Chapter Text

(Canada)

Over a beautiful planes of grass and lakes, Doof is flying in a helicopter with his brand on it.

'Doofensmirtz Flying A Helicopter' 🎵

Just then, Perry fly in with his jetpack.

"Ah, Perry the Platypuss. How unexpected and by unexpected i mean... completely unexpected, what are you doing here?"

Perry points at the big cargo under the helicopter.

"Oh that, i can explain. I'm just picking up some discounted boom juice from Canada, you know for my self destruct buttons on my inators" Doof explains.

Perry simply rolled his eyes.

"So you can see i'm not actually doing anything evil this time, not even a..."

Just before he could finish, something caught the helicopter. It was a larger hover plane, with a giant claw to grab them.

"I swear that is not me", Doof said.

Perry facepalm himself, 'Good thing the boys are on vacation, cause this is gonna take a while'

'Doofenshmirtz Ex-Wife's House in the Hills Somewhere!' 🎵

"Ugh, not so loud"

Vanessa wakes up in her pajamas, she gets up off her bed and gets dressed.

In the living room her mom is about to leaves, packing her things.

"Vanessa, i'm going to visit my cousins for a few days. So you'll be staying with your father, okay?"

"Sure, mom"

She waves to her mother goodbye before making breakfast for herself, then her phone ringed.

"Hey, Monty. What's up?" Vanessa asked, while frying up some eggs.

"It's Agent P, it's been 2 days and there's no woed from him. I tried calling several times, but he didn't awnser"

"That's what you called me for?, relax good guy. I'm sure Perry is fine, he's probably with my dad"

"Actually that's the reason why i called, both of them aren't responding to my dad's calls"

Vanessa raised her eyebrow, "Your dad has my dad's number, and you certain they didn't used to be friends?"

"Vanessa this is serious, so much so that my dad is sending one of our agents to search for them" Monty said.

"Oh, really. Who did he sent, Petter the Panda?" Vanessa asked.

"Actually it's a human agent, i think her name is Stacy Hirano"

There was a few seconds of silence.

"Uh, Vanessa?"

"I gotta go, bye" and then she hung up.

In Danville Park, Stacy is waiting for her little sister's troop to arrive. Her mother is at work so she's babysitting her until the Fireside Girls comes, they're about to earn their 'Walk in the Park' patches.

An ice cream truck rolls into view.

"Ooh, ice cream. Stacy, can i have one please?" Ginger giving her sister the puppy dog eyes.

Stacy though tries to fight it eventually gives in, "Just don't tell mom, she'll kill us both if she finds out"

They go to the truck, "On strawberry, please" Ginger orders.

"Here you go, kid" the ice cream man is Carl.

Stacy suprise, she whispers to Carl "What are you doing here?"

"We need you Agent T, now" Carl then actives the hidden door and sucks Stacy in the truck before driving off.

"Hey wait i didn't pay for..., nevermind. It is free ice cream, right Sta... Stacy?" Ginger looks around to see her sister is gone, but she does see her friends coming "I guess she went home already"

Carl drives the ice cream truck down the streets of danville, "Sorry to pulled you in like that"

"Oh, no it's fine. I love getting takes away by a secret group of animal spy agency fro my little sister, who is now alone in the park" Stacy said sarcastically.

"You do?" Carl asked.

"Ugh, forget about it. What do you want?" Stacy shrugged it off.

"Agent P and Doofensmirtz has been missing for 2 days and still no word from either of them, we need you to find them in Canada" Carl explain.

"Okay, this whole agent things still a little weird for me but i'll see what i can do for Perry. How am i suppose to get to Canada?, i don't have a car" Stacy said.

"That's where i'm bringing you to" Carl reach the OWCA building parking lot.

Where Major Monogram is waiting, they exit the ice cream truck to meet him.

"Agent T, i present to you your spy vehicle" he step aside to let her see the car.

It's a bright green 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with a vertical black stripe.

Stacy is speechless for a few minutes until, "Oh my gosh!. I have my own car, you're giving me my own car?"

"It's only for your missions but i guess if you keep it in your home garage i suppose..." he was cut off with Stacy shaking his hand fast and hard.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you"

Carl then brought out a suitcase, "Oh but wait, there's more. Here's your own spy uniform, we made sure it fits you" he opens the suitcase and Stacy can hardly believe it.

"Norm!", Vanessa was in her father's place, calling out for his robot assistant.

"Hi there, sis. What a nice suprise, i was getting lonely"

"Yeah hi, Norm. I missed you too, do you know where dad is?"

"Not a clue, he did not return from Canada with his boom juice yet" he replied.

"Okay well, i'm going to take his scooter to search for him. See you later, bro" she waved goodbye.

Stacy is now wearing a dark green jacket with an OWCA badge on it over a black top, she's also wearing black cargo pants and boots.

"Oh, yeah. Now we're spying with style, Agent T ready for my mission"

"Excellent, Carl will send you the location of where you'll be meeting with another agent who will help you with..." Monogram was interupted by another voice.

"Hold on a second" Vanessa comes in riding her father's scooter, "I wanna join too, i have to find my father"

"Sorry, Vanessa. You don't work here anymore, and besides..."

"Let me make things easier, i still have pictures of when i used to be an intern here. Etheri you let me come along, or i'll post these to everyone" she threatens him.

Moments Later...

"Wahoo, you rule girl" Stacy said, driving her car with Vanessa in the shotgun seat.

"So let me get this straight. Last summer you found out about Perry and my dad, you didn't tell anyone that he was your friend's pet and now you're an agent because you rescued him once" Vanessa trying to nail it down.

"Short awnser, yes" Stacy replied.

"Wow, that's a lot to take in" Vanessa leans back on the seat.

"Yeah, well. I didn't know that so called evil scientist was your dad, i just thought every weird guy dress in lab coats" Stacy said.

Vanessa chuckles, "Yeah, he can be pretty weird. So, what's the plan Agent T?"

"Well Carl sent me a location of where we're gonna meet another agent from Canada, who is going to help us navigate the place to search and find Perry and your dad" Stacy glance at her, "Also, you can call me Stacy"

"Alright" Vanessa then stares out the window, "Sorry, it's just. You heard what Monogram said earlier?"

"Hey, yeah. You used to work there, with your dad being evil and all?" Stacy asked.

"It was last summer too, got an intership and he tried to be good by being my teacher. The job was nice for me but i realized i'd rather be a teenager a little more, as for my dad i let him have his fun with Perry" Vanessa explains.

Stacy giggles, "Whenever i petsit Perry we ay video games when nobody is looking"

Vanessa smiled, "That sounds like fun, we should hang out more often"

Stacy nods, "Yeah, we should. Oh but absolutely not with Candace, if her and the boys found out..."

"He will be relocated, i know" Vanessa rolled her eyes, "Honestly, i'm not sure why that's a thing"

"I know right?" Stacy agreed.

She then got a call on her phone, "Uh, could you like get that for me?"

Vanessa awnsered it and hold it close to Stacy's ear.

"Um, who is it?" Stacy not looking away from the road.

"Don't talk to me like that young lady, you know it's who"

"Mom?"

"Where are you?. And what are you doing, why didn't you come back after waiting with Ginger?" Mrs. Hirano asked.

"Um, one question at a time please?" She didn't know what to say.

"Don't talk to me like that, young lady" Mrs. Hirano raised her voice.

Vanessa then brings the phone closer to her, "Um, hello there. Mrs. Hirano, right?"

"That's Dr. Hirano, and who is this?"

"I'm Vanessa Doofenshmirtz, and i'm kidnapping your daughter" she jokes.

Stacy's face turbed to panic.

"WHAT!?" Dr. Hirano exclaimed.

Vanessa laugh, "I'm just kidding, i'm a friend of Stacy and just taking your daughter out for shopping"

Dr. Hirano sighs, "Well, make sure she gets home before dinner. I want to talk to her about her grades, she's slipping and i need to make sure she gets better", she then hung up.

Stacy exhale, "Well, that was something"

"My mom is tough but sounds like yours is a nightmare, sorry" Vanessa apologized.

"No, it's okay. She is a pediatrician, she wants me to have a good future like being a docyor or lawyer. Which is okay, i guess" Stacy just stares at the road.

Vanessa said nothing and just looked away.

After a lot of driving, the two teens finally reach Canada boarders.

"Alright, we're here. So, where is this agent?" Vanessa asked.

"Um, i'm not sure. They didn't tell me what they looked like, only that they're from COWCA i think" Stacy looking at the GPS on her car.

Vanessa realized, "Wait, COWCA?. But that means..."

"Hey, ladies", a motorcycle girl appear on their left, "You two looking for someone?. Maybe a canadian spy, eh", she shows them her badge.

"Wait, you're the agent?" Stacy was suprised, "Aren't you a little...human to be an agent?"

"Yes, yes i am" she replied, "I'm agent Lyla Lolliberry, come with me", she drives ahead.

Stacy looks at Vanessa who gives her a 'meh' gesture, she then follows the girl they just met.

They soon arrive at her small house, near a boreal forest and a lake.

"Wow, nice place" Stacy said.

"Thanks, my cover job is maple syrup sap collecting so i get a lot of fresh air when i'm not working" Lyla welcomed them in.

Vanessa sits on the couch, "So, where are you're parents?. I mean i know you're an agent but there's no way they don't know about you being a spy, unless they're like your host family too"

"Uh, actually. My mom was an agent aswell, i'm following in her footsteps. Which does make me getting into the organization much easier, i get to cut some classes and graduate without going to school" Lyla replied.

"Wow, living like a spy 24/7 sounds awesome" Stacy said.

Lyla shrugged, "Not really, it isn't as fun as you think. I wasn't able to socialized and have fun like a normal a normal teenager, you know go to the movies or sleepovers. You girls have it better, i wish i was like you two"

Vanessa and Stacy glances at each other.

"Now, let's focus. We need to find out what happened to P and Doof, whoever is behind this must be very tricky" Lyla said, "And i think i might have an idea who it is"

Stacy drives her car down a dark woods following Lyla, Vanessa is checking up on her mom.

"Yeah, mom. We're not doing anything illegal, just a little stroll across the park" Vanessa said.

"Well, alright. But becareful, sweetie" Charline told her.

"Okay, bye mom" she then hung up.

"So, if your mom is like rich why don't you just ask her for a car of your own insted of waiting for your dad to got you one?" Stacy asked.

"She's trying to teach me the value of a dollar, i'm not allowed to have anymore than a normal teemager should" Vanessa replied.

"Alright, girls. We're here, behold" they stop to see Lyla infront of fortress, "Professor Bannister's hideout, if Perry and Doof are missing he's probably have them"

Stacy stare at the tall and scary looking building, "Okay, like seriously. Why must every super villains have such freaky place, i mean why can't they get a mansion or secret tree house even?"

"Meh, beats me. I live part time with my dad in his tall building for years, and i'm still not sure myself" Vanessa said.

"Come on, eh" Lyla guides them through a secret tunnel, they crawl for a few minutes before Stacy stopped to take a breathe.

"Uhhh, how much longer?" Stacy asked.

"Just a little more, eh" Lyla said.

They finally reach the main room, in the center of the place seems to be a man tied up.

"Dad", Vanessa went down and ran to him.

"Vanessa, wait!" Lyla chased for her sith Stacy following.

"Dad, are you..." now closer Vanessa sees it was a fake doll.

Then she was trapped in a cage along with Lyla and Stacy.

"I was about to tell you, this has Bannister's trap written all over it" Lyla said.

"Great, now how do we get outta here?" Stacy asked.

They then heard slow clapping, as Professor Bannister walks out of the shadows and closer to them.

"Well, well. If it isn't Lyla Lolliberry and she brought two teenage girls, how low you've fallen babysitting" he mocks.

"Hey, i'm the one babysitting not babysat" Stacy grip on the metal cage.

"What have you done with my dad?" Vanessa demanded.

"Oh, so you're the daughter he wont stop yapping about" he said.

"Where is he!?" She shouted louder.

"Oh, feisty. I like that, he's right here", he step aside to show Doofenshmirtz and Perry wearing strange looking helmets, comeptely expressionless.

"Perry, you're okay", Stacy called out.

"What did you do to them?" Lyla asked.

"I made them my minions", he then laugh maniacally.

"I'm so pleased that you're all here, to witness history" Banister said, to all his goons and henchmens who are operating their own computers.

"And of course i'm especially pleased that my arch enemy and her sidekicks are here, to behold my glorious genius" he smirk at the caged girls.

"Wouldn't miss it for the world", Lyla said sarcastically.

"Sidekicks?" Vanessa exclaimed.

"There's nothing good to watch on tv tonight anyways" Stacy added.

"Well then let me give you a show you will find very intresting, little hair bow girl" he said to Stacy, "It's a brilliant plan, i call it the Blast Sky High"

A large screen monitor appears, it shows the boom juice and a map of all of north america.

"You see with the exposives i stole from Doofenshmirtz i will blow up two of Canada and United States largest tourist attraction, Niagra falls and Mount Rushmore" he explains, "Then i will collect the pieces and bring them back to greenland to make the newest and best tourist attraction in the world, a statue of me"

His guards cheered, but the girls remain silent.

Stacy was the first to say something, "So, like. That's your whole plan, really?

"But of course, it's the perfect plan. Even much better than my last one, right?"

Lyla raises her brow and shakes her head, "No, it's not"

"And i thought my dad's plans were stupid, i feel so sorry for you" Vanessa said to the canadian agent.

"Yeah, dude. You do realized there are other ways for you to make greenland great, insted of just destroying things and building a statue of you" Stacy crossed her arms.

"Maybe, but i'm still doing this for greenland" he said.

"Wait a minute, so you're from greenland but you're also Lyla's arch enemy. How does that work?", Vanessa asked.

"Well turns out he was faking it, he thinks greenland has no national pride", Lyla replied.

"Huh, what a loser villain", Stacy quiped.

"Well see about that, bare witness my glory", he pressed a button on his remote.

The screen then shows bombs attact to certain parts of the landmarks, ready to blow up.

"You do know we're gonna have to stop you, eh" Lyla said, nonchalantly.

"You know you can't, Lyla LolliBerry. Not when i'm so close, to be victorious", he dismissively said.

"Yeah, keep dreaming. Lyla's gonna get us outta here, right?" Vanessa says, confidently.

"Actually, i don't think so", Lyla said.

"Wait, what?", Vanessa was suprised.

"I don't normally get captured, i'm not really prepared like Perry", Lyla replied.

"Oh god, seriously?", Vanessa hit her head on the cage bar, "And yet you claim to be COWCA's best agent, what kind of a spy are you?"

"Okay, how about this. Anyone else whose been fighting bad guys since she 14, raise your hands", Lyla did so, leaving the two in silent, "My point exactly, eh"

Stacy then got a call on her phone, she awnsers it turning oout to be Candace, "Um, now is not a good time to call", she whispers.

"Stacy, Phineas and Ferb are climbing on mount rushmore again. I'm hot on their trail, they're going to be so busted", Candace said.

"WHAT!?", she looks at the monitor screen, she can see the boys and Candace on the side not far from the explosives, "Candace, you and your brothers need to get away right now or...", she was then hung off.

"Candace!, uh-oh. Girls, we have to stop him or else my friends are gonna be blown up too", Stacy starting to panic.

"Ferb too?, oh no", Vanessa shaking the bars of her cage.

Lyla pulled out a lock pick from her jacket, she begins to skillfully unlock her cage. She sneakly goes to free the others.

"Okay, Banister. Hands up, cause you're going down", Lyla shouted the last line.

"You sound like Candace", Stacy said.

"Ah, but you wont stop me. Guards, attack", he command.

"Let me take care of them, you two try to get Perry and Doof back", Lyla said, they both nod in agreement.

Lyla charge at the army of tugs, while the two teenage girls try to bring back the mind controlled rivals.

"Perry, come on bro. It's me, Stacy", Stacy picks up the stiff platypuss.

"Dad, please. Wake up, it's your little girl", Vanessa shakes her father.

They didn't even flinch.

Professor Banister chuckles, "It's cute you think that would work, but nothing can break them from their control not even if a meteor crash down on them"

"Let's test that theory then", Stacy pulled out her phone, bring it to Perry showing a picture of Phineas and Ferb, "Come on, Perry. Do it for them"

After a moment of resisting, Perry manage to break free then threw the helmet off him. Chattering friendly at Stacy before gicing her a hug, "Good to have you back buddy"

"Whata, but how is this possible?", Banister was in shock at this.

"Good thing i don't go anywhere without this", she pulled out her Mary McGuffin doll from her black coat, holds it up to her dad, "Please, dad. Rember this, you never stopped looking"

Doofenshmirtz eventually snap out of it too, "Vanessa, what are we doing here?. And a better question, where is here?"

Lyla knocks down down the last of the guards, panting and sweating, "Hey guys, it wasn't easy fighting all those guys at once. A little help would have be nice here, eh"

"Fine, but it's too late. That national landmarks of Canada and America will soon be...", before he could finish, the explosives on the screen only let out a light puff not damaging anything, "Destroyed. What happened?, it should've worked"

Vanessa chuckles, "Guess your arch enemy isn't so different from my dad's crazy schemes"

"Actually, he's doesn't normally end this poorly", Lyla said.

Banisted stomps his feet, "Silence, what could've went wrong?"

"You didn't happened to use the boom juice from me, did you?" Doof asked.

"That's exactly where i got them, why is that?", Banister asked.

"Those discounted boom juice requiered furthur enhancements from my lab which is back in Danville, you know to make it extra boom", Doof explains.

"Are you telling me i spent all that time driving to each of those places and putting those booms, for NOTHING!?"

"Well, i wouldn't say nothing. You learn a lesson of not trusting discounted products, i had to learn that the hard way"

Lyla step forward, "Enough chit chat, you're coming with us"

"I don't think so, you still haven't met my new weapons. And just in time, allow me to introduce to you all The Mega", he pressed a button on his control panel.

A big metal door open, letting a giant metal version of him out.

It stands about 30 feet tall and has hammers for hands.

"I call him mega because he's 8% bigger than the last robot i built, you remember the giant truck robot", he explains.

"How could i forget, how original was that", Lyla rolled her eyes.

"Wow, this dude has a super big ego. Even for a bad guy", Stacy said.

"Well, you gotta admit. The giant robot thing is kinda good, way scarier than Norm", Vanessa said.

"Anyway, enough of this. Now The Mega, attack!", he ordered the robot. It's eyes turned red before charging straight at them, they all scatter.

Stacy hides with Perry, while Lyla is with Vanessa and Doof.

"How are we suppose to fight that thing?, i mean i know martial arts but i don't think a black belt can let me punch metal", Stacy looks at Perry, who points to the control panel on the robots head.

"Okay, that could work", Stacy said, "You get up there, we'll distract the robot"

Perry gives her a thumbs up, before she runs out to get the giant robot's attention.

"Hey over here, you big ugly funk of metal", she called out.

The steel Banister gets angry and begins to stomp on her path.

"Oh come on, is that the best you can do?", Stacy mocks as she runs around in circles.

"Seriously, Vanessa. Are all your friends this crazy?, cause i'm not to sure how to feel about it", Doof said to his daughter.

Vanessa search and see Perry sneaking on the robot, to the control panel on it's back, "Why don't we join in", she smirk before running out to join her, "Yoohoo!, over here. My robot brother has better eye sight than yours, you toaster"

"Okay, what's going on with those two?", Lyla asked in confusion.

"Either my daughter let your colder county air get to her or she's getting in a bad crowd, oh no natter i'm joining in", Doof dash out with her.

"I'll try not to take that too much to heart, eh", she said before following him.

As the four of them distrect the giant robot, Perry finally reach the control panel. He use his hat tools to get in, then pull all the circuit board out making the robot short circuit.

Perry jumps off, just in time. It then fall right near Professor Bannister, causing him to be propelled up and tangled on in some wires shocking him, "Jinx you, Lyla Lolliberry. Jinx you"

Lyla crossed her arms and smirk, "That never gets old"

(Hirano's House)

Stacy drives her new car into the parking space on her house's front yard, now in her normal clothes again she slowly and quietly gets out reaching for the door only for it to open on it's own.

Revealing a very upset mother and her little sister half awake in her pajamas.

"Where have you been?", Dr. Hirano crossed her arms.

Stacy hesitated. Flashes of the robot almost stomping on her all swirled in her mind. But she just bit her lip and forced a smile. "Uh, the mall with Vanessa. She took me shopping, just like she said"

"Sure, and i assume that's her car. That you're borrowing, after you drove in it without a license", Dr. Hirano said.

"Mom, please i can explain..", Stacy waves her hands.

Her mother stomps her foot, "There's nothing to explain about, young lady. Go to your..."

Before she could finish, a white van with OWCA on the side park at front. Monogram comes out, wearing a black and white business uniform, "Good evenings, Dr. Hirano. Your daughter here has been helping us, testing out this retro car of ours for my company", he gives her a contract.

Dr. Hirano takes it to read the formal paper, everything looks about right.

"Oh, can you give me car rides in it?", Ginger asked.

Dr. Hirano puts her hand on her youngest daughter, "Ginger, please. Now listen here, sir. My daughter has been learning how to drive but she still doesn't have a license, and i'm not sure..."

Monogram holds up a license with her picture and name on it, "We also do free test, does this cover it?"

Dr. Hirano then turns to her daughter, "One more thing, why didn't you tell me?"

Stacy bits her lip, "Well,...a suprise. Yeah i wanted to suprise you and Ginger, i wanted to show you i can do things by myself and maybe you'd be proud of me"

"Wait, you think... Stacy, of course i'm proud of you. And i know you can handle things by yourself, just promise me you'll drive safe in it", Dr. Hirano said.

Stacy smiled, "I will, thank you mom", she hugs her mother.

Dr. Hirano pulls back, "But i expect you to be responsible with this car, no going out after 10pm. Make sure to always put your seatbelt on, and make sure to drive your sister whenever she needs you too"

"Yay", Ginger cheered.

"Yes, mom", Stacy agreed.

(Steam Noire)

Vanessa is drinking coffee with her dad, after the 2 days and the big fight they had nothing was all they wanted to do.

"Are you sure you're okay with me here, Vanessa?", Doof asked.

"Of course, why wouldn't i?", Vanessa sipping her cup.

"It's just that this place is the coolest coffee shop in town, and i'm not so sure you'd like being seen with your boring father", he replied.

Vanessa giggled, "Oh dad, you are anything but boring. Even though you can be cringe sometimes you're still a cool dad, and i'm just glad to have you back"

"Aw, thanks sweetie", Doof smiled.

Vanesaa grin wider, "So, does that mean i can..."

"Still no tattoos", he said quickly.

"Ugh, one day", she mumbled.

(Flynn-Fletchers household)

Perry is playing video games with Lyla.

"Ah-ha take this, eh", Lyla was about to win but then Perry takes the victory at the last second.

Perry puts his hands up to celebrate.

"Best two out of three, eh", Lyla said.
