“A ride is a ride,” Yeri singsonged, waggling her eyebrows. “The question is, Jaeyi, are you looking to ride… or to be ridden?”
Jaeyi threw her head back and laughed, a rich, unbothered sound that turned heads in the corridor. “Maybe both,” she quipped, her eyes sparkling with anticipation for the first time all day. “We’ll see what the night brings.”
