   Summary

   Heat Suppressants should only be taken for a maximum of 2 consecutive years before a 1 year minimum break is required. One year of heat cycles is necessary to allow the body to continue to function properly with minimal to no side effects. Abuse of suppressants can cause early reduction in heat cycles, mood swings, depressive episodes, painful and prolonged heat cycles while taking suppressants, and in some cases infertility in otherwise sexually mature omegas. It is advised that omegas on heat suppressant consult with their doctor to work out a sufficient suppressant to cycle timeline to avoid any such symptoms from occurring.
