The Kingdom of Hyrule will have a new King.
Tomorrow, Princess Zelda will marry Lord Ganondorf Dragmire beneath the banners of peace, the ink of their Unification Treaty still wet. Tonight, she must survive the fallout of nobles gnashing their teeth, of Link spitting old loyalties like poisoned arrows, and of the Desert King himself, striding into her court with a smirk and dominion, like a siege given flesh.
Zelda has bartered her crown, her body, and the future of Hyrule to end a civil war before it begins. She will not flinch. She will not falter. And she will not kneel.
