Summary
Yoichi Isagi was raised on meat and protein shakes as his parents’ desperate cope to find a cure for a boy too fragile, thin, and breakable. They wanted to create something big so that he could dream big, so that they can cope with the fact they've created something so.. weak. For years he ate what they gave him, swallowed their fear and called it love, but the hollow inside him only widened, whispering for something more than dead flesh and empty promises. When the taste of food turns to ash, when hunger festers into something unrecognisable, the boy made of glass finally cracks. What comes out isn’t their son, or even human: it’s the hunger they fed all along, raw and unstoppable, and it will not be denied.
