Never again. + Elise's scene "Nakahara Chuuya" / in the desk there is a jar. | 4 chaps, stats with a mission in which Dazai gets compromised because he hot hurt trying to her something or has to finish soon and interrogate a suspect so he leaves Chuuya to report to Mori, and Mori yet again warns Chuuya against Dazai and Chuu is like OKAY STOP RIGHT THERE HE AIN'T THAT BAD and Mori is like wdym??? How so??? Also Chuu explains some nice shit Dazai has done for him even tho he feels kinda uncomfortable while doing so and when he is let go of he tries to tell Dazai but D is tired/excited and Chuu is like omg he's so cute/must protect a they like, leave together and play hooky for a while with Elise trying to warn Dazai and failing because Chuuya is RIGHT THERE up until the moment Chuuya gets called by Kouyou to do something and they pact to see each other later. Chuu leaves and Elise is there and she warns him but it is too late. Mori also knows he spent the entire day with Chuuya. So he punishes Dazai and bans him from talking to Chuu except he wants Chuuya to be taught a lesson too. DIAMONDS ARE MADE WITH PRESSURE OR SOME SHIT. Dazai complies and never shows up to their late agreement and the just. Stops talking to Chuu.
- The sky is empty – Chuuya and Dazai aren’t talking anymore, after Mori reminds Dazai what happens when he loses focus. He does this in a meeting with both Hirotsu and Kouyou, and tasks both adults to keep an eye on him. Hirotsu feels pity, Kouyou is elated. Dazai looks at them both and. STOP LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT. I WILL BREAK YOU WITH MY BLOODSTAINED TEETH. Dazai's POV | Chuuya's POV: he badmouthed Dazai at an outing with his subordinates, and finds out quite some things about his partner. + ELISE TELLS DAZAI ABOUT IT AND HE MENTIONS IT TO CHUUYA. Like "fuck you. Get the fuck away gron me" "right. Am I spooking you with my dead fish eyes? Leave TSIE [THE SKY IS EMPTY] with Mori's ominous comment in TDNIHH [TO DRIVE NAILS INTO HIS HANDS] and Chuuya's bad feeling and start with Q's incident and Chuuya trying to talk with Dazai about it. "Don't call me that" comment

- I will do as devils do - Dazai has been acting strange for a few days now. Almost… friendly. Was him almost dying all that was needed to have the Demon Prodigy go back on his word? If Chuuya had known sooner… | Or, Chuuya suspects Dazai is trying to rekindle their relationship. He tests the limits jn a very Dazai-like way. AKA CHUUYA PUTS HIMSELF IN DANGER ON PURPOSE SO THAT DAZAI SHOWS CONCERN. WHICH HE REALIZES AND DOES BECAUSE OH WELL IT MAY AS WELL HAPPEN YOU KNOW. Dazai squeaks back, hands flying to bid face. His hands make contact with his pink face in the exact moments Chuuya loses it, his expression turning into absolute fucking surprise "I am!?" "THAT 'S SO LAME. THAT'S SU FUCKING LAME OH MY GOD" "Y-you!" He actually sutters. Chuuya is on the floor. "Oh, you are awful! Awful! Bad dog! Awful slug! I'm going to throw salt at you!" | Chuuya shoves him with his shoulder. only a little. Dazai fakes a stumble, and then he shoves him right back. Expect Chuuya doesn't fake shit, and remains unmoved. They walk back to Headquarters shoulder to shoulder.

- Eden's garden – Dazai calls Chuuya “slug”. Dazai’s POV. ABSOLUTE AND PURE FLUFF. BOYS BEING BOYS AND CAUSING TROUBLE. DAZAI FUCKING UP THE CHAMPAGNE GLASS TOWER. CHUUYA STEALS A CAR AND TAKES DAZAI TO SEE THE STARS. DAZAI GETS THEM VIP TICKETS TO AN AMUSEMENT PARK. CHUUYA PUTS MAKEUP ON DAZAI SITTING OVER HIM. DAZAI DOES HIS HAIR. CHUUYA GIVES DAZAI A PILLOW AND PROCEEDS TO ATTACK HIM MERCILESSLY. DAZAI GIVES HIM AN AMULET. "what the fuck is this?" "An amulet. For your poor angst management" I will put a curse on you! "WAIT DID YOU ACTUALLY CURSED ME THE DAY WE MET!?"
- Moonlight in a locked church - Dazai carves lines on a door to mark Chuuya's height progression. Except there isn't one. A lot of kabe-donning and half-hugs and Daza putting his head on top of Chuuya's or in the hollow of his neck. Lots of Chuuya getting comfy on Dazai too. PURE FLUFF.
- Like I'm something holy- A mission ends up with Dazai showing his scars. Chuuya is curious. Dazai notices and let's him touch the ones on his forearm. CHUUYA KISSES HIS HAND AND HIS FINGERS AND HIS SCARS AND DAZAI HUGS HIM AGAINST HIS CHEEK AND CHUUYA IS PRETTY SURE HE'S CRYING, EXCEPT NO ONE CAN CRY THAT SILENTLY, CAN THEY? | Sleepy cuddles and spooning and Dazai… cooking breakfast apparently? | you know how to cook? / I literally made a feast you you once? / when the fuck THE DAY WE FOUGHT RIMBAULD???? / yeah. / holy shit / i can only do sweets though. - Real Gods require blood – Dazai Osamu is not allowed to fight with witnesses present. Or, at least, he is not supposed to leave any witness alive. | IN THE AFTERMATH OF 16 DAZAI WONDERS JUST HOW MUCH HE'S WILLING TO GIVE UP TO CHUUYA. THE ANSWER IS EVERYTHING. HE WILL GIVE HIM EVERYTHING
- To the point of ruin - Aku gets assigned to Dazai and shit goes south. Q memories come back. Chuuya starts having doubts again.
- The thing in the dark – Akutagawa Ryuunosuke needs to be either trained or out down. Dazai trains him. Chuuya hates him for it. Chuuya’s POV. “They were right, what you are is a monster.” BETTER A MONSTER THAN AN ARROGANT GOD LINE. / I WOULD KILL MYSELF IF I WERE YOU TOO LINE | YOU ARE A MONSTER. THEY WERE RIGHT LINE | IS THIS WHAT I GET FOR LOVING A GOD? LINE -> A deal with the Devil – Akutagawa Ryuunosuke wants to be strong, Akutagawa Gin wants to be feared. They both seek Dazai Osamu for help, and so Dazai Osamu helps them. For a price. Gin’s POV, Ryuu’s POV.
- Your killing floor - Everyone closes up on Chuuta to support him after his fight with Dazai telling him he's better on his own. Dazai stops coming to the apartment. He meets Oda and Ango and starts using put with them more and more. | FLASHBACKS OF TDNIHH [TO DRIVE NAILS INTO HIS HANDS], TSIE [THE SKY IS EMPTY], NP [NEON PROPHESIES] AND TDTD [TO DEVOUR THE DIVINE]; CHUUYA REALIZING THAT THEY NEVER TALKED ABOUT THAT EITHER AND BEING LIKE "OH I SHOULD HAVE SEEN THIS COMING" | Chuuya wants to both reach out and have nothing to do with D. The Akutagawa situation doesn't change and the kid actually fights him next time he tries to go off on Dazai. Mori offers him to leave for an overseas mission and he says yes. | "You are leaving" "Yes" "When are you coming back?" "What does it matter to you?" "..." "You are right, what does it matter to me?" Come back come back come back "Dazai?" Dazai stops. "I trowed your shut away" WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT "Got it". He would solve this. When he came back, he would solve it.
