   Summary

   izuku has a R-raded quirk that causes him too need sexual intimacy in order to live. Bakugou helps him throughout their childhood, as a kid all that he needed was a kiss on the cheek or a hug, then when he got a bit older it was a kiss on the mouth, then making out until… until he needed to go all the way.

   The government tracks R-rated quirks closely to prevent any scandals from happening.

   They find out that izuku is not having enough sex to sustain his body, so they want to introduce Mandatory Intimacy at least twice a week. But Izuku is terrified to have to have sex with complete strangers, spiraling into a panicked mess unable to see a future for himself like this… Not if katsuki and his boyfriend have anything to say about it.
