Jyn is in labour, but three men and one droid are in the room, and the medic is starting to get annoyed by their noisy voices. "So, who's the father here, or is this some holonet nonsense?”
Kay pointed out to Cassian with his monotone voice. "It's him, but everybody knew the gender except the parents themselves."
Jyn rolled her eyes and grimaced holding her pain, her eyes glanced to Cassian asked these clowns to get out. It's enough that they knew the gender before her and Cassian, and she will not allow them to see the baby for the first time before them, either!
"Can you all get out except the father here!" The older lady started yelling before Cassian even spoke up.
Bodhi and Melshi, who were ready to protest, opened their mouths and almost complained before being dragged by Kay to wait outside.

This is the first baby for this week after boring injuries and wounded cases. While she did need some drama to cheer up her day, her patient really was in pain, so her comfort was at the top of the list. She went back to prepare her stuff and casually asked, "How did you survive and live with so many men? Was your droid butler in charge of the house, anyway?”
Cassian just stared at Jyn, confused about how to respond. “But he wasn’t a butler,” he tried to explain.
Meanwhile Jyn, who had just started to get cozy in bed, mumbled teasingly to Cassian, "But he's loved bossing people around in the house, so the butler it is."
The midwife smiled, “You should tell me how to reprogram him because mine here is useless."
The droid, clearly also a medic in the corner, who seems to have been asked just to stay still and only monitor sound, was offended. "Excuse me. I was trying to help, but you won't let me!"
Jyn wanted to laugh, but her contractions came again, so she started to control her breath uneasily. Cassian went back to his anxious face and held the pain in his fingers as Jyn started to grab him with strength.
“Oho, it’s time to push now. Ready to be parents?” The woman in charge tried to cheer the mood. “Just to make sure, you are the father, right?”
Cassian nodded, losing his voice and kissed Jyn palm. The soon to be mother chuckled which amused him how she can do that in pain!? “Of course he is because I cannot stand other men.”
The medic looked at this couple's faces, they were so warm and affectionate to each other, even without saying too much. They really are ready to be parents. "Okay then, let's welcome the baby!"
What a great day helping to deliver a tiny human today.
