“Grian, c’mon man, you don’t need to do this.” Impulse pleaded, wishing that literally any other hermit was available to help him out of this predicament.
See, Impulse had been working on a new project near magic mountain when (through no fault of his own) he managed to get tangled in the redstone. Luckily, he could reach his pocket to grab his comm and ask for a helping hand from one of his fellow hermits. Unluckily, Grian, known button-pusher and redstone-breaker, was the only one awake and online and thus, was the one to come ‘save’ him.
“But Impulse,” Grian whined, “I can’t not press a button. You know this!” Grian was visibly shaking, his wings puffed up and rustling with the strain of not pushing the button.
“Ok. Ok, ok, ok, wait. What if you let me push the button once and then I’ll help you out of there. Does that work, Dad?” Grian asked, sporting the biggest puppy dog eyes Impulse has ever seen. It might’ve even worked if it wasn’t to let him shock him for fun.
“No!”
