We like to tinker together
There the two were again, together.
The tying bond between the duo like an invisible tether.
Hardly ever the one without the other, not these days anyways as that would have been the wronger.
Their bond each passing day growing ever more stronger.
It was a uncanny the two very different, and yet, so very similar
Working well together had been a great start despite the sometimes snark spoken between them.
Their way of communicating, as it turned out for the rest of them.
Ever since the very beginning, since the first who are you having been asked over the static, there had been something there, something, of the fantastic.
The something developing into a great friendship and then something of a more… romantic relationship.
And so here the two once again were.
Seated, side by side, touching the other gently, hardly there contact shared. Simply the knowing of the other existing, breathing the same air.
As they knew the other was always there. Would always be there, a promised made early on, keeping it, a task perhaps reaching the beyond.
Tinkering on something for their ship or simply for their pleasure.
Sometimes chatting other times, a comfortable silence shared, it was all out of leisure.
After a while, a brief break, a gaze connecting with the other, the a wide smile forming, followed by a peck on the lips before turning back to the task at hand, nothing bland, simply the love shared.
As what can be said of Echo and Tech other than, that they both loved tinkering with all kinds of stuff. Usually together.
Well, guess lots, alas this was their special, private moment, their thing, shared in perfect unison.
And if asked where one of them was at any given moment?
Well the answer was quite simple - Tech is with Echo, Echo is with Tech, it was as simple as that!
