    Alex isn’t sure how Liam and Pez did this—dragged him and Henry here, of all places—but he’s starting to suspect they’re either master manipulators when they work together or he just has no spine when it comes to saying no to his friend and his boyfriend’s best friend. Probably both. He’s been to clubs before—hot and loud and everyone trying way too hard—but this? This isn’t any club he’s ever been in before.

    He knows how sex clubs work, in theory. Porn and documentaries, and the occasional “curiosity tab” he swears he opened purely for academic purposes. But that’s not really the same as sitting right in the middle of one of them, with a cocktail in hand and watching two people play onstage with the artistry and devotion Alex thought was reserved for Oscar-nominated films. Add in the fact that at some point tonight it’s very likely he and Henry (and okay, Liam and Pez too) are going to be doing … something … in full view of strangers, and yeah. It’s a little overwhelming. Overwhelming and more than a little intoxicating.
