   Paul and Julian haven't seen each other in over a year but when the case of Charlie Stepanek's murder gets re-opened they're reunited - for better or worse.

   Paul has spent the year insitutionalised at a boys home for toubled youth, but hasn't gone a day without thinking of Julian.
