Summary
In this MC is struggling with their emotions around their grandpa’s upcoming death anniversary of one year.
I started writing this because my grandpa had just died and I needed somewhere to put all of my grief from losing the first person who I was genuinely close with and loved a lot. This describes how I felt, how I handled it (poorly), how it affected me in general and how I would have liked to be comforted at the time together with why I couldn’t ask for that comfort by the people around me. This was simply my way of working through my grief.
