Work Text:
You weren't sure how you ended up lost backstage at the Eras Tour.
It started with you needing to use the toilet.
You were unfamiliar with the place so you asked a staff member, that looking back looked extremely uninterested in your question, where to find the bathroom
You followed their directions, repeating their words over and over in your head, until you realized they led you to places where simple concert attendees like you definitely shouldn't be
And there you were, lost in the hallways of a secluded area of the stadium, wondering if you misinterpreted what they said or if they sent you to the wrong room
Not that it even mattered anymore, or at least not right now in your state of complete disorientation.
You felt incredibly out of place, feet unsteady and limbs tense as you kept turning left and right in the maze of corridors you found yourself in, hoping to find a way out.
The moment you spotted an elevator at the end of the dark hallway you found yourself in, you ran as if your life depended on it
As you stood in front of it, you press the call button frantically, wishing for nothing but to get out of this madness as soon as possible
Relief washes through you as the lift doors open and nobody is in there
You let your body relax for a second, catching your breath following the short sprint you had done in heels
After an indefinite amount of time the elevator doors open again, making you snap out of your thoughts. Before you can even begin to process the fact that someone was about to catch you in a place you definitely shouldn't be in, a tall blonde woman walks in.
You blink rapidly as if this was some kind of fever dream, instinctively pinching your skin
Taylor Swift just walked in the same elevator as you.
And she didn't even notice you.
Or well, not right away at least.
She walked inside nonchalantly, phone in hand, towel draped around her neck, clearly and rightfully so not expecting to find anyone in the elevator. She pressed its buttons without even looking, as if it was routine.
The moment she looks up from the screen and notices she's not alone, she startles and instinctively jumps back, but the doors had already closed behind her.
“You're not a member of staff”
She says immediately, keeping her distance and walking backwards till her shoulders hit the elevator wall.
Your mouth hangs open as words can't seem to find their way out of your throat and all you can do is shake your head rapidly.
Her eyes scan you up and down multiple times. Clearly she notices your basically harmless state cause she collects herself slightly, continuing in a more careful tone
“Well, what would you be doing here then?” She asks
You swallow hard, forcing words out of your mouth as her blue eyes pierce right through you, awaiting for an answer.
“Uhm I- well a staff member pointed me to the bathroom and i followed the directions but i got lost! I think they actually sent me to the wrong area and um I saw this elevator and I thought I could finally get out of here! I swear I didn't mean to invade this space, I just wanted to get to the exit quickly, I am so so sorry!”
You blurt out with almost a comic speed, hoping she can make some sense out of your words
Weirdly enough she smiles and sighs, slightly relaxing
“Are you sure you weren't hoping to run into me by some accident? Crazy fanfiction kind of style? Cause ironically i think that worked out perfectly" She says playfully, crossing her hands over her chest and tilting her head slightly
You stare at her in shock, was she joking with you? Or was she serious? No, she was definitely making a joke and you were standing there frozen, not even daring to make a sound, staring at her like a deer in the headlights.
Before you can break your silence and literally say anything, the elevator stops again, the light of the room outside showing from the thin crack between the doors.
You check the digital sign displaying the number of the floors and surely enough, it's Taylor’s one
“Well its my time to get off, hope you can manage to find you way out of here” she says with a light chuckle, glancing at you one last time before taking a step forward to face the door, ready to exit
And like that she was gone.
Or at least that's what you thought would've happened if the elevator doors actually opened.
Except they didn’t.
You both stood in silence for a few seconds, her back facing you as she was still looking at the doors, still waiting patiently for them to open.
But they never did.
After snapping out of it and realizing waiting this out wasn't gonna work, she pressed the “open doors” button a couple times, hoping that what happened was just a momentary malfunction, a glitch , but the elevator stayed still and closed like it was the minute prior.
She muttered something under her breath that was too quiet for you to hear and pressed the button to another floor without hesitation.
Surely enough the elevator moved again, and even if you were still facing her back you could see her visibly relax a little, a small sense of relief washing through both of you as the elevator appeared to be working again, as if nothing had happened.
The brief reassurance you felt didn't last long though before the machine stopped again.
This time the crack between the two doors, which were still in the same identical position, showed no light from the outside, indicating it had paused between floors.
“We're stuck” she stated after a few seconds, taking a step back from the doors, her body visibly stiffening up out of frustration
“And between floors, judging by the light situation out there” at that she added, taking a deep breath, turning around to look at you
You didn't say anything, still processing what had just happened in the last hour of your life
You did a brief mental recap
First, you were screaming your heart out to your favourite songs, live at your favourite singer’s concert
Then you were lost in panic trying to escape a mess of concrete walls and doors that resembled more of a maze than an actual building
Next THE Taylor Swift, AKA your biggest celebrity crush since you were like 13, entered the same elevator as you
and now you were stuck in there with her for an indefinite amount of time.
You snap out of your thoughts as you see her open her phone, tapping her finger rapidly on the screen
You stare at her for a few seconds before realizing she's already searching for a number and making a phone call
As she takes her phone to her ear, you just stand there like a lemon, caught almost off guard by how quickly she reacted to the situation and how unfazed she seems to be even if it would be totally reasonable to be stressed out, frustrated, panicked or all three combined
Like, YOU were agitated and you weren’t the worldwide famous pop star who dealt with crazy fans regularly and just happened to be trapped with a potentially dangerous stranger in an elevator after a 3 and an half hour concert
You snap out of your thoughts as she starts talking, quieting yourself both verbally and mentally
“Yeah, its taylor” she says calmly shifting her weight to her other foot
“The doors of staff only elevator on the east side aren't opening, been blocked for a good minute by now”
You can't hear what the person on the other end of the phone is saying but you assume they're asking questions about the situation. You think that, with the control her team has over everything, optimistically you'll be out of there pretty soon.
“Yeah that one… no, i dont know…. yes thank you” she says, taking a step back to lean against the wall again
“No, i’m not alone” she says, your heart skips a beat, you look up just find her gaze already on you. Her blue eyes scan you up and down and, in total honesty, if she wasn't the Taylor Swift and you were in a different setting, you'd think she was checking you out
The rest of her words blur into an incoherent mess as neither of you break eye contact and she keeps talking to the person on the other end of the phone.
You can't quite decipher her stare but she doesn't look hostile or wary, just too serious to tell the emotions behind her gaze
“Yeah, contact me as soon as you can get anything moving… Yeah thanks again… See you later”
She says and hangs up the phone, turning the screen off.
Silence fills the room once again, neither of you saying anything and for a short while, it's just your eyes talking
“My teams contacting the technicians around this place, they'll try to be a quick as they can but this could take anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple hours, safety protocols and all” She explains, eyes never leaving yours
You nod quietly, your mild conversational skills disappearing into thin air every time she opens her mouth.
“Well, since we're gonna be spending quite some time together we should probably… at least know each other's names? Would that be fine?” She says, taking a step forward, leaving the wall to stand in front of you “I’m Taylor” she smiles extending her hand
If you weren't internally panicking at everything going on you would've laughed at how she's still presenting herself even if it's more than clear you already know very well who she is
Realizing the time to give an acceptable, non-awkward answer was running out, you snap out of your thoughts, giving her a smile and taking her hand, shaking it slightly while hoping yours wasn't gross, sweaty, trembling or all three combined
As you tell her your name and a bit about yourself, like your age, you feel her palm into yours, her slightly calloused fingers wrapping delicately around your hand, shaking it back softly, thumb caressing the back of your hand just enough to drive you insane
Of course even her handshake was absolutely perfect.
To your dismay, you have to let go of her hand the moment the action starts dragging way too long, and, as yours rests on your side, you think about how you already miss the feeling of her skin on yours.
Before she can say anything more you gather up some courage to speak “I just wanted to say um- I'm so sorry for this accident- I mean! i know im not the one who made the elevator stop or whatever but I still should've not been here in the first place and maybe being alone would've made this situation way less stressful for you so i just- wanted to apologize i guess”
You say, not daring to look up
For a second your mind plays every terrible outcome of this situation. She could probably sue you for just being here if she really wanted to, you think.
Your internal panic is broken when a soft chuckle escapes past her lips
“You don't have to worry about that, it’s fine I promise, I know you weren't here wandering hallways and entering unknown elevators on purpose.” She says, and for the first time since the doors closed you can feel your muscles relax a little, as if a weight had been lifted off your shoulders
“Besides, I don't mind a little company anyways” She adds
You dare to finally look up at her and once again her eyes were already on you, gentle gaze with a hint of playfulness observing you
You finally take a moment to take in all of her look
She stood there in front of you, tall and proud, her hair was all frizzy, humidity taking a tool on it and her skin was glistening with a thin layer of sweat that you found weirdly attractive. Honestly, everything was attractive when it came to her.
A white towel is draped down her shoulder, giving her a totally different look than the one everybody sees during the show.
You take one close look at the bodysuit, it's one she had never worn before, countless little stars scattered around on the glittery garment and a short fringe covering the top of her legs.
And god, wow, her legs.
Her sparkly high heeled boots had been replaced with a comfy pair of navy flats, color matching with the bodysuit. Paired with the cheeky shiny garment that clung to her body, they made her famously long legs look miles tall. The little band that adorned the top of her thigh wasn't helping how fast your head was spinning.
Your breath gets caught in your throat at how effortlessly beautiful she is. You had seen her in pictures or even at the show, but this was different.
When you look back up you find her blue eyes already looking into your, a hint of a smirk on her face
“Yeah, it's not the best state you could've found me in” She chuckles, noticing your eyes wandering up and down her body. Your cheeks flame up, feeling as if you got caught doing something illegal. You don't dare to say anything back.
“Your outfit is very pretty though, I love the details, it must have taken hours to make, didn't it?” She says softly, moving on from the fact you were shamelessly checking her out. You finally find words again
“Yeah im really glad you like it, it did take a lot actually” You say, trying to make your voice sound as steady as possible
Her eyes never leave you as you talk a bit about your look, staring with attention and genuine interest as you explain, never interrupting and nodding slightly once in a while to show you she was still present
“That's so admirable, really, can I touch it?” She asks, pure curiosity seeping though her tone
You nod as if all your words had been sucked out of you. She takes a step closer, her right hand gently takes the fabric of your costume, feeling it with her hand and looking at it closer
“Stunning” She mutters, placing her other hand on your side just above your hip super casually, as if it was the most normal thing in the world
You think you might have forgotten how to breathe again as she looks up again, a slight smirk on her face as if she knew what she was doing to you, except she most certainly wasn't doing so on purpose and your mind was definitely overreacting at some of the most basic interactions.
She smiles, grabbing your chin gently with her hand “Your make up is adorable too” She says before her hand leaves your face just as quickly as it touched it
You don't miss the playfulness in her eyes, the way the compliments just roll of her tongue with such ease or how the corners of her lips curl up just enough to give her such a non -intentional teasing expression
“Thank you so much it- it really means a lot, you’re too kind” You stutter out, mentally smacking yourself at how pathetic that must have sounded
“I’m just saying the truth darling, but I'm glad you appreciate it” She smiles, brushing a piece of hair past your ear. You think you might just pass out
Get yourself together, you think to yourself, but can't help the weakness you feel in your legs
“I think i might just sit down actually” You say, fighting the tremor in your voice as you sit on the elevator floor “Heels are killing, i think you know the feeling better than i do” You say.
It wasn't a complete lie, your feet were in fact hurting for standing up and dancing for more than three hours straight, but the prime reason for your decision was that you didn't know how long you could've stayed up facing her without crumbling completely and embarrassing yourself
She nods, not pushing on it “Oh yeah i get it, i mean, my preferred foot wear, outside of shows, are flats or comfortable shoes for a reason” She agrees, looking at the cute flats she was wearing for a second
There is a pause once again, obviously, there are just so many things a popstar and a random anybody could talk about. It starts to stretch long enough you’ll start worrying if she’ll break it once again or just open her phone and start scrolling through it or something. It wouldn’t have been unlikely for anybody to do, passing time on her phone would’ve probably been a lot easier than trying to converse with a stranger.
You weren’t sure where this likeness and interest towards you came from but you wouldn’t have blamed her if she just stayed quiet for the rest of the time inside this metal cage.
Your internal monologue quickly gets quieted down again as she begins talking once more and you smile to yourself thinking about how you even doubted her stirring another conversation up, she was a talker and it was honestly incredibly attractive.
“So... favourite era?” She asks, leaning against the wall, breaking the silence
You can help the slight chuckle that escapes your lips “Are we really doing this?”
She shrugs, a sheepish smile on her face “What else is there to talk about? seemed like a fitting topic”
You shake your head and smile fondly and, after a couple more seconds of silence you look up to her again “Probably Folklore. Hard choice between that and The Tortured Poets Department set though. But at the end of the day only one has My Tears Ricochet”
She nods, her eyes fixated on you, taking in every word you were saying attentively.
While you talk, you see her eyes wander to your lips for like half a second but quickly choose to ignore it, swallowing hard and forcing yourself to keep going with the conversation
The thing is, after finishing talking, you had no idea what to add, her stare sending your mind in confusion, making you forget your own words
“What seats did you have then?” She asks, sensing your hesitation. How she noticed everything was a mystery to you.
“Well I” you start, words finally coming back to you “I really wanted to get pit tickets, would’ve been ready to queue to get right in front of the stage, but i couldn’t manage for this show, so i ended up in the nosebleeds” You explain
“Not that today's experience was bad though” you quickly correct yourself “I had one hell of a time, really, I just have my seating preferences. I'm currently trying to get the tickets i wanted for the next London shows though, super excited for that”
You stop yourself as you meet her gaze, her lips were curled in a fond, tentative smile and you tried hard not to show how the smallest changes in her facial expressions affected you.
“So you're telling me you're planning to go to more than one show? We have a big fan on our hands don't we?” she chuckles, teasing softly
A sudden wave of confidence takes over your spirit, her bold, playful tone making something heat up inside your brain
“Why, you interested? Hoping to see me again? You say with a new glint of security in your eyes
She looks surprised by your sudden bold response but not unhappy about it
“Im just taking that into account darling” she shrugs nonchalantly “Just so i know if ill have to search my next crowds for a pretty girl like you” she says with a small smirk
Your heart skips a beat and you're thankful you chose to be sitting on the floor because if you weren't your legs would've definitely given out from right under you
Did Taylor Swift, your biggest and only celebrity crush, just call you pretty?
She did.
And not only that.
She did so while definitely knowing what she was doing. You were so sure now, you swear you saw the way her eyes mischievously sparked while saying that and lips curled upwards, looking at you you took her words in.
She was playing a game and you were losing quite pathetically, she didn't seem to mind it though, she almost looked fond of your reactions.
You think that if you hadn't forced yourself to speak you would've stopped breathing
for an undefined amount of time
“What about you?” you blurt out “What's your favourite era?”
She looks at you, amused at your quick change of topic, and you swear you can hear the faintest chuckle escape her lips
“Now that’s information I can't disclose my dear” She smiles “I can’t have you going around and telling people I have favourite children, now can I sweetheart?”
You shake your head and you're grateful she keeps going without needing a verbal answer from you because you're not sure you would’ve been able to say anything and keep going with the conversation like she hadn't just called you sweetheart.
As if she saw through your internal panic, she shrugged, deciding to actually give more of a serious answer and maybe let you catch on a bit of a break
“If we’re taking of favourite albums while im on tour, I definitely have sets that are more fun to perform, I'll give you that, but my preferences between most songs and eras vary from show to show, so I wouldn't be able to give you a solid answer anyway”
She starts taking over the conversation, going on and on without a stop, which you don't really mind at all. She tells you about how in cold weather she had preferred songs like The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived or Lavender Haze where she had gotten to wear a coat or how those sets became her least favourite during the hotter stops of the tour. She goes on and on about fan traditions during and you can't help but smile at how her true love for this tour really shines through.
You don't know how long she talks for, you stay sat there on the floor, mesmerized by the way she verbalises herself, her mannerism while explaining, her choice of words and vocabulary, the way she moved her gaze from you, to the elevator doors, to your eyes again and how she hadn't broken the eye contact since.
You could've seriously listened to her talk for hours on her and were not pleased when she was interrupted by a ping coming from her phone
As she looks at her phone, her eyes scan the now bright screen, reading whatever text she got with attention
“They’re still trying to figure out the problem but they’re confident they’re pretty close to fixing whatever’s wrong” She says, raising her eyes from the screen “Apparently we’ll be out of here 'before you even know it’” She quotes
You nod “I better get up then”
“Let me help” She says, walking right in front of you from where you were sitting, extending her hand for you to take
You smile at the kind gesture, taking her hand and trying not to think of how incredibly hot she is, standing in front of you and towering over you
When you get up, you stand right in front of her, even in flats she had at least 3 inches of height over you, and for a brief moment everything disappears, it's just you and her, no thoughts, faces inches apart, eyes locked into each other
Then a loud mechanical noise fills the room
The elevator suddenly moves, a quick abrupt shake that sweeps you off of your feet
You lose balance and, falling down, you stumble over her and end up dragging her down to the floor with you
As a couple seconds pass and everything seems to stop moving again, you blink rapidly, realizing the position you had found yourself in
Your body was laying over hers, your legs on each side of her hips. Your left arm was stretched, resting on the floor while your right hand gripped her arm right under her shoulder instinctively
She was laying down, propping herself with her elbow, legs trapped to the floor right between yours, her left arm resting on your side.
Your faces were inches apart and for a second you could feel her warm breath on the side of your neck
Your first thought was to kiss her.
It was wild and stupid and unrealistic but GOD what you would've given to do that
You obviously don’t, you would never be so careless and impulsive, but you let your eyes flicker to her lips for a second before meeting her gaze again
You both stare at each other, crystal eyes piercing into your soul, laboured breathing from the shock filling the room, your heart almost beating out of your chest. Your mouth hangs slightly agape, not knowing what to say but unable to break eye contact.
You felt paralyzed
She breaks the silence first “You ok?” She asks, her tone layered with a hint of gentle worry
You gulp, nodding your head, forcing words out of your mouth “Yes im fine” You say, voice coming out breathy “Are you ok?- i mean- i kind of- fell over you… ” You stutter
She chuckles slightly “Yeah i think i’ve noticed that sweetheart” She says, raising her left her hand and resting it on your back “But i am fine, don’t you even worry”
She says, you just nod, not moving an inch and not saying a word. In your defense, it was hard to concentrate enough to make cohesive sentences while hovering over Taylor Swift, whose thumb was conveniently drawing circles on your side. The way your faces were inches apart didn’t help either.
“You know, if you really wanna keep laying over me like this you should at least take me on a date first” She chuckles teasingly “Not that i mind the closeness but i don’t think that this is the most comfortable position for either of us dear”
That's when the reality of the situation hits you. Your cheeks flame up, eyes going wide as you immediately scramble, crawling backwards “God i am SO sorry” You say immediately
“Hey hey hey it's fine! Really” She says, immediately pushing herself up, shifting in your direction “I’m just teasing” She chuckles “You make it way too easy” She says, lifting her hand to touch your cheek, admiring the pink tint on your skin with a satisfied look “It’s kind of adorable” She says, letting her hand slide down, but not leaving your body. It rests on your knee. “And maybe hot” She adds with a teasing wink, as if what she was saying wasn't enough to send you into internal panic
“Taylor-” You start but a loud ping coming from her phone interrupts you. You’re somewhat glad it happens cause you had no idea if you would've been able to form a coherent phrase without stuttering or stumbling all over
You look at her phone, sitting a couple inches from your side, discarded on the floor after falling from her hand during the elevator's shake. The screen is lits up with one new text that you can't help but look at
“Be careful, the elevator might move abruptly, we’re trying to fix it” You read out loud and can't help but let out a short laugh at the irony.
“Yeah, I think we’ve gotten that by now” She jokes, her hand resting on your hand a bit higher, on your thigh
“An earlier warning would've definitely been nicer” You mutter, still slightly embarrassed about your fall and everything that happened afterwards “Oh my god…- ” You mutter, replaying the event in your head before getting interrupted by her
“Stop worrying about it!” She laughs “And honestly i told you it was pretty cute” She says with a teasing look in her eyes “You’re pretty cute” She adds, not helping the growing redness on your cheeks. You had never been one to blush much, but her? It was a completely different story
You stare at her, a mix of shock and shyness on your face, you couldn’t believe the power this woman had over you. You were absolutely floored.
She chuckles, hand grabbing your chin delicately again “Cat’s got your tongue sweetheart?”
Your mouth still hangs ajar, making you force your words out “You have no idea what you’re doing to me” You utter, your words breathier than before
“Trust me, i know exactly what i’m doing to you, angel” She whispers in a lower tone, thumb stroking your cheek.
Of course she knew what she was doing, this woman knew everything somehow. “You don’t seem to be against it in any way though, are you?”
“Taylor… ” You whisper again, your voice almost cracks but you manage to keep it somewhat steady. You shake your head very faintly. You weren’t against it one bit, you couldn’t even believe this was happening.
Her half lidded crystal eyes look down to your mouth, her thumb caresses the bottom of your lip softly before her gaze falls back into yours again
Your faces are inches apart. “Is this ok?” her tone is low, you just now begin to notice the edge of roughness it has from the 3 hours of singing
You can do nothing but nod, head spinning as she leans in
For a second you feel the ghost of her lips on yours
Then her phone suddenly rings.
Then nothing.
Just as quickly as it was born the moment ends, you both pull away out of surprise staring at each other without saying a single word.
The ringtone echoes in the elevator.
Snapping out of it, she clears her throat “Could you pass me that?” She asks, her voice laced with emotions you’re not quite sure of. Nonetheless you hand her her phone, that was still sitting a couple of inches from you
“What’s up? Got anything moving?” She asks, taking the phone to her ear
You study her expression as she listens to the person on the other end of the phone talk, Her eyes widen just barely out of surprise before she nods again “Yeah alright, thats great”
She takes a while talking, and you gladly take those minutes to cool down and take a breath, trying to somewhat process what had just happened
“Thank you, yes, that’s fine” she says after the person on the other end of the phone finishes a particularly long speech
After some quick salutations she hangs up the phone, looking at you
“They’re getting us out in five” She states
Your first reaction is to be upset, but you don't let that show on your face, or at least don't try to. Right now you wish you could spend another million hours with her. What if this was the last time you ever talked to her? You couldn’t wrap your head around that
“Great “ You nod, the lack of emotion in your voice not making it very believable
That somehow earns a small smile from her, as if she could read your mind she chuckles “You don't seem thrilled honey” She jokes “Being stuck in an elevator with your favourite pop star wasn't so bad huh?” She says seeing how reluctant you were at the thought of getting out
“That’s not what i-” You try to say but she interrupts
“Dont worry darling this is not the last time you’ll see me” She says wish a playful but somewhat mischievous smile, making you wonder so many questions
“C’mon lets get up, for real this time” She jokes, getting up and extending her hand again. This time you take it and thankfully manage to stand on your two feet for more than two seconds before falling down “There you go sweetheart”
She takes a step back, eyes fixated on yours, leaning against the wall to stabilize herself in case the elevator shook again. Realizing it was probably the smartest thing to do, you do the same.
Just as you do that, the elevator moves again. This time it’s not an abrupt shake, more of a strong push upwards. It moves steadily, raising at a stable pace, like nothing ever happened at all
“It was so nice meeting you” You say, looking at her in the eyes
“You too dear” She smiles, a soft sigh escaping her lips “Such a shame we had so little time, ill make up for it next time” She says, adjusting her hair to her side as the elevator begins slowing down
You don't have time to answer, to ask her about this “next time” when the elevator stops and the doors begin to open “This is your floor” She smiles “There’s security waiting for you behind the corner at the end of the hallway, they’ll get you out” She explains
As words don't seem to leave your mouth, all you can do is simply nod and take an unsteady step out of the machine
“See you next shows darling” She winks, the doors closing behind you as you wave bye shyly with one hand
And like that she’s gone
For real this time
You stand there a couple seconds, blinking rapidly
You would process this all later, right now you needed to get out of there.
You walk down the hallway, seeing two tall men standing there waiting.
The rest of the night is a blur, your body going in autopilot, getting an uber to your house and doing your usual routine before bed, like any other night
All you can think about is her
As you plug in your phone in your charging port, an instagram notification catches your eye
It’s a dm from an unfamiliar account
Would love to hang with you again, maybe in a better setting next time? 😉
If you’re up to what I said in the elevator then I might have a couple spare tickets for a tent… or the pit like you said you preferred, pretty girl…
You stare with wide eyes. There was no fucking way.
Was this her? Of course it was her.
Wondering how she did it would be pointless at this point. Her ways were a mystery to anyone.
Your mouth hangs in shock, you don’t dare to open the message, just look at it on your notification tab with an infinite amount of questions.
Your brain was already melted from everything that had happened the same night and there was no way you’d be able to craft an appropriate answer right now
You just read the text over and over, till you can feel your eyes closing and sleep overtakes your body.
You would have so many questions next time you saw her.
