Donut always had some sort of attraction to Barf bag ever since he saw her in the TLC, but that was nothing more than wanting to be friends with her. Who wouldn’t? She’s a very kind person and always spoke her mind. Donut always had tense feelings around her because of that. He didn’t want to give her a bad impression.
And when they got closer and became friends, Donut got even more attached to her. He never liked physical contact from others, he didn’t like random hugs or pokes. But strangely, Barf bag was one of his only exceptions. Hugging felt warm and sweet when it was from her. She was someone he never wanted to lose. Someone he stuck to. They always hung out after challenges, talking about their day and what challenge would be next.
Sometimes… even slept together in his room when she was too tired to go back to hers.
Sometimes… Barf bag held his hand and murmured softly to him when she wanted something. Donut always fell for that trick.
His mind wandered, fondly remembering…
(“It would really make my day..” Barf bag whispered, batting her eyelashes at him.
“…”
“Donuuttt..! My sweet jelly donut.! Pleaseee?” She teased, wrapping her arms around his arm.
“O-okay, okay! Here.” Donut begrudgingly took out his wallet, pulling out 10 dollars in which he gave to Barf bag.
“Thanks Donut!!!” She giggled, and lightly pressed her lips onto Donut’s cheek. She never brought any or enough money on these trips. So this was a normal occurrence. Donut was probably never going to be paid back by Barf bag, but oddly, that didn’t seem to bother him.)
Sometimes… She kissed him on the cheek and smiled and said it was a good luck charm for the challenge.
Sometimes… They gave each other flowers and friendship cards for Valentine’s Day.
…As best friends do.
“Donut?”
But, Donut wasn’t sure how to feel about Barf bag lately. Nowadays it felt like he couldn’t breathe properly whenever he was around her. He’s caught himself staring at her and hastily looking away whenever Barf bag looks at him. Why couldn’t he focus on what he was reading when she entered the room? Why did her presence affect him so much? Was he nervous? Scared? What was this feeling?
“DONUT!!!”
“Huhh?” Donut was immediately brought back to reality. He slowly turned to the side and saw Barf bag looking a bit too peeved.
“Are.. you done with that plate? You’ve been washing it for 10 minutes.”
“Oh.. Yeah I am! I was just scrubbing off the tougher stains!“ Donut replied quickly, washing off the plate.
Barf bag awkwardly looked at Donut as he put the dish away. “… Right. Uh. Donut?”
“Hm?”
“Do you.. want to watch a movie together? In your room? Or mine?” She smiled warmly. “…if you want.”
“Um..”
Barf bag’s hopeful look made Donut’s heart hammer in his chest. She leaned forward and batted her eyelashes at him. Suddenly the room felt smaller and he felt… something.
“Oookay. My Room. What time.“ Donut managed to say.
She beamed at that answer. “At 7! I’ll bring popcorn for myself.” Barf bag said. “The movie’s a surprise. LOL”
Barf bag paused, her expression changing. She moved closer to Donut. At this moment he prayed that his already racing heartbeat wasn’t extremely obvious.
“You… don’t mind if it’s only the two of us? Alone?” She whispered teasingly, gazing at him. Or at least, that's what Donut's strange mind thought.
“No!!! It’s fine!” He exclaimed, pulling a shaky thumbs up. He gave a nervous smile. He didn’t know why his mind was so unusual today. He shouldn’t be thinking like this.
“Pffft- Alright Donut.” She chuckled. She swiftly turned away and skipped to the stairs.
Donut blushed a deep red and attempted to breathe slowly, trying to calm himself down. His hands were still shaky. He looked at the now very interesting pink wallpaper and internally scolded himself. It was embarrassing how intensely romantic his thoughts were. This wasn’t a date. Barf bag just said that to be funny. This wasn’t a date. Well, they were going to hang out in his room though. He should probably freshen it up and wear something nice.
— 7 PM —
Donut looked at his door and glanced at the clock on the wall. It was 6:55. So close. He fidgeted with his bow tie nervously. So close to seeing her. It bothered Donut how much he wanted to watch a movie with Barf bag. How much he wanted to see her. How much he wanted her. How much he wanted to hug her and feel her and touch her. It bothered him.
…Well, it didn’t bother him but it should. What would Barf bag think? She saw him as her best friend. Friends don't see or think of each other in this way. But he couldn’t stop thinking about her-
He should really stop thinking about this.
Donut looked at the clock again. He couldn’t even register what time it was when a knock on the door caught his attention.
“Donut? You there?” Barf bag’s voice rang from behind the door.
Donut bolted up and rushed to the door. He rubbed his face, trying to ease his nerves. He took a deep breath.
“Y-yeah come in!”
Barf bag slowly opened the door, peering through, holding two DVDS and a popcorn bag. She looked at him and smiled, before noticing Donut’s red bow tie.
“Ooooooo… all dressed up for me?” She teased, leaning onto the door frame.
“What!? No! I.. no I didn’t-“
“Relaxxx Donut! I also got dressed up!” She smiled, pointing at a red heart shaped clip, that was attached to one of the papery points of her. “…Anyways, I got the movies.” She said, walking past him and up to his small box tv. Barf bag set the popcorn bag on his bed and turned on the TV. While she was fumbling with the controls, Donut positioned the pillows, attempting to make it more comfortable for watching.
Donut put the pillows together at first. But immediately pushed them away from each other. His mind was all jumbled up, still stuck on thinking about Barf bag. He gripped the pillow harshly and shook it, frustrated with himself. He didn’t have time for this. Donut placed the pillow back, that was now slightly bent and twisted. Luckily this was Donut's pillow, and not Barf bags.
“There we go!” Barf bag said cheerfully, backing up and slumping down on the bed. Donut dimmed the lights and sat next to her, moving a little farther to keep distance. Donut glued his eyes on the screen, determined not to look at Barf bag and make his mind fuzzy again. He saw the screen light up, and instantly knew what movie it was.
It was one of those sweet romantic movies. Barf bag mentioned this one a lot, it was one of her favorites. Donut relaxed, recalling her enthusiasm about it. But still, he found it difficult to properly watch the movie, sneaking a glance at Barf bag. Donut tensed up, noticing her slowly moving closer to him. He felt her arm curl up to his arm, gluing them together.
She rested on his arm, smiling softly at Donut and looking at the screen. Donut was losing his composure, feeling something like vicious piranhas swarming in his stomach (…if he had one). He breathed slowly, attempting to redirect his attention to the movie. But it was futile. Donut dreamily watched Barf bag again, his eyes getting lost in her figure.
She has pretty black eyes that sparkled and trapped him under their gaze. He could get lost in them. Barf bag’s kind and lighthearted personality. Her slightly yellowed teeth, from all the coffee she drinks. Her soft brown paper “skin” that had small creases and bends. Her sweet voice that seemed to pull onto his heartstrings. The way she laughed. Her gentle hands. Her sly smile. His heart pounded, making him more lovesick. He loved every part of her. He loved her.
Donut balled his hands into fists when he finally fell into this realization. He breathed in and out nervously. He couldn’t. Maybe he liked Barf bag’s featur- but… maybe he did like her. Love her. Love her a lot.
“Hey.”
Donut was pulled out of his thoughts. He blinked and realized he was looking at her the entire time. Embarrassed and self-conscious, he immediately looked away. Barf bag slouched, inattentively shoving some popcorn in her mouth. Staring blankly at the screen.
“This scene-“ She causally chewed on the popcorn, swallowing it. “-This scene is when they make out, do you want to skip it?”
“…it’s fine.” He muttered heavily, putting his hand on his chest, attempting to stabilize himself. Had he really thought of Barf bag that way? His thoughts weighed in his head. His chest heaved, his heart racing.
“Donut?” She paused the movie and looked at him with a worried expression. It only made Donut more infatuated. “…Are you okay? We don’t have to watch this movie if you don’t want to.”
“I’m fine. Just- we can watch the scene.” Donut rasped with slight annoyance. He worried about what would happen if she found out. Maybe she could read his mind.
“Donut…” She cooed, putting her hand on his cheek. Her black eyes shining with the screen of the movie, two characters lovingly looking at each other, wrapped in each other’s arms. Donut blushed profusely, imagining him and Barf bag that way. He shut his eyes quickly. Every sense was betraying him.
“We don’t have to watch that scene, Donut.” She purred. She put her head closer to his, lips closer to Donut’s mouth. She took his hands, holding them in her other hand. He slowly opened his eyes, the warm feeling was too strong. His breathing hitched, face glowing with blush. She whispered alluringly. “We can just… do it right now. Make out...”
Donut's mind spun, eyes wide with surprise. He stumbled and stuttered. “W-what? Make out?? What?!” Barf bag’s hand on his cheek squeezed with nervous anticipation. “Barfy????? What???”
“Yeah… I like you a lot, Donut.” She mumbled awkwardly. Looking away, as if she was more embarrassed to say I like you than make out.
“I… like you too, Barfy. I love you.” He admitted to her and himself. She smiled softly at the corner of his eye. “I love you. A lot.” Time seemed to slow down.
Barf bag turned back to face Donut, and smiled sweetly. “Can I kiss you then?” Her voice tainted with impatience. He nodded eagerly.
Arms began to wrap around each other, begging for these moments to last forever. Donut tried his hardest to press his mouth together, getting even more red on the face, realizing now how much he wanted this to happen. He shut his eyes and shivered, moving closer to her, desperately wanting the kiss more than ever. Barf bag gently pressed her lips near the top of his mouth hole. She moved her hands to his sides, pulling him closer.
They eventually parted, looking at each other intensely. Before Donut could even catch his breath, Barf bag pressed her lips against his mouth again, with more intensity. He deepened the kiss, feeling hot and passionate to him. He craved all those sweet sensations, warmth growing in his face. Barf bag became adventurous, wanting to feel more. She gripped his sides firmly, earning a muffled groan from Donut. He felt her warm tongue against his mouth hole. Donut squirmed, feeling the strange and odd sensation. He didn’t hate it though. His heart hammered in his chest.
Barf bag gently moved her tongue through his mouth hole, lightly pushing him onto the bed. The warm and wet feeling made Donut feel dizzy. He never felt like this before. He quivered, feeling flustered and overwhelmed. He whined absentmindedly.
“B-barfy.. hhn..”
“Hasn’t anyone made you feel this good before?” She murmured playfully. She laid next to Donut, gazing at him. “They’re missing out..”
Barf bag paused for a moment. “…Are you okay? You look a little..” He quickly shook his head.
“Okay..” She gave a little smirk, making Donut's heart speed up in excitement. She moved herself on top of him, holding him down by his sides. She softly bit down on Donut, testing the waters. Donut instantly jolted, eyes widening.
“mmffh…hfff..” He huffed, his mouth curving into a nervous smile. Oddly, the bite made him feel good. “That's a lottt...”
Barf bag didn’t respond, only slightly smiling at him, seeming relieved. She bit him again, this time with more hunger. “hhhff…hahh…” Donut whimpered quietly, holding onto her. Another bite was placed on him. He shivered, feeling her sharp canines. Small beads of sweat dripped from his face. He felt like he might explode from how hot he was getting. Barf bag bit him a few more times, but gradually, she stopped, catching her breath. Donut shakily shifted himself up, gazing at Barf bag.
“That was amazing Barf bag..” She smiled warmly and planted small soft kisses on the bite marks, making Donut more queasy and flustered. “You’re so cute like this Donut..” She whispered tantalizingly, using her hands to squeeze his sides. He became increasingly more flustered.
Donut closed his eyes, feeling Barf bag’s textured papery “skin”. Her breathing was soft and shallow. His heart beat intensely, softly kneading her back. She moved closer to Donut, kissing him on the cheek. His hands wandered to her paper points, feeling the wrinkles and scratches. Donut’s fingers moved on their own, smoothing out the bends and dents. Barf bag relaxed under the soothing and pleasant affection.
“Thanksss Donutttt…” She mumbled, gazing at him sweetly. Barf bag snuggled into him, mumbling faintly. He leaned back onto the pillows, gently pulling her close to him. Her eyes were closed, breathing slowly and faintly. “I looveee you..”
“I love you too Barfy..” He felt her gradually dozing off, arms wrapped around Donut's side. Donut soon felt tired too. He tenderly wrapped his arms around her. He thought about what happened. …He can worry about those bitemarks later. He snuggled closer to Barf bag. The night felt more peaceful and sincere than ever.
