor. She turned her head to the direction of the voice was coming from, and it was Max! How uNeXpEcTeD! He was almost rushing to her, while having a big smile on his face, happy to see his new friend.
—I thought that you wouldn't come that early.—He spoke up quite energetically. He came to a door and pull out a key from his pocket of his jeans, then he inserted the key into the door and started to open it.
—You are very energetic for 8 AM...—She replied dryly, while putting her earpods back into a case. Max turned a key until door was open, he pulled out key and opened a door. He entered the office and turned the lights on. Elis followed him into the room as well.
The office himself was in dark blue color, like every other offices in pizzaplex. It has some shelfs near doors, posters with main mascots, two tables with computers on each. She could tell that a metal small poster near the further computer was Max's place to work.
—Well of course I am! Why wouldn't I?—He smiled and added happily:
—After all, Im working in my dream job!—He almost singed the last part. Something about that guy was... irritating. But at least he was nice. They both put their bags under the table and Max sits down on his chair while Elis shuts the door and also sits down.
—What are you do in this job that you like it so much?—She asked while turning her computer on. She needed to begin her job as soon as possible.
After all, Fazbear Entertainment Inc. were serious about her job. They already send her some projects she needs to do.
—I am a designer! A guy that makes those wholesome posters and advertisements for TV, social medias and much more!—He spins his chair to meet her posture. She didn't look back.
"Designer, huh? Interesting."
—And you are..?
"Gosh, Max, let me work please"
—I'm in IT safety. Now, can we talk later? We both have a job to be done.—She replied in her usual monotone. But the frustration was building up slowly. Would he let her work or not?
—Okay...—He replied in an upset tone. She was joy killer, 100%. He signed and turned to his computer.
And officially, day began.
As time went on, the pizzaplex was filled with the sounds of children laughing and the sounds of workers doing their jobs. Elis was so focused on her work that time went by very quickly. But someone, of course, needed to distract her....
By poking her shoulder aggressively.
She removed her earphones and before she could face that motherfucker and speak up, he said first:
—Elis, my dear new coworker, let's go on break together.~ —he sang that sentence. That energetic aura from him, that optimistic and extroverted energy was something she didn't liked about him.—Eating is important to our-
—Dude.—She said, already fed up with his attitude. And it's been only A SECOND DAY!
—I need to work. Not go out and have fun.
Max looked at her, dissatisfied and upset with her answer. He sighed sadly.
—Do you want me to bring you something, at least?—The least thing he could do is make sure she eat. After all, not everyday he would have someone to work with him in a same room. Besides, "if you do something nice, surely they will be also nice to him!"
—Hm.—She hesitates before answering.—Yes, I guess? Just bring me whatever stuff they offer. I'm not that picky.
Max nodded, glad that she accepted his offer and stepped out of their office. In the next couple of minutes nachos were at her table, and orange Fizzy-faz...
Nachos were gone, but drink wasn't even touched by her.
6:54 PM
Max was packing his stuff. His black hair was all over his face and it blocked some parts of his view. Maybe he indeed needed a new haircut after all. He looked at Elis, who didn't stood up since morning, at least from his perspective. Is her job that hard or is she that hardworking? It slightly worried him. He came to her place and put his hand on her shoulder gently, to try getting some sort of reaction.
—Hey, Elis?—he was really surprised about her hardworking skills. Maybe it's a first time in the whole pizzaplex, then there is actually people that cared about that company?
She flinched when she felt someone touch her. She turned around in fright only to see Max. She put her earpods in a case rapidly and asked him:
—Did you said something?
—Yup. Are you going home or?—Worried was all over him. If she wasn't lying about her fear, then would she still staying here until very late?
—Oh, yeah, of course...—she gave a quick look at the time on her PC.—Almost 7PM? The time really goes here fast, huh...
—Definitely! Especially when you work so hard like this.
"Did she even stoop up?"
—Can't disagree with you. Just give me a minute.—She started to pack her things. Phone—check. Charger—check. Her earpods—check. After put everything she needs to into her bag, she turns off her pc and moved chair. While she was going that, Max was lost in his thoughts. Is she always like this? So reticent?
—Hey.—The voice snap him out of his thoughts. She was already waiting for him to close a door, as she was standing outside of this room.
—Oh, sorry.
The door was now properly shut and they now leaved pizzaplex together. Sun was going down slowly, feeling area near exit with warm sunlight.
——————————————————————
The sound of the guitar resonates throughout the empty backstage. You could hear the perseverance and professionalism with which animatronic played. It's been a while since she played her guitar not on the stage or in front of the children. All by herself, alone. She still didn't understand why on earth her and her bandmates need a coach in a first place? Especially like him.
He makes her being complex about her skills of playing her own favourite guitar!
She began to wonder. They are already programmed to play instruments. Does it mean that they aren't perfect? But if they playing worse than before, maybe they should change their endos, or just fix their issues in programming?
Maybe they didn't want to spend more money on them?
But if it is, why not just don't ask the technicians to fix them?
Did they want to teach them in a human way?
But that would be stupid, wouldn't it be?
Maybe that man wasn't supposed to be their coach in a first place?!
The far sound of the opened door makes a white animatronic stop wondering and looking around. If that's some employees again like him, she swear to god, she is gonna..!
—Chica? Are you there?—Female voice asked. She couldn't tell which voice belonged to, so she stood out of the stage and walks to the employees-only door.
Just to see her again.
Elis just waved at her, with little face expression, Chica could tell that she was happy to see her.
—Hi there. I was looking for you. Why are you here?—She asked.
—Hey... Um, I was practicing? Why else would I be here?—She didn't sound so sure, when she said that.
—Hm. Interesting.—Her eyes went down and saw the guitar she was holding.—I thought someone like you didn't had to train.
—What are you talking about? I wasn't training...—She looked away and hold her guitar a bit tighter. Her voice was cracking a bit.
Elis said nothing to that. Perhaps she assumed too fast.
—I see. My bad.
Chica took off her guitar string and laid it to the edge of a stage. Human's eye was focused on that guitar. That guitar had something in it, that she couldn't stop looking at it. Something...
Nostalgic.
—So, what we going to do-
—Would you mind if I play it?
Her body straightened when she heard this question, eyelids widen a bit. It was definitely an unexpected one.
—Sorry, shouldn't cut you.—She immediately apologized.—I don't know what got into me.
But she felt like that guitar was calling her.
Calling her to play it.
Touch those strings.
Make a melody.
Recall those memories.
She didn't touched guitar for so long. It reminded her of the times, when she was learning all of "performance" stuff, and her now-close-friend was teaching her play the guitar. Her hands were creating melody, that could make her fall asleep. Is her hands can do the same? Can her hands, her fingers create something as beautiful as that melody that could mesmerize people?
—You know how to play a guitar??—Chica sounded excited. She came closer to her and stared at her intensely. Elis leaned back under an animatronic.
—Yes, a bit... Is it excites you this much?
—Of course it is!—She exclaimed enthusiastically. Way too loud. And it hit her ears so hard, that it felt like a shot in her brain. But she didn't show that, just not to upset her.—You never mentioned your skills, and I really want to hear your play!
Chica grabbed her guitar and handed to her. She didn't understand about why she was so excited about her playing her own guitar. She slowly took her guitar, her shiny and interesting shaped blue instrument was in her hands. She sat on the edge of the stage and placed guitar comfortably. Tho, something stopping her to play it right away. Why she needs to play it? What is the point? She looking over the guitar once more. Why is she hesitating? She shouldn't be like this.
What are you waiting for?
That thought appeared in her mind. But something was strange about it.
But she was right. What was she waiting for? It just a play. Nothing else.
Her fingers went through the strings, and they responded to her touch, creating a sound. She began playing with strings, trying to think of a melody she could play. But nothing was coming. She looked at her friend, who seemed to be very interested about her play. Chica met her gaze, saying nothing. Elis thought that she will disappointed her friend, if she won't playing now. Concentrate, woman, you know how to play that damn guitar!
Her fingers touched the guitar, and the notes that followed struck a chord in her mind. It sounded... familiar.
She slowly started to play music that appeared in her head, translating it to guitar. Her fingers flew on the strings, and she understood what is that melody.
Her moth- her nanny's lullaby.
Room was filled with calm, slow and gentle melody. Fingers were playing more confidently, even quietly humming a music. Her mind was playing memories from her home.
Sky was clear, smell of the grass, the wind blowing around with leaves. Flowers were waving, resonating with wind, birds were singing, butterflies flying around grape's garden. Her, small kid, running through lines, filled with grapes, having fun with her nanny, while her "father" was working at his office.
What a great memory.
She slowly ended playing guitar, feeling satisfied. She looked at her friend, whose beak was wide open.
—It was... SO COOL!!—Chica shouted in excitement.—The melody is so beautiful and your fingers were almost sliding through those strings!
—Yeah...—Guitar was placed on the edge of a stage.—Thanks for letting me play it.
—No problem!—She giggles, coming closer to her friend.— I just can't believe that you are so talented!
—It's not that. It's more of a practice skills, Chica.—She told her. But she was glad that her white friend liked her play.
Impressive.
She got surprised by that thought again. Her eyes flickered around the place, looking for everything unusual. But there was none.
What- no, who is that?
—Impressive! How long are you playing guitar?
—Me? I think, 3 years now.
—3 YEARS?? In such a short you managed to play so cool! You sounded like a professional!—Chica was so enthusiastic about it, that Elis wondered why is she so impressed by her.
—Thanks. But I still have a long way to go...
Chica started asking her about her skills, A LOT, while Elis was sitting on the edge, answering it. And it felt like nothing had changed. Like she didn't even leaved this place. Never came back as a completely different person. Never asked her (and others) to help her. They were just sitting there, chatting about guitar skills.
A pair of eyes were watching them, intrigued by the friends. What she is going to tell next? What she can reveal about herself?
Even if its just a bit,
It was enough to satisfy interest.

Chapter Text
"How from a dialog about guitar we came to a conclusion to go see SOME SUN DUDE??"
It was Chicas idea to visit him, and as an excuse to do so, she said, that "he also missed you, Elis". She didn't believed that, but... okay?? She never saw him, so did the sun thing. But Chica looked so happy, almost jumping while walking, that it felt like if she told her that, she will be very upset. And she didn't need that.
They were already standing in front of massive, wood-like door, while energetic music was earsplitting. Chica knocked twice, and stepped aback, looking at Elis excitedly.
—Do you think this is really necessary to visit this... um... what's his name again?
—Sundrop!
—Yeah, Sundrop.
Chica playfully put a finger near her beak, making the posture like she's thinking.
—Yeees, because you were great friends before you left.—Last part sounded less happy.
—Hm.—She nodded, unsure if she needs to say anything else.
A door opened with a massive sound. Sun-looking robot was bouncing out of the daycare, with his playful personality.
"He looks... rather creepy."
—Hey hey hey!!—Sundrop presented himself energetically, but his face expression didn't change. Even the slightest bit. His whole face wasn't even circulating. But what moved is those triangles around his face.
"Creepy. And tall."
—I have been waiting for you! Did you bring her??—He looked over his shoulder and approached her.
—OH HEY THERE!—He almost jumped at Elis, that she needed to take an step back to not get smashed.—You are the friend Chica talked about! I was looking forward to meet you!
He grabbed woman by her shoulders and pushed her into a daycare area.
—Wait, do you really need to-
—Don't stand here so shy! Let me show you THE DAYCARE! The place where all kids can play hide and seek, tell stories with fizzy-faz, paint wonderful pictures and so much more!!
They were already standing in the massive room with lots of toys laying here and there. It has some sort of colorful labyrinth with mascots in it. A lot of star-looking neon signs were hanging down from ceiling. Too bright. Too colorful.
She walked to an office corner, only to get pullet out of it and be sat down on a small childish chair. Chica sat next to Elis, on her... tippy toes?
—SOOO, dear friend, tell us about yourself!—He exclaimed.—You must be an very interesting person after all! At least that's what I can recall from Moons memory.
"Oh. He's the moon guy."
She was sitting on that chair. Not only it was small, which made her knees uncomfortable, it also was very hard, it felt like the chair is going to break under her weight.
—Moons memory? You two are the same person?
—Wait, you didn't know?—Chica looked at Elis, her eyes were fully open.
—Of course we share our body! At first it seems scary, but in reality it's SO COOL! You need to see children's faces, when the light goes on and I became me!—He jumped to Elis face very close, almost touching her nose with his face.
Uncomfortable.
She leaned back, and thankfully, Sun stood up and looked at her from above.
—But you haven't told us about yourself! Elis, correct? What's your hobbies? Can you do magic like Chica said? Why did you decide to come back? Are you going to work here?—Questions being asked, and Elis didn't even had time to answer even one of them. He was unstoppable.
—Sundrop, slow down a bit.—It felt like an interview. Very intense one. Sunny stopped to talk.
—Oh! Sorry, dear friend! I got too EXCITED!
—It's so you, Sunny.—Chica affirmed.
She stretched her shoulders and yawned. Perhaps she could be in bed by now.
—To answer some of your questions, I came to work. Not as a programmer, but somewhat related to programming...—Chica and Sundrop looked at each other.—I think.
Chicas eyes went from happy to upset.
—You think?
—Well, to be exact, I'm in IT-support. I making websites and bots for customers. Also I checking the advertising on screens and if they are working or not, writing code for auto-reply in social media, and something more.—Her voice was calm but a bit monotone. She looked at Sun, who seems to be very interested, nodding after every two words.
—I see I see! So you're very clever AND professional!—He bounces zestfully, clapping his hands. Elis looked at Chica, confused by his actions, but she just shrugged her shoulders.
—Maybe you could tell about yourself as well?—She said, unsure. Moon was somewhat easier to talk to. Why is he so active and loud?
—OH OH OH! VERY good one, my friend! I'm a daycare attendant! Playing hide and seek with kids, watching them so they won't stuck somewhere, helping them, drawing, making tea parties with plush toys and so much more! I TRULY love children! But there is only one rule:
Keep.
The light.
𝐎𝐧.
And everything will be FAZTASTIC!
He spun around and placed his hands on his hips. He was proud of himself. Proud to be a daycare attendant!
—Okay...—She looked at Chica, trying to find an escape from this place. But instead, she suggested absolutely not what Elis was hoped for:
—Maybe, we can do something fun?
Elis was terrified. Why would she suggest that?!!! She didn't want to play with that "Sun" person nor be here in a first place! She did not liked Chica's idea in a first place, and now, if they decided to play, she will walk, no, RUN AWAY FROM HERE! She can't stand that much energy from just one person, but if there are two of them, it practically means she's dead.
—OHHH, wonderful idea! What should we play, though? YOU!—She pointed at her, as if she was the one suggesting.—You MUST HAVE a lots of ideas! We can paint each other's faces, play tag, make something FAZTASTIC from paper, anything we want! Or anything personal you want to ask for?!
They are only for... how long have they been here? 10 minutes? 15? It felt like she spent eternity already here, and Sun is her punishment for all of her sins.
Annoying.
But guess what? She can't tell that directly. That would be "disrespectful". She has to endure it. That is what's called "impulsive"? Maybe.
—Sun, please, be more... patient? I need time to processes your idea. And besides, this chair is... way too small.—Because of her height, for her, small chair like those are very uncomfortable to use, especially for neck and her back. She was sitting like a not finished cinnamon roll, looking up at Sun and Chica, who stand near him.
—I'll get up, or my back is going to fucking crack with that chair of yours....—She said more faintly, and she stretched herself. Looking at them, she noticed their stare, and... Oh god.
Chica waved her hand near her neck, almost telling her "you shouldn't have said that", with fully opened mouth, and Sun... was standing there, watching her. It wasn't clear, which expression he had. Surprise? Anger? Did he just randomly went AFK? Who knows.
—What?
—You. Said. WHAT?!—He closed the distance to Elis in almost no time, so much, that he was practically touching her face with his. She was forced to step back. Chica commented "Oh god"
—I just said that my back is going to fucking brea-
—Sunny, don't hassle her to badly. It is normal for an adult to swear.—Cutting Elis off, Chica tried to stop Sun. But it was too late. She broke a rule in his daycare!
—THAT'S IT! YOU SAID A BAD BAD WORD! YOU BANNED FROM A DAYCARE!! FOR ETERNITY!!!—Sun started to tap his leg. While Elis didn't understood why he was making such a big deal out of this situation, he lifted her up and were on the way to a door.
—Woah woah, Sun, I wasn't aware that I may not- HEY, put me down!
Thought, Sun didn't listen. He shoved the door, putting her down outside of the daycare. Before Elis could even say something, he fumed:
—NEVER come back here ever AGAIN! We- I WON'T BE HAPPY!—And with a tragic final, he slammed doors to daycare. On the one hand, she didn't quite get that. What exactly did she do? Said "fucking"? That pissed him off so easily? But on the other hand... She was somewhat glad, that she ended up like this. Nothing was holding her. That's means only one.
SHE CAN GO BACK HOME.
TO HER BELOVED BED.
AND GO TO SLEEP.
She exhaled with relief, already walking to the stairs, but...
—WAIT, ELIS!
She made only 8 steps, and already heard Chica's footsteps coming towards her. She turned her head, looking at her.
—Are you not going to apologize to him?—The first thing she uttered right after she was close enough.
—I need to apologize?—It sounded like she was surprised to hear that statement.
—YES! You swore in front of him! It's not allowed there.
—*sigh* Well, what I can do now, Chica? Besides, I don't think I willing to... stay there even a bit more. He managed to tire me out in 10 minutes flat. So, I'll pass.
—Oh.—She sounded downhearted. Hands were behind her back and head was looking down.—Maybe it was a hideous idea...
—Don't say that. You didn't know it will go like this. Everything is okay.—...Shit. She made her friend upset. That is the least thing she want to do. Chica didn't react. She straightened a little, looking at her friend with those purple eyes of hers. She sighed again.
—We'll catch up later, when I have time and energy to do so, okay? And not here for sure. Maybe... we could cook something or draw together, like back then, hmm?—Her attempt cheer her up worked, since her robotic eyelids went up and made, what looks like, a "happy face".
—Okay! I would happily spend more time with you!
—Then great. Till next time.—She was about to walk away, but Chica walked by her side as well.
—I will walk you to the office, if you don't mind.
—Of course I wouldn't mind. I love your company.
And they walked to her office together, while Chica told stories about Sun and her, and Elis listened to those stories.
—————————————————————
—And why did you bring me here?
—What do you mean "why"?—Max asked, a bit offended.—So we can eat together! (duuh)
—You said there was a non-working screen, and that I should check it.
—Weeell, I lied just a bit about it. Sorryy~—He smirked, like he was genuinely sorry.
—At this rate, I won't listen to you anymore...—She said sternly. Not only did he lied, now they were in the El'chip, sitting and waiting his order, that will come who-knows-when. He annoyed her already.
—Oooh, come on, it's not that bad! Eating is very important for humans, and if it's in a company, it's also fun! Don't you think that?—Sitting in front of her, he leaned to her side with puppy eyes, as if he just waits for her to say "yes".
She blinked and sighed heavily. Of course. Lunch.
—Think whatever you want...—She muttered under her breath, and Max took it as a good sight. He began to yap about the projects he had made over the past two years. By this time, he received his plate from a Staff bot with a chef-looking cloth. Max grabbed his Taco and thanked bot, while robot went to take a new order.
—You don't need to thank them. They can't even talk.
—So what? We need to be polite to everyone! Despite who or what are they. This is what my grandpa used to told me.—Sometimes, in Elis head, there was a thought to leave this place. But she couldn't.
She promised them.
She promised him.
She promised herself.
Max was about to eat, but he noticed someone Elis didn't know. She looked at the direction he was looking, but notice nothing. There were cleaners, so what?
But, apparently, Max knew someone from them.
—HEYYYYYY, BRITTANY!!—He yelled, and the whole hallway looked at them, and Elis was forced to close her ears for a moment. Why would he yell so fucking loud?!
Evidently, it worked, because a blond haired girl turn to them. With a displeased expression, she came to them, harshly placing her hand on a table, so a Taco jumped a bit.
—Hey, Brittany~—He began with his annoying, nagging voice, but Britany already interrupted him.
—What were you thinking?!—She hissed sharply, like a snake.—Did you ever used your brain to THINK about yelling at someone? Now they thinking I'm friends with someone like you, freak.
"Freak? I don't think it was weird to listen to metal. Or what is she talking about..."
—But you always walking with that poker face of yours! Besides, we got a new worker!—He leaned his head to Elis side, when she was just sitting, absorbing her outfit. Is she a high school student?
Brittany scrutinize her, up and down, then straight her posture, removing her strands of hair from her face, full on makeup.
—And who the fuck are you?—It seemed like only by Elis presence, she had already ruined her whole life.
Technically, she could do it, since how she acts towards them.
—You can just call me Elis.
She shot her another glare, this time laced with anger.
—Of course, someone like you would stick with freaks like Max.—Even thought it was whispered, probably to herself, it was still weird. What a fuck?—I'll tell you something, dear. You don't belong here. And nobody glad you are here. Be sure of it.
Max was shocked, to say the least. He always thought, that Britany would not act like a bitch, especially towards adults. Elis, on the other side, didn't even raise an eyebrow. She just stared at her, without any emotions, at all. It seemed like she didn't even heard her. And it was pissing Brittany off.
—Pff. Just as same.
She scoffed at her, face was twisting with anger, and she went back to her group, which leaved to a component by the time she finished. Elis slightly breathed out and turning back to Max, who already ate his now cold Taco.
—Who is that girl?
—Oh, she is a cleaner here. I know, weird, considering there are staff bots, but maybe, she's here for a part-time job. I don't really know though.—With mouth, full of food, he started to tell about her. Althought it didn't seemed like it, but his voice sounded sadder. She didn't asked him more questions, since, well, what could she understand from his mouth, full of food? But inside of her chest, she was left with a strange aftertaste.
She is definitely going to have problems with others, beside Fazbear, huh?
Chica was heading back to her room after another wonderful day of work. She was dreaming about a rest, physical and mental one. Those kids are nice, sure, but sometimes, they are just... too much. Especially when they see a cake she brings in her stomach hatch! Chica wanted to go in her room, but unexpectedly, she hears a voice.
—Hey, Chic, who's that girl ya talked to yesterday?
She looked around, thinking it was someone from workers, who noticed them both...
—Oh, hi! Eh, which girl?
But it was just Monty.
He was standing in front of her, leaning to a wall, crossing arms on his chest, and of course, in his glasses. Chica wasn't sure where he was looking, but probably at her.
—With that girl yar hanged out yesterday. You're also in a daycare.
Chica turned to him completely, surprised.
—How do you know this?
—Gurl, I literally saw you two. I was there as well.
She blinked more than usual.
—Uuh, I needed to clean up some stuff. Don't think I'm some sort of a freak. Why would I spy on ya?—He added.
—But so do say, who is she? And why do ya know her? She's new, no?
Chica didn't know if she should tell about her or not. But it is strange he didn't recognize her. Wasn't that obvious?
—Well, she is... My old friend! Yes!—Was he making fun of her or being serious, she told him the truth. He wouldn't believe her anyw-
—I see. I think I get it now.—With all being said, he left her alone. Chica was standing there, dumbfounded. What does he understood? Is...
IS HE GOING TO HARM HER?
No, absolutely not, why would he need it? He was already struggling with kids. She didn't wished he had even more problems with employees here as well. Althought she didn't understand his motives, she simply goes to her room and closet her door.

Chapter Text
Checking screens, systems, monitoring everything in a day... it's exhausting.
—Sir, you need to restart this PC completely. I already checked wires, it seems fine to me. Call technicians, or restart the system.
—But it will reset everything!—Exclaimed young man.—All of my hard work would disappear! My notes, my blueprints, my gam- my SUPER IMPORTANT documents-
—Again, if you saved it, it will be still on your computer. Now restart.—She commanded, but young man still went with his grumbling:
—But what if not? You wouldn't know, you are not even a programmer!
"Excuse me?!"
—I studied for this, so I know what am I talking about.—She exhaled and restarted his computer by herself. At first man was very pissed, but when he turned his PC on, everything was on place. He was dumbstruck.
—Oooh, never mind... Everything seems alright. I take my words back, you know something. Thanks.—Young man glazed at her, and had... rather outlandish smirk.—Perhaps, we could-
—If it was all you needed, I will be going. Goodbye.—Elis declined coldly his idea, and went to utility tunnels.
Entering the tunnel, she took her notebook with pen, and crossed out the task "Help a person with PC". Now, all was left is to go check one of the screens in technical wind, and then she could go back to her office.
She wasn't a fan of dark places. Never know, who or what will be awaiting upon stepping into darkness. But who could possibly be here? Staff bot? Very scary.
She walked over to the screen, which instead of showing advertisement or reminder about their helmets, it was just static white. She had already checked the code, so someone disconnected it from a network, and she just needed it to work again. Looking around, she found a chair, which could be used to stand up on it. When she did so, she titled the screen, and wires were on place. Nothing.
The problem is on the other side. "Uh, I should go there..."
She got down from the chair and followed a cable that was connected to that screen. Those cord are pretty long... She went deeper into tunnels, trying to reach the of that damn power cord. That way was long... way too long actually.
Turning to a corner, which leaded to small room with network, she saw a gigantic wire ball, tangled and thrown to the corner of that room. They were all connected to the electricity, but it would seem like nobody really wanted to deal with that ball.
—Of course...
People there are indeed lazy. After all, staff bots are going most of the work, so why would anyone go there and solve an issue?
How delightful.
She came closer to that heap, and bent over, removing a lock of hair from her face. She grabbed it in her hands, and was searching for any wire, so she could begin untangling this monstrosity. Pulling some of the cables, she accidentally hooked one of them, and it disconnected from the network. Perhaps, she could do it later. She didn't want a complain about a screen that wasn't working during working times. She started to stretch that wire to connect it again, but saying was easier than complete. Since it was all mixed as fuck, it was like that wire was fighting for its life to not get connected. But after some effort, it was plunged on. Now, she could write on her notebook and go back-
—Do you even know what you're doing?
She felt shiver running all over her body. Who ON EARTH was that? Without any thought, almost as a reflex, she smashed the "voice", right behind her back. It was an awful feeling when someone standing behind you. Instead of a person, her hand hit metal surface, and robot took few steps back, holding the face. It wasn't clear who was that, since the light were dull. Her hand she hit with was hurting a bit. Hitting something metallic wasn't on her plans... She shook it off, trying to ease the pressure.
—SHIT, WHAT A FUCK!—Male hoarse voice yelled, and something dropped of him, maybe an accessory, hiding his eyes. They were glowing vividly, as if its a color of aggression. It was surely one of main "stars" of this place. And definitely not a Fazbear...
Elis stood there, not really sure if she should apologize or attack. But the decision was already made up.
He dashed to her and attempted to hit with his fist. Tried to return the hit, but failed. She dropped down to avoid the punch. Hitting on his chest immediately after that, the hit left a small dent on his chest. Another blow passed over his elongated muzzle. He stepped aback, placing his head back at its place and started to hiss at her. How comedic.
She was thinking about striking again, but something set her up. Her leg tripped over something thick, metallic. He acted immediately, clobbering her to stomach with leg, which made her slightly groan from pain and backed off. Her body was trembling, endeavor to catch her breath, but he wasn't enough. He smashed her to a wall, gripping onto her neck, ready to strangle. He was practically steaming out of his mouth. There is a chance she broke something inside of his endo. Elis grabbed his hand, preparing to crush it under her full strength, and all of the sudden he shouted:
—WILL YOU CALM THE FUCK DOWN?
That was just unexpected.
—Then why the fuck are you strangling me?! You started after all!
Grip on her neck only got stronger. At this point she will suffocate and die. She must get out of his grip, no matter what.
Getting her hand out of his, she swung at him, hitting his face once again. He let her neck go, taking few steps back. Holding his faceplate, he barked:
—YOU FUCKING, ANNOYING BITCH! STOP PUNCHING ME!
"His voice.... seems familiar"
—For the beginning, explain who the heck are you. And what do you need from me.—She commanded, preparing for another hit of his. But instead he just... stared at her with neon lights. Was he surprised?
He stepped back, just enough for the dull lights to lay on his body softly. (is this even a saying lol)
It was a crocodile-looking robot with violet shoulder pads, and seems like a pants in crocodile colors with a belt. He also had red mohawk, bracelets, which every main cast has, and quite massive tail, swinging left and right. Perhaps she fell over it a while ago. There wasn't really a way to observe his faceplate, or rather his "muzzle", but his optics were...angry.
—You REALLY don't recognize me?—he asked, gesturing with his hands. Was that a prank or something? She never saw that motherfucker in her whole life. There wasn't any crocodile looking animatronic, only one at Monty's golf, but he had completely different design...
—No. I won't ask again.
It was quite a warning. Who, on their right mind would build such a monster? He is a walking death sentence, disguise as one of attractions in this mall.
Crocodile was... discontented. His hand hit the legs and that move made a metal, clapping sound.
—Seriously? Hitting me, TWICE, made a dent in my chest, and for what?—his voice had a frustration tone in it.
—I... "helped" one of your so called friends with bass guitar. You have to remember that at last...
Pieces from the past began to appear. She indeed asked some of the glamrocks to sorta "help" Leo/need, for their own improvement. That bass guitar... Shiho was playing it.
—Monty?—after some while, she finally asked. She couldn't believe it. The way Monty changed from chill guy to this... Was that really him?
—Wow, finally catching up, huh?—That little sarcastic sentence wasn't fun. At all.—You guessed it: I'm Montgomery Gator. Monty for short. Not so nice to meet you, Uzuki. Or what was it? Elis, or?
"Damn, it IS him..."
—You changed.—She stated, inspecting his now damaged body.
—Yep. Surprised? Or ya missed my "old cutesy-nicesy" me?—He questioned, as if he was proud to be who he was today.
—Not necessarily missed, but it was flabbergasting.
Monty stepped closer, observing her from his height. After leaving to a wall with his hand, he declare:
—To be fair, I also was taken back.—Elis glazed at him, slightly surprised by his words.—Yar stronger that I thought. Attacking as soon as there's danger.
—And you expected what? That I'll be so terrified, that I will allow anyone - or anything - kill me in an instant?—Such an ironic question from her. There was a slight spark in her eyes. Spark of proud.—I trained years for that. Never know what or who will show up.
He chuckled from those words. Words from a true warrior.
—I like the way ya speak. But tell me: what brings you here? You didn't came just to beat shit out of me, or?
Oh wow, what an odd thing to say, especially from someone who tried to kill her.
—Ha, bad one. I came here for... a reason.
—Won't even tell that reason?—he pointed.—Well then, fine. Wasn't really interested in it anyway.
"Mhm, of course you weren't."
Elis, pushing herself off the wall, walked in a hallway, and shaked her head, inviting Monty to follow her. Picking up his glasses from a floor, he now was near her, matching her speed with his.
—So, why were you here though? Followed me?
—And what if I did just that?—If he could, he would most definitely smirk.—I was intrigued about ya. By Chica's words, you are her "very old friend". Now I know why she said that, Uzuk-
—Don't call me that. Not here at least.—harshly cutting him, she told that.—Here I'm Elis. Just that.
—Eeh, so that's how it is. Why not that other name? What, you got split personality or somethin'?—He asked mockingly.
Elis pressed her teeth.
—No. It is... way too complicated. I'm not willing to go into details about that another "name"...—She replied dryly, looking at the hallway more concentrated. It only increased interest in Monty.
—...You sure are something.—He overrun her with ease, staring at the face.—And without that weird ass mask. Finally ya aren't ashamed of yourself.
She didn't comment the last statement. He didn't know. What a relief.
She thought about that room. The room near a stage. Is it still here, untouched? Did someone noticed it?
There was a crossroad. Before Monty left, heading other way, he added:
—See ya, girl.
She looked at the animatronic who has already put his star-shaped glasses back on.
—Hey, Monty.—She began, unsure if it is necessarily.—I'm sorry for that hit.
That made him laugh. He turned his head, not slowing down and shouted back:
—Nah, it's fine! Happens time to time.
And he disappeared in a hallway, maybe on his way to Monty's Golf. She turned other way, thinking about the changes she missed. How interesting... Monty replaced Bonnie. After all, Fazbear Entertainment just had to do something about Bonnies disappearance.
It's not like she haven't seen the damage.
But those changes... did Montgomery good.
Walking a bit longer in those dark hallways, she reached stairs, that probably lead to main Atrium. Going up the stairs, she thought about...the room. The room she created 4 years ago, near a stage. How should she built it? Perhaps she could ask them for a help? Or, as always, she needs to do all the work?
People surrounding her, doing some work or staring at the employee passing them by, she opened a door and went inside of an atrium. Those noises from guests here were rather irritating. Thank archon there wasn't any performance right now, or her ears would roll in or even worse: just fall out of her head. She headed to Rockstar Row, believing that she would just sit back and do the rest of the checking.
But it would be so lame to just go back and do the work, right?
From a hallway, leading to a Row, Max was already running towards her with a wallet and keys from a office. Wait... is that a FUCKING WATCH??
—HEY, ELIS!—He yelled, making sure Elis would hear him clear. At least he wasn't THAT close. He slowed down and passed her that... watch. Gasping repeatedly from exhaustion, he started to yap hurriedly:
—Firstly: take that. A faz-watch for communication. Take it next time you go somewhere.
She looked over that wristwatch, that is looking like a child version of a normal watch. Besides in a colors and shape of a Fazbear himself.
What an awful design choice.
—And why would I ever-
—Secondly!—Gaining back his posture, he looked at her, still breathing heavily, interrupting completely.—Let's go together to Monty's Golf! There is something SUPER COOL! You just HAD TO like it!
Something interesting in Monty's golf? The only thing that could be potentially interesting is Monty himself. And she saw him not a while ago. Besides, she was there as well.
—And what is there so iNtErEsTiNg?—She leaned a bit forward to him, making hand postures in front, and raising her tone, sympathizing the last word.
—The stand..!—His voice was a bit shaky, but that didn't prevent him to grab Elis wrist and run to green-colored location with no real trees, swamps and crocodiles teeth.
After finally stepping out of the cramped elevator, they stood in a green path, and Elis looked around. Nothing much changed since she left. The same synthetic swamps, synthetic trees, poorly-made houses. The only significant thing was a new attraction above. Now you can ride a crocodile, while watching the whole area from above. How exciting. She also noticed suspiciously looking queue to a cafe...
—So, what were you saying? Couldn't quite catch your words while running. Also, I already told you not to touch me.—Her voice was harsher and she gently traced where he grab her. Unnecessarily.
—Ah! Right! As you can see, there is a cafe with asian food or so. Sushi, soups, desserts, tees, anything you could wish for!—He took step back and had the brightest smile human could possibly make.
"Asian kitchen? Which one specifically?"
—I just thought that, I assume, you don't like El'chip food, 'cause you didn't bought any food last time, so perhaps you would love this instead! Come on, I'll treat you!—He waved his hand towards a stand with a huge signboard, written in japanese, and it says: «Tī Ofu Matcha», (which translates to "tee off matcha") and they slowly walked into a line.
The sign itself was, as usual, in neon LEDs, with a white golf club, and on the right was a green drink, as if in a stop motion, splashing all over a sign.
"What a strange name"
That is indeed an odd name.
Okay, seriously, why is she hearing voices in her head?? That isn't a first time she hears that damn voice.
No.
Elis, calm down.
It's all in your head.
It is all your consciousness saying weird comments.
They took their place in a line, and while Max was looking up their menu, she already knew her choice.
Matcha.
—What'cha taking?—glazing over a menu for a last time, he asked.—'Cause I would...Uuh, Sakura tea! No, wait... I don't know! Too many options!
—I would recommend Amazake lemonade. It doen't have a complicated taste, but people say this is good.
—Huh? Amazake?—He was lost for a moment, but quickly went with Elis suggestion.
—Then its settled! Amazake Lemonade it is! But what are you picking?
—Matcha.—she answered shortly, hoping he would calm down.
—Okaaay, and what is that?—He was willing to ask a lot more, but out of nowhere:
—Its like a green tea, but can dissolve in water. And somethin' else. That's it.
Max jumped out of the sudden voice on his side. He swiftly turned around, and there was... Monty. One hand on his "hip", other lifted glasses, so he could watch the reaction of a guy.
Elis eyes just looked at green posture, raising it just a bit out of a surprise. He got here pretty quickly. Her eyes narrowed down, and that punch was awfully noticeable. Shit.
—AH, MONTY! Don't frighten me like th- oh my, what happened to you? You have a...
—That dent? Yeah, I know. One teenager decided that he can throw whatever he wants, and the skate flew into me.—He explained, putting his glasses back.
"Perfect lie."
—Ooh, I see. I just hope they fix you soon.
The group of three progressed in the line, the was only one family before their turn. Max clicked with his fingers, as if remembering something important.
—By the way... Elis, I want to introduce to you that guy—M-
—We've already met—Both Elis and Month said that in a sync. Family in front were going out of the stand, and they moved to a cashier there.
—HUUH? When did you managed to do so?
—It was by an accident.—responded alligator.
Max wanted to question Elis more, but she was already ordering, and rushed to her, saying:
—Wait! Don't order without me!
After ordering and a short wait, short king was walking to get their order. He kept a promise and was already heading back with their drinks, with a big smirk.
—Also, they're selling different kinds of soup with noddles. Perhaps-
—I'm not that hungry, so I'll decline.—Coldly cutting him, Elis replied. Moving her cup to her lips, a pleasant taste of a green tea with a hint of sweetness and bitterness filled her mouth.
"That is, actually, good"
—But if you starving, go for it.—She added, shaking her cup slightly. Max already opened his mouth, but she was quicker.—Also, thanks for a drink. How is yours?
Walking back to the office, leaving Monty to his fans, Max boasted about the lemonade she had chosen for him, thanking her for that.
And Elis marked that place with noddles and surprisingly good matcha.
"If I could bring here Chica, we could cook something here for sure. I hope, they have an udon noddles."
I am more than sure she would love this idea.
Notes:
who loves noodles and matcha?

Chapter Text
Night.
The moon is shining through a big, not fully closed window, making the room more brighter. Not even neon sings were on. Complete silence.
But not in Elis's head.
She couldn't sleep. She was tossing and turning around. It's been already an hour, but it's like dream-world had no plans to take her right now.
Reasonably because she thought way too much.
Thought about that... voice.
It kept bothering her, especially who was behind it. She found herself unable to recognize it. Is she going insane? Perhaps it's schizophrenia? Someone is watching her?
At first, it seemed like she talked to herself. After all, when you talk to vocaloids and they are your main (and most of the time only) friends, it's not that hard to start going crazy. But then she understood that it was... different.
It seemed like it was alive. Or at least conscious.
Like it sees what she sees.
Like... it knew her even before she stepped there.
She turned again, facing a window, looking at the trees. The wind swayed the branches of the trees, and the leaves seemed to dance to the unknown and invisible melody of the wind.
She shouldn't think about the voices right now.
Maybe, she IS going insane.
Or already did.
Elis closed eyes, still trying to fall asleep. Holding a blanket a bit closer to herself, her mind slowly went to a sleep...
Yelling children, filling the whole mall with them, others tears of those who didn't get what they wanted, parents scolding somewhere, parties here, running there.
Way too many kids.
She didn't get one thing: why is she even here once again?
Ah, right.
Check up on brand new screens.
And with Max, somehow. (Max being Max lol)
—Sooo, you have that gigantic tablet for maintenance those screens?—Sipping on his espresso, he asked. In her hands was also a drink, but in green color instead.
—Mhm. I suppose our lovely boss doesn't want someone like me to left a print on a chair...—They were walking on a balcony, where usually are those "party" rooms. Max was at front, looking for a room number "13". There should be installed those new screens.
Elis glanced at a maze for kids, thinking about this place. Can she really accomplish what she- they want to? Is she really capable of doing this?
She glimpsed out of the corner of her eye Max, who in fact was not looking what's in front of him and almost bumped into someone.
She grabbed his t-shirt and pulled it to herself, or god forbid he knocks his brains out.
Out of unexpected move he almost fell on the floor, and 'cause of Elis, a coffee got on a floor instead.
—Watch where you're going, you almost bumped into-
She was about to finish, but she looked at someone, who she hated with all her heart.
Fazbear.
He was standing, with a "smile" he can't show, holding big boxes . Probably with some new furniture. He looked at them, seemingly surprised.
—Oh god, I didn't notice you there!—He mumbled rapidly, nodding his head as a thank you. Then, with a huge smile he looked at a robot and continued:
—Hi there, big guy! Wasn't expecting you there.
—Evening to you two as well. Are you on a break right now?
Way too innocent.
—No.—It sounded harsh. Perhaps way too harsh, but she couldn't care less.
—And here I thought you two get along... But Elis mentioned that she needs to-
He couldn't finish because of demonstrative cough. Why the heck does he answers instead of her? Even if they "don't get along", doesn't mean he had to speak up for her.
—In room 13 should be installed new screens. They called me to check them.—Finishing with her sentence, she took a sip of her matcha. Man, this green drink isn't all too bad. Not bad with the quality of the products here at least.
—I see. Then, you came just on time. They should be installed by now.
Even not a second later, some worker in a cap called him. Freddy went inside, placing those boxes on a floor and then helped the guy sorting items and placing them. While it was happening, another worker with dreads ran out of the room
—Miss Sukoku! We're waiting for you. Come in.
Glazing at Max, she gave him her cup and went inside. Minute later, Freddy walked out and doors automatically closed.
—Phew, thank god Freddy helped me...—He swiped his forehead, looking relieved.—If not him, I wouldn't carry those boxes with such an easy.
"Never thought employees would use animatronics as helping personal. Although, it seems logical." Thinking that, she turned on her tablet and logged in, connecting to new screens.
Not paying attention to a guy that was cleaning the room, she connected to one screen near a door. When she pressed a button, an advertisement for "sodaroni" began to play. Upon switching ads, the screen was working just fine, and so she put it on auto playing.
She checked every single screen individually, seemingly like they were just placed at the most random places ever.
Typical monotonous work.
After 10 solid and long minutes, Elis exited the room, and when she stepped out, the door behind her closed automatically. Max and Freddy were chatting about something, how well and friendly-like they were talking. But she shouldn't care. She just wants to get out of here.
—Oh, you came back!—Max noticed her first, already prancing to her and giving her drink back.
—Mhm. Lets go back.
Max nodded, and waved to Freddy as well, making him as an extra company. Although it stressed Elis, but she didn't say anything. Why would she? If she makes a scene, that would be very odd for her personality, plus Max won't listen to her anyway.
Walking down the stairs to the exit, she's falling behind them, absorbing their little chat. It seemed like they've known each other for years. Laughing like some students, that were friends with since kindergarten. Perhaps it can be seen as "cute", if not the fact that Fazbear is a machine. He can never replace humans, despite being "programmed" to be similar to them.
To us.
They were passing by some of a kids area, close to an theater entry (or exit), and for a split second, she noticed something strange going on. She took few steps back, trying to see what's going on at the corner.
There was a bunch of kids for certainty, and although it was hard to tell the full picture, boys, which were closer to her, were talking to someone smaller than those boys.
Taking few steps closer, now she can tell that it was a girl, holding a plush toy of a character. But it didn't look like a mascot of pizzeria. Also...
Did she just screamed?
She didn't understood why she was even staring at the boys probably mocking a girl. It was none of her concerns, right?
—Elis? You good?
Her eyes met his gaze, looking at her a bit concerned. A more louder whimper coming through a hallway, and some customers looking boys way, but doing nothing.
Her eye twitched just a tiny bit.
She hated kids, especially loud or disobedient ones.
—Hold this.
Without another word, she was speeding to those kids, her hands clench into fists.
The least she can do it to make the sound stop.
Max, not fully realizing what is going on, just stood there, with mouth open but no sounds from it.
—Wha-?—Seconds later he managed to speak again.—Your cup is almost empt- WHERE ARE YOU GOING?!
He was about to run to her, before a massive, heavy and cold hand laid on his shoulder.
—Do not go there.
—Huh? Why??
Crying of a girl and harsh voices from boys were getting louder with each step. The girl was sitting in a corner, cornered by those "bullies", who were older and probably taller than her.
—Aaaaw, why are you crying?
—That "toy" is ugly.
—67 Joke is better than you! (i am TRULY sorry)
"Annoying. Little. Brats."
One of the "main" boys, seemingly with a red hat, was already leaning to grab girls plush toy of a girl, and she tried to protest, but other two boys grabbed her hands so she couldn't resist them.
—What are you doing here?
They looked behind, now seeing a woman with cold look in her eyes. Elis was on their level, bending over slightly. All four of them looked at her with a shock, but the red cap guy quickly gained his ego up again, as he spoke:
—We're just playing here. Right, "anime-girl"?
The orange-haired girl, simultaneously as holding her tears, she nodded quickly. Boys laughed, looking at each other, and then looked back at Elis. The other boy, standing up front of the girl, thin and with glasses, spoke up:
—See? We're just playing. Now go away, grandma.
Ah yes, being rude to someone. Classic.
—Well, since you all playing games, how about we play my game?—While it may sounded a bit suspicious, especially for an adult to say, boys looked at each other and grouped themselves to disguise her proposal. She glanced at the girl, and she only hold her plush-girl closer.
Soon after, boys turned back to her, and with a smirk on their faces,, the red cap boy said:
—Okay, woman, we in. What game we're playing?
What are you planning?
—It's sorta of... truth and lie thing. You all saying truth or lie, and I can test it by touching your hand.
—What?
What.
That's literally what she come up with, and it was absolutely the worst idea ever. A game? REALLY??? She doesn't even play any games with UNA, and she isn't a real kid!!
Boys looked confused, giving a quick glance at each other before the red cap dude questioned mockingly:
—And what if we lie? What then?
—You'll see. Trust me, this will be new to you all.
They three started to whisper to each other. Of course they would be suspecting something. She already regretted her choice of coming to them. Stupidest idea ever.
You can't go back now.
"You again-"
I am truly intrigued. Don't disappoint.
—You're creepy, woman.—The cap boy announced.—But I'll go first!
Before other boys could complain, he stepped in, already shoved his hand towards her, all covered in some sort of black marker. Cupping his smaller hand in hers, other two boys starring at him, while the girl looked behind one of them slightly.
—Um...—He was hesitant for a moment, before coming up with his small speech.—I, Billy Cooper, am the coolest boy ever! I am the smartest, most handsome, and most athletic one in the whoooole world!
With a smirk, he finished his sentence, looking at the woman with expectations that... nothing will happen. What can she do anyway? Broke his fingers? HA! She would never-!
"♑︎❒︎□︎■︎♓︎■︎♐︎♏︎⬧︎
⧫︎□︎◆︎♍︎♒︎■︎♏︎⬧︎
◆︎■︎●︎◆︎♍︎🙵♓︎♏︎⬧︎"
Billy's fingers began to feel odd, but he assumed that's her who hold his hand a bit to tight. Other two boys looked at them with avidity, waiting to see what a woman will do next.
When she released his hand, everyone ran to see if anything changed, and oh boy.... it did.
His whole left palm was in a deep shade of green, bigger then before and with black claws at the edge of his fingers, with scaly instead of normal skin. They all screamed in horror, and the cap boy even fell.
—WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR HAND?!—They all screamed in horror, that the cap boy even fell. Elis just starred at him, satisfied with her doings. It's a shame tho they screamed like... well, like the kids they were.
—It seemed like you lied. How unfortunate.
All four of them were so terrified of her, and what can she do next. What if she summons moondrop that will haunt them 'till death??
Without any hesitations, other two boys helped the cap one stand up, and how emotionless Elis looked, they ran away, yelling something about "witchcraft".
"What a relief."
Her expression changed slightly, being from irate to more calm one. Looking at the small girl, still sitting in the corner, clutching her plush doll as close as ever. When ginger girl saw her stare, she hid her face behind a toy.
—That hand thing will eventually go away.—Going down to her level, she explained. Perhaps she did overdid it.
—You okay?—Tone sounded somehow... gentle. Way too gentle actually. How unusual.
Hearing the question, she won't show her face, but her eyes peeked a tiny bit. They were puffy and red-ish, still filled with tears. After a short moment of silence, she whispered:
—Y-yes...
She did scare her, even if she didn't intended to. And... what should she say now? She never reassured children.
Especially human one.
—You alone here? Where's your parents? Cousins? Anyone that might know you?
—I'm with my brother here.—She replied quietly.
Then her brother is very irresponsible.
—I see.—She pronounced, reaching her hand for a girl.—Maybe you know where he can be?
She shakes her head.
Well, shit.
Girl hold onto a plush doll more, frighten to even touch her hand.
And what she supposed to do?
What a normal adult would do in this situation???
Fortunately (or not so), someone walked and stand beside Elis.
—Is everything okay?
She looked to her side, seeing Max, who now was also starring at the girl. She finally removed the toy from her face, her face was less fearful. Elis took her hand back.
She won't take it anyway.
—Y-yeah...—She replied, more audible this time.
—Hmm.—He grabbed his chin, as if thinking.—You sure? Those boys were not good to you anyway.
—You...saw?
Max looked at Elis, her eyes were a bit larger.
—It's not like you were hiding it or somethin'.
"Fair enough"
—You're lost here, correct? How about me and my friend bring you to "lost and found" and make an announcement to your family-
—She's with her brother.
—Oh, thanks. To you brother then. How does it sounds, little one?
Girl glimpsed at both of them, lightly nodding.
—Then lets go, yeah?—Lending his hand to her, he brightened, grinning at her. A smaller hand grabbed his, and they all stood up.
Passing by a daycare, they could see Fazbear, surrounded by children and teenagers, who just willing to hug their main star and robot-idol.
—Honestly, I'm very impressed.—He leaned a bit closer to Elis, whispering with excitement. But it felt like he was yelling to her face.—I thought you were-
—Unsympathetic?
—Yeah... Sorry for thinking that.—He smiled gently.—Perhaps I shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, am I right?
Kid nodded, holding her doll closely.
—By the way, who's that?
—It's... Summer-chan.
Exiting now the daycare, they were heading to main atrium, and girl opened up a bit around Max, calling herself Katie. She was walking not far behind, watching over those two.
The important thing was that she stopped the girls suffer.
You overdid it, Elis.
"Yeah, I kinda did-"
Wait a damn second.
"This isn't me... Who are you and why are you following me?"
You don't recognize me, do you?
It's been a only a week since she started, and she hearing this voice more and more frequently! Blood is boiling. Arms are straining. Eyes scanning the crowd. She needed to find something, that stood out from a crowd. Something... unusual. A weird object, broken "textures", just something, that won't fit here.
But there was nothing. Everything was normal. Bunch of people, normal people.
"Reveal yourself, you little freak."
I don't think I will, my friend.
The sound of boiling water, the rustling of plastic bags throughout the small kitchen, the cutting of onion on a wooden board filled the small kitchen with sounds of cooking process. While Chica was searching so called "wheat white noodles", her human friend was watching the pot and cutting the seasonings. Her movements were precise but inconsistent, each strike cutting into the carrot, when bunch of freshly cut herbs laying in a little place.
—ELIS! I found those noodles!—Yelled Chica, taking out a big bag from a cabinet. Elis turned behind, and seeing what Chica pulled out, she told:
—Chica... we don't need this much udon noodles. They should be separable or something like that...—She looked back, and finished chopping the carrot. Freshly chopped herbs're here, soy sauce's here, carrot's here. Now it's time to pour it all into a boiling water.
Chica grabbed a big block of noodles, and indeed, there were sections, split into a portions. With no effort, she snap off a portion of white, thick noodle.
Hearing a brittle sound, Elis looked back at her, and as if Chica was proud of herself, she placed dried food on a table.
—Okay... Thanks.—With that being said, she took them and stuffed them into a pot. Noodles barely fit in a small pot, and when they reached the water, they were still holding their shape.
—Now, can you pass me some fish, please?—As she ended the sentence, she poured some of a carrot into a water. Chica nodded, moving faster to an other side of a kitchen, already digging into a freezer. Elis took a wooden spoon and started to stir their not-yet-a-soup, looking how noodles starting to break apart.
—ELIIIIIIIS, which fish you need exactly? There's just so many of it, and all nameless-
—Just give me a white one, and then I'll handle it.
The next moment and a bag of white fish was laying next to a cutting board. But Chica was confused about one thing: how her friend would unfreeze the fish. But Elis had different plans on that poor flesh.
She picked up the fish, solid as rock, placing it on a board. The cold feeling was spreading across her fingers, but instead of feeling painful, it felt pleasant. If she could press it against her scars and wounds, that would be even better. But she couldn't put it into a water.
Chica took a step closer to a pot, watching how carrot and noodles swimming around. She barely cooked since Elis left, but now she felt sad about not being capable to consume food.
Theoretically she could eat but then technicians will complain.
Elis, absorbing fish just a bit longer, decided to cut it first, before dropping it into hot water.
—Wouldn't you unfreeze it first?—Chica questioned, somewhat worried, seeing how firmly she grabbed the knife.
—I know what I'm doing. Watch closely.—It sounded somehow boldly.
She placed the fish on a wooden board, while spinning the knife like it's a toy, not a item that can harm someone. With a knife on a left hand and holding fish on it's place with a right one, she raised her temporarily weapon high enough, and with all her strength and loudest sound of CRASH, Elis "chopped" a part of a fish.
Now the smaller piece felt between... a cutting board.
She accidentally sliced thought the wood as well.
Even Elis raised an eyebrow, not expecting this outcome. And then... Silence.
"Oh."
You just cut through a cutting board... Veeeery impressive indeed, Elis.
—You... huh.—Chicas system was so stunned, that she couldn't even made a word out of her voicebox. How powerful needs to be the hit to cut a LITERAL WOOD?!
On one hand, Elis was disappointed in her skills. Both cooking and cutting skills. She looked at now melted knife, that had a quite interesting... shape. And on the other hand... This voice is back! WOOOOW! How cool.
"Can you get THE FUCK OUT OF MY MIND?!"
Can't do.
Chica "unfreezes" from a shock and looked at her friend, who seemed to be looking at something far away, holding this poor knife more aggressively. She gently tapped her shoulder, and she quickly turned around.
—Is everything okay?
She wished she could silence him once and for all. But for now, she can't hunt it.
She sighed.
—Just seeing things... I'm fine, Chica.—She reassured her, but in her mind she was so conflicted. It won't leave her alone...
And why it's sounds so freaking familiar?
With a seemingly empty stare, Chica looked at her human friend, but something told her that she wasn't telling the full story.
The sound of overflowing water got them both back to a reality, and reminded them of a reason they even here in a first place...
The soup.
