Summary
An anonymous tip leads Leon Kennedy to London. The message included a set of coordinates, a payload, and a date for detonation and how. What the message didn't tell Leon was that the Prime Minister's daughter is a hostage and the “payload” for the radical faction. Nor was he aware they were using her as leverage for their sick, twisted game.
His contact for the mission: Elizabeth Dower - Former-MI6, turned BSAA agent who's been tracking the rogue faction for the last year, trying to pin them down. The "tip" is the first real clue she'd had in several weeks.
Due to the nature of The Collective, a terrorist cell known to the BSAA and the DSO, finding them is nearly impossible. But with the coordinates to where the payload is located, aka the Prime Minister's daughter, Leon, along with Elizabeth Dower, travel to Rannoch Moor in Scotland. They'll traverse the moor to Achallader Castle, where "The Collective" is hiding and where Gale Inglethorp is being held hostage.
It's up to Leon and Elizabeth to find Gale, destroy the T-Virus, and dismantle The Collective before they unleash the virus on the unsuspecting citizens of the UK.
