Work Text:
Sangwon was admittedly a frequent club-goer. His dreams of becoming an idol were crushed when Hybe abandoned Trainee A. Countless years of practicing and evaluations for what? Not even a penny.
The clubs helped drown out the pain; he wasn't proud of it, but he had nothing left. So there he was, in the heart of Korea, Seoul. He sat in a section filled with his friends and some random girls. He could always tell who wanted to talk because of his name, no matter how inebriated he was.
The club lights were dim with a slight purple, fluorescent tone. He wore a black button-up shirt and a pair of dress pants he found in the back of his closet. One thing he hated about clubs was how hot they got.
He could feel his bangs starting to stick to his forehead as he leaned back sipping his drink. Sangwon never came to clubs to hook up. He wasn't into that. He never experienced that lust until now. A tall, brown-haired man walked into the club.
He was beautiful. The way the light shone on his features, the way his leather pants hugged his curves, and the way his backless top highlighted his tiny waist.
His eyes followed the man as he sat at the section next to him. Sangwon tilted his head back to get a better look. The brown-haired man shot his eyes up to lock gazes with Sangwon. As if almost daring him to make a move.
Sangwon chugged his drink down before placing it on the table a little too roughly. He walked up from his seat, ignoring his friends' questions on where he was going. His eyes locked onto the boy like a predator hunting its prey.
Sangwon paused in front of his target, gently grabbing his hand. “How about a dance..-“
“Anxin. My name is Anxin.”
Sangwon smirked. “Well, Anxin, how about a dance?”
Anxin wasn’t sure what song was playing; he didn’t need to. Sangwon's dominance guided him to the rhythm. Sangwon's hands found a comfortable spot on Anxin's hips, holding tight, as if the other would escape.
“Anxin…Anxin. Doesn't sound Korean. Where are you from, beautiful?” Sangwon asked, lips directly brushing against Anxin's ear.
Anxim trembled from the sensation of his head leaning back into Sangwon's neck.
“China. Why? Will you come visit?” Anxin jokingly flirted back.
“For you and these leather pants? Shit, you’ll see me there every week.”
At this point, the two weren’t even dancing, just grinding up against each other, Sangwon becoming harder and Anxin becoming wetter.
“Come on, let me ease your mind, pretty please? Anxin looked into Sangwon's eyes, pleading with a sense of desire.
“Hmm, I don’t know.” Lie. Total lie from Sangwon, as he was now rock hard against Anxin's ass. “Your attitude's kind of out of control.”
Anxin turned around. “Please,” he whined. “I need you~Don’t you dare leave my sight, you freak.”
Happy with teasing the younger, Sangwon squeezed his thigh, getting out a yelp out of surprise. He pulled Anxin through the crowd and hailed them a cab to a hotel.
A couple months later.
10:42 pm. Sangwon was waiting in his car for Anxin to come out of the departure zone. As soon as he saw the boy walk out of the door, he waved through the windshield. Anxim immediately recognized the sleek sports car and made his way over.
Sangwon got out to open the passenger door for Anxin.
“Thank you for picking me up, Mr. General.” Anxin kisses his cheek before hopping into the car.
“Always a pleasure.” Sangwon chuckled, rolling Anxins luggage into the trunk.
Even though Sangwon said he’d be the one to visit Anxin in China, it somehow turned into Anxin flying into Seoul every weekend. (With Sangwon paying for his flights, of course.”
They made their way into the city, where Sangwon's apartment resided. The city’s flashing lights and bright advertisements contrasted the deep, dark sky.
Anxin looked over at Sangwon, whose eyes were on the road. Staring deep into his soul, Anxin could tell there was once a broken heart that was now slowly being repaired. He was deeply in love with a boy he met at a club 2 months ago.
Now, Sangwon stopped frequenting clubs. There was no need. He had found something, someone to fill the emptiness of Trainee A. Instead the two walked hand in hand through the bustling streets of Seoul.
Seoul was their city.
