(This will be from Dippers point of view! Implied Billdip in this chapter but nothing too much.)
It was the very end of summer and we were now heading home after the chaos of Weirdmageddon. II was peacefully on the bus, Mabel was already fast asleep next to me cuddling up with Waddles.
It was a nice to have silence for once but I made me miss the loud talking of my friends and family from back at the shack. It's definitely going to get lonely without them but at least I have Mabel to keep me company.
It reminded me that before I had left Wendy gave me a note, “Read it the next time you miss gravity falls.” I was already missing Gravity falls so I might as well check what she had written.
I unfolded the note smiling at what I saw one it 'See you next summer!' Everyone had signed it, I loved it! It was the perfect gift although something felt off about it?
I was probably just being super paranoid from the whole Weirdmageddon situation, But it was over why was I still paranoid?
“Pinetree."
I woke in a panic looking around, I could have sworn I had heard Bill's voice talking to me. It sounded like him and he was the only person, no demon that has ever called me that.
"Bro-Bro are you okay?"
Mabel was sitting on my bed poking at me as sat up looking around anxiously. I was back at home in my room? Somebody must had carried me inside from the bus stop, When did I even fall asleep?
"Y-Yeah... I was just having a bad dream" I nervously looked away from her
"If you say so bro-bro! I'm going to go make pancakes!" Mabel being her cheerful self stood up quickly from the bed, somehow not getting headrush..
"You were soooo tired you slept all day and night, Yesterday's bus ride was so boring when I woke up and you were asleep."
"oh wow. I must have been really exhaus-" I paused mid-wordding, hearing a familiar annoying voice.
“I'm still here pinetree, It wasn't a dream.”
"Wha-" I quickly looked around fully expecting to see Bill floating somewhere but he was no where's to be seen?
“Don't scream. Only you can hear me, I'm in your head. If you say anything about it shooting star would just think you've gone crazy!”
"Something wrong? You look like you saw a ghost" Mabel just laughed at my panicking a as she helped waddles down from the bed.
She Dramatically gaspped "Were you dreaming about a ghost!? Was it a hot ghostt~?"
( Gross, Does she really think ghost could be hot? It wasn't even A ghost I was thinking about it was Bill, And there's NO WAY BIll would ever be hot. )
I thought to myself because it's not like bill could read my thoughts, Right?
“Awhh, you hurt my feelings Pinetree..~"
Bill whined pretending to be upset, I think he was trying to annoy me and it was working he was very annoying although I oddly found myself still thinking about him?
"No, And Even if he was a ghost he'd be an ugly one!" I huffed pushing her hand away from my face just for her to go and poke me again.
"He? As in a boy!?" She gasped, I knew that annoying look on her face.
"OOOOOOHH, Dipper has a crushhh!!~ You've got to tell me all about the boy you're crushing on!"
I oddly felt my face heat up at the thought of having a crush on Bill Cipher. There's NO way I'd have a crush on him!
“Why not Pinetree? I'm amazing who wouldn't have a crush on me?
( Any smart person. You're an Evil triangle who would like that!? )
"But first pancakes! When I'm back you HAVE to tell me all about him! come on waddles" I watched as Mabel and waddles ran to the kitchen excited to make pancakes.
I guess that I was a bit thankful she didn't ask many questions, What was I supposed to say, That I was thinking about a hot triangle. Wait why'd I call him that, Gross.
