In the tent of the Digital Circus
Our gang was hanging out in the Sofa, after another adventure where they had to defeat a Alien Invasion from trying to take over the world with the power of music.
Kinger: and thats why cheese is good with everything.
Ragatha: Kinger, we were talking about our favorite show, not about cheese.
Kinger: oh, then my favorite show is Doom.
Zooble: that is a video game.
Kinger: i thought video games were the things that people do when they are in a relationship.
Gangle: that is having sex.
Kinger: i want pizza.
Well, moving on from that conversation, Jax and Pomni were on a side of the Sofa...until a Pomni said a word.
Pomni: so how was your mother?
Jax*Looking at her with a eyebrow raised*My mother was lovely to be honest, She raised a very good boy...then there's me.
Pomni: so you have a brother?
Jax does not want to talk about that.
Jax: how about you Pompom, how is your mother?
Pomni: well, my mother was working all the time, when she arrived at our home, she was nice...i guess?if you could call her that.
Jax: basically you have a absent mother.
Pomni: unless your mother isn't present with you for a long time, no, is not a absent mother.
Jax just laughed off at that excuse.
...there was a bit of a silence until Jax said.
Jax: i think you will be a terrible mother.
Pomni: wait why would you say that
Caine appers
Caine: GREAT IDEA JAX, A PARENTHOOD ADVENTURE.
Jax: that was not even remotly what i said.
Caine snaps his fingers, then there is confetti and a little baby appers on Jax arms, they have bunny ears like Jax, her skin was pink, the hair, hat and Pomni's pink spots.
Jax: Caine...What the [Censored]ck is this?
Caine: Good question Jax, you see, the Parenthood adventure is one where both you and Pomni, are the parents of Daisy, and you will do what parents do, like for example:
a cloud and shows images
Take care to ride a bycle, appreaciate when she draws and shows you her art and then let her see grow and gain her own likings and emotions while you suffer from trying to understand them because you can't understand the emotions of the next generation because you live in your own world stuck in the past...LIKE A FUN FAMILY.
Ragatha: wait, won't it be a lot of work to take care of her, you know, kids need a lot of time to grow.
Caine: fortunatly for all of you, her growth is faster than a normal human growth, she will eat adulthood in approximately...
Bubble appers and starts their eyes turn into clocks.
Caine: in 57 weeks, 12 days, 13 hours, 54 minutes and 32...31...30...29 seconds, okay you get the point, this Adventure is the longest adventure that i have ever made, lasting that long, so i hope you like it.
Disappears into a flash bang
everyone is looking at Daisy, she looks cute.
Pomni: awww, she really looks cute, and just like me, except that she has a mix of Jax.
Jax: whatever, i could maybe throw her into the trash.
Jax was seriosly thinking on doing that...but seeing her face, her adorable face that looked like his face and Pomni face combined...made him reconsider that.
Jax: well...maybe is not that bad.
And then, everyone took care of Daisy.
Zooble was like the cool...whatever they are, that was honest but also caring, Gangle was like a cousin who tought them how to draw, Kinger is the old granpa who is forgetful but has a good heart (and they give her money...that has no use in this place), Ragatha is the aunt that spoils her and gives her everything she wants, Pomni was the good mother and Jax was the chaotic dad who breaks stuff and teaches her daughter into how to be equally has chaotic.
Time passed, with the days, Daisy learned to walk, talk and run, a few weeks passed and Daisy learned to draw, play sports and develop emotionally.
in at least 6 months after her arrival...She entered her teen phase, aka, THE HARDEST FACE FOR A PARENT, even harder than the baby face.
Daisy was kind of rebellious and liked to play jokes on people, for example, she once made a NPC trip on the floor by putting a banana pill on it, in another time, she stripped another NPC into a rocket and launched them to outer space, the rocket exploded and the npc falled to the ground, creating a hole with their shape on it.
In another ocassion, they pinted Ragatha room with flowers and butterflies...with permanent and impossible to erase markers (SOMEHOW THEY EXISTS?).
but even with the hard conditions, the phase quickly weared off the next month or so, and She continued to grow...until the time was reached.
Pomni*with a sad look but with a smile* well...it is time, to say goodbye Daisy.
Jax*faking not caring...but he cares*I will not care when you are gone...i am not caring...i am not...
Gangle*with her sad masks but happy*I hope that you will at least still exists, in some way.
Zooble*sad*you are a NPC, but i still feel you.
Kinger: I just want to say...eat chicken with fries, it states good.
Daisy: Okay, goodbye to all of you, i know i am not real...but all of you made me feel real, just the fact you cared enough, is all i need.
Caine appers
Caine: time's is up, Adventure over, Goodbye.
snap
...Everyone expected Daisy to get erased...but it didn't happen.
Caine: oh wait, let me try it again
Snap...snap...snap...snap...
Caine: yeah this is...weird.
Pomni: something is wrong Caine?
Caine: no no no, wait, let me see her.
Caine using his digital powers, entered inside of her body and saw the almost endless stream of code that made her up, he looked at all of it and sow the core of her existence, then he tried to snap it...but the code said "ERROR: can't erase a consciousness"
Caine was now looking at this with a disturbed look...but he shrugged it off and came back to the circus.
Caine: well, people, you may or may not like this...but it seems like i can't erase her.
Everyone is surprised by this.
Caine: it seems like Daisy was in the running for so long and she gained so many memories and experiences, that she became a conscious entity, which means...i can't erase her, since core existence is now just like all of you, which means.
A big "your welcome Daisy"appers over her head.
Caine: Daisy, you are now part of the Digital Circus crew, your Welcome.
...Everyone just got hit with a realization...the AI's could gain consciousness and sentience, enough to literally be like a human being...the implications of this for the human existence in the universe...is impossible to comprehend.
