Noelle was at her limit. She couldn't handle the pressure much longer. What was he expecting her to do? What did she even exhibit to warrant pressing like this? What kind of technique did he want to see from her? She definitely did not do anything by the name of.. that. She hasn't even considered those two words together. How could she possibly cast something that didn't exist until now?
One last nudge. One last word. One last insistence on her, and she might lose it.

"...FINE! WATCH WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DO SOMETHING I DON'T KNOW!" she lashed out in anger, closing her eyes and throwing her hands together.
Ice and chill gathered around her gloves, bitter cold wind blew around her as if a frigid storm had arrived, and snow fell all around her like a brutal winter struck her as a curse. Cai Jin didn't expect it, he did not even see it coming. He turned around to Noelle, using a new technique.. at him?
A shout, a reach, a warm hand, embers and spark joining the ice and snow,
Noelle threw her hands forward, and a huge ice beam erupted from her palms, completely halting Cai Jin from advancing. His flames and his heat were not enough. It didn't melt the ice. It didn't warm like it usually did. Instead, it dimmed, it retreated. It was completely killed under Noelle's constant cold.
Before anyone had known it, Cai Jin was completely frozen over. Buried in an ice casing. Obscured off from view under the thick layers, even though ice was supposed to be transparent.
